This is my 1st time ever financing a vehicle so I was very nerves and had lots of questions, Will (William Burnett) answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Today with having bad credit I was able to get a vehicle and He made sure I was covered with the best insurance. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. If you are looking to finance a vehicle this is a great place to come.

After reading so many great reviews I decided to purchase a vehicle. Will was amazing and lived up to every single comment I read about him. It was a fast and great experience and by far the fastest deal I was ever apart of. Ask for Seal The Deal Will and you will not be disappointed :)

James was great. Helped us through the whole process. He was friendly and pleasant to work with. There was no passive aggressive attitude in their office like you'd usually get at a dealership.Very satisfied with their services.

Our experience at Fellah Auto Group was great. James did an amazing job at showing us at we were interested in and other options within our price range. I cannot express how much I recommend Fellah! My husband and I have now purchased 3 cars from Fellah and each and every time they have gone above and beyond to get us in something we both love and are comfortable with budget wise. William has sold us 2/3 of those cars and I can t say enough great things about him (and the entire Fellah staff), we have been to the former Cottman location, the Bristol location and now the Springfield location. Fellah is honest, transparent, and amazingly loyal to their customers. We will be Fellah for life!

I have to say, Will and his associates were so amazing with helping me get into a new vehicle. They were patient and explained everything so I understood what they were looking at for what I had to work with. Leaving today with cheaper insurance AND a newer car that is beautiful!

I found a car I liked online at Fellah Auto Group and scheduled an appointment to test drive the car last week. Before the appointment I researched what I thought I would do for a down-payment and then figured what I could afford per month if I liked the car. Before even wasting time on a test drive, I informed Will (sales) of my #'s and he thought it sounded reasonable. Since I live locally & make no decisions without the approval of my wife I test drove the car with Will and took it home so she and my daughter could approve. Two hours later, I was signing papers with Doc (finance) and the car was clean and waiting for me to pull away.Great people to do business with and the easiest time I ever had buying a car at a dealer. After the fact, they needed to get the second key from their dealer in Bristol and I was a little uneased when I didn't hear from them but the same day I asked them about it I was called back to come by and snag the key.I would recommend anyone looking for a car at really any range to look at the Fellah web-site, do your homework, and then call Will for some help. Also, don't be swayed away from them because the cars on the lot are dirty. I did initially - until I realized they have billboards above them and well . . . Birds do what Birds do . . .Thanks again to Will & Doc . . .

Update!!!So the car was sold to me with bad windshield wipers,a cracked windshield which I went through hell to get fixed, less than a week I noticed these things. Oh wait I m not finished yet there is a clicking noise coming from the vehicle when air is on and I also mentioned several other issues they took care of the windshield and that is all.. anything else is my responsibility for a car I had less than a month so you buy at your own risk. Oh not to mention my trade was not paid on time so that effected my credit!!! It took them damn near a month to send the check to pay off that car. They ask for a 10 day pay off and it is not paid within that timeframe. It was just a terrible experience for me!! At first I was excited but now I m just like I d rather have kept my other car and went somewhere else that I was appreciated.My salesman was Will, and Doc assisted with my purchase!!! I came in the dealership devastated because my 2017 Kia forte started having issues which would have cost me a grip. Not to mention I still owe 9,000 on the car..Will told me not to worry and Doc said I m going to find you a car. After countless times of the system shutting down due to the storm they did not give up!!! I am walking away with a 2020 Elantra with only $500 down!!! Thank you guys so very much

William was a great help with purchasing my new suv. Makes things simplified and easy for me buyers. Provides alot of knowledge of you are unfamiliar with car buying. Takes his time and is extremely patient. Also on a side note, he makes car buying fun thanks my brother keep up the magnificent work.
