Super impressed with the speed of the workers here. I watched them crank out roughly 10 orders in mere minutes. The management here is really driving their team. Good job, guys. Never been in and out of any sheetz with as many people as there was ahead of me

Do not come to this Sheetz unless your using self-checkout. Ayden has to be one of the worst workers there. If you see him do NOT approach the register. He will be extremely rude to you.

I got hot food that was pretty cold yesterday. Definately in the temperature danger zone. Not the first time here. I think there werent enough employees. They were making smart references about what i ordered. Manager was cordial, but i will avoid this place in general because of a rude employee i dealt with today and yesterday. I'm not a Karen, but this kind of service is unacceptable, Sheetz. Employees need an attitude check. When i feel harassaed as a customer trying to give you my money something is wrong. I made no unreasonable requests... so, continue to pay your employees less than what you have been offering post pandemic and back them up OR back up your customers who get the bills paid

This use to be a pretty decent place to get food. If you come on a Saturday or a Sunday or anytime after about 4pm forget your order being made correctly or with an form of care. Sad this is the only place in town to get food after 11pm. Night shift couldn't get an order right if I walked them through it like subway. Done with this excuse for a "restaurant "

This is a standard Sheetz. They do sell beer which is convenient the food is okay for made to order gas station food but the quality of the preparation and the freshness of the ingredients can be hit or miss. Usually everything is fine. The gas prices are standard for the area so you won't be getting any deals at the pump but the location is convenient for those passing through.

Honestly, the workers here deserve better reviews. They always bust their butts to get my constant mobile orders of quesaritos out within 5-10 mins. One of the more underappreciated workers of this small town, who take a lot of complaints from various entitled customers. Much appreciated, thanks everyone!

The food can be ok now and then but instead last few times I've been here particularly tonight Jan. 4th 2022 at about 6:45pm. No one even called my order number should have been my first sign although I'm also getting tired of being asked to round up due to some coin shortage only Sheetz has issues with. I'm not rounding $7.19 to $8 for "children." How about next time we round properly to $7 and you pay me $0.19?! What children?!! For all I know you pocket that. Next time I won't even buy any just donate . But I order some fries and mozzarella sticks and they tasted awful. When is the last time your staff has cleaned these fryers? Always tastes like onion rings instead of what you ordered if it has to be deep fried.

The 1 star is too high of a rating, this location is nothing but a joke. I was the only only person with food ordered in my visit and my experience here once again was a complete disaster, I ordered burger wraps and they gave me sliders instead and didn't even put the sauce I ordered on them. I also got a chicken sandwich and was given the tiniest piece of chicken I have ever seen in my life. The only thing done correct was the pepperoni roll I got with the exception that the outside was rock hard, my food was so poorly made I didn't even bother taking it back because it would have been a waste of my time to do do and be given the same awfully made food a second time, I've made this same order at multiple other locations and not had a problem. Something needs to be done about how this store is ran because obviously the staff and management lack the ability to pay the slightest bit of attention to what they are doing, the only exception to that was the cashier who was super nice and friendly when ringing me out. Other than him the entire staff should be ashamed of how poorly they perform but since the majority of them are lazy college children they probably dont care at all

My experiences are mixed at this store. Sometimes the food and drinks are great and other times my food is missing, or just not appetizing because it is drenched in grease or just not made correctly. The lines can get pretty ridiculous in the evenings as well.

Ordered 2 salads, got 1 and a half. Half the toppings ordered, bottom stream of the lettuce and weirdly warm. At least the fountain drink section was clean

Staff is always super friendly. Although I wouldn't recommended ordering food from here due to the long wait that is always over the 5 minutes period they guarantee- this is due to the high turn over rate for employees because it's a college town. I worked at a sheetz outside of town and it takes a while to get in the rhythm of how things flow since it is a very high pace environment.

The entire facility is excellently maintained inside and out. Staff are amazing; possessing good humor, manners, and topnotch service. At peak hours, in-and-out times can be a lot longer than anticipated if only one cashier is on duty. Especially in the mornings! And on weekend nights, plan for the hoard of students!!! Beware of the parking lot as there are many accidents. Overall, one of the best facilities you'll ever encounter.

Waited over 20 minutes for our food no fry's and no cheese I just love paying for something and not receiving it I'm so tired of Sheetz's turning to shiitz this has now been the third time in a few weeks after buying mto that they've messed the order up I'm done trying

A great recent addition to The Rocks. There's a pretty good selection of stuff and the prices are pretty good. They could use some help in the kitchen, but the staff are usually quite helpful and polite.

I have literally never had such bad service and bad food at any sheetz anywhere. MTO Drinks are always awful. Apparently the decaf coffee can t be used in frozen drinks without it melting everything which is weird because I ve never had a problem or any other sheetz. Not impressed at all

I use to work at this Sheetz. One time i dropped a mozzarella stick on the floor and the manager said to me 5 second roll and I said really and she said yea just don t make it a habit. So I gave it to the customer. DO NOT EAT HERE. You don t know if you will get food that has been on the floor. Also the manager doesn t wear gloves sometimes and touches the food.

Your standard Sheetz location: clean, convenient, somewhat pricey. The prepared food it good, better than a McDonalds.The bathrooms are always clean. I just wish they could sell beer.

It's Sheetz. If you live around here and haven't been to Sheetz...then u should go. If you don't live around here and have never been to Sheetz, you should go.

First, I noticed that my food was just thrown it a red plastic bag while my sisters was in a white bag that was then put into a red plastic bag.Then, my sandwich was made like I requested (missing ingredients that i wanted and paid for). Poor service in all.

Sometimes when you go here and order MTO it is exactly as advertised, well made, and pretty tasty. Unfortunately that should be the standard. Clearly it is not. In the past I've received tiny burritos with things missing, sloppily made sandwiches, cold bagels that we're still toasted (somehow), and today a breakfast quesadilla that looks really bad. Starting to feel like the poor quality MTO is not worth the convenience of the store...

I have lived in Slippery Rock for 16 years. I go to Sheetz all the time. At some point you can't expect a good experience all the time. Last Tuesday I bought 2 Cuban sandwiches MTG.there were about $5.00 each. There was very little meat and a lot of fat. Don't you think people open their sandwiches?

This place is always busy during the school season. But is easily accessible from the road. I like but they have a large selection of food and drink. This place is sort of a hazard on weekend evenings because of local college parties. There is often a rent-a-cop at this location during the evening

The staff works really hard to keep things clean. I witnessed a very fast response to clean up a mess that was made in the parking lot. Sheetz is the best. This location is very busy.

It place you can get gas. Plus you can get fast food. There food is good. They have a lot of different foods and snacks.

Ordered a full chicken wrap, got a slider portion and was in a ball not even wrapped. Tried calling to explain the situation and got hung up on. Won't be ordering again for a while.

After waiting 1/2 hour for my order with multiple people ahead of me, I left without my food realizing I'm risking being late for work because these morons managed to move slower than a dying turtle.... If you like hanging around a gas station waiting for fast food longer than you'd wait for a decent meal at a restaurant, then this is your spot.

I love all Sheetz, but this one holds a special place in my heart. I probably buy a soda from here everyday, except for the Sabbath, obviously.
