We drove over 4 hours to buy a motor home and Jon was excellent. He did a great job in explaining everything and the motor home was listed at a great price. Highly recommend Mainland keep up the great customer service.

I purchased a motorhome from Mainland 8 years ago. I was very impressed by the treatment I received that I also brought my brother to Mainland. He also purchased a motorhome. recently my motorhome was sold by Mainland. I cannot say enough about the treatment we have received. You will not find a dealer to do any better for you whether it's a purchase or service.

I ve been coming here for 2 years now to get my boats serviced. Great place, very trustworthy and never have they tried to nickle and dime me on any service!! Hard to find a shop that you can TRUST, but Mainland & Marine Motor Sales has been nothing short of that. They are always very informative and take the time to explain any needed repairs. As always thank you guys!!

Didn't buy our new motorhome from them, but they have been servicing it for the last few years since we found them. Very knowledgeable, fair pricing, and you get it back when they promise it. Good place.

Jon was terrific! He went above and beyond expectations. He gave us a great price for our trade-in and a great price on the unit we were interested in, we were unable to make the sale, because Our extremely tight timeframe, logistically we just good not make it happen :(This day and age, It is hard to come by a business with terrific customer service and integrity, these guys are the best!I would highly recommended Mainland & Marine Motor Sales and hope to stop by and see them (at their new location) when we come back through again.

We bought a beautiful older Four Winds class C from Jon and brought it home to central New York in early April. I had lots of questions and things that I wanted done before we took possession of the RV and Jon went above and beyond. He was quick to return emails and very patient when we were on the lot looking at and test driving the vehicle. From the reviews I had read online, I expected the customer service to be great and every detail was taken care of for us. Even though our rig was not a high-end vehicle like many we saw on the lot, we were treated like we were spending a million dollars! I highly recommend Mainland and Marine and Jon Yeager.

We drove 3 hours to see a 2013 Class C motorhome. Jon was a pleasure to do business with -- honest and fair. The camper was in perfect condition and he even washed it and replaced the tires (at no charge to us) before we picked it up! I have emailed him twice with questions and he responded quickly. If he wasn't so far from us, I would use him regularly for service. Jon is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him!

You will be treated fairly, honestly and patiently at Mainland. John, Sam and the rest of the gang at Mainland are good honest people. We enjoyed our purchase experience at Mainland very much. Once you go to all the other RV dealers and see their "deals" - you will fully understand why Mainland & Marine is a diamond of a dealership. Quality inventory, quality work, and they deliver what they promise! Thanks Mainland - we really enjoyed our maiden voyage this past weekend.

Really a great place. John really knows how to treat a customer. Excellent communication and great service. I take my boats there and he services seemingly any make. The dealer I bought my motor from acted like they were doing me a favor to service my outboards.John was very accommodating and did a great job at a fair price in a timely fashion. When I get new gear I ll get it through him. I d give him 6 stars if I could. Thanks again for a great experience!

we traded in our expandable camper and purchased a TT perfect for us. Jon is great to deal with. Not your typical camper "dealership"No pushing. No hassling. Just plain and simple. Highly recommend buying a camper here or a boat!

We have bought many cars, trucks, campers, etc in our life time and we have never, ever received the amount of customer service as Jon as provided to us in buying our first motorhome from him. I am not one to write reviews, so when I do, it means that it was certainly earned. From the first time that my husband talked to Jon on the phone, he realized that Jon is not just the owner, salesperson and maintenance person for RV s and boats, but that he is such a plethora of knowledge about everything. When we took the motorhome for a ride we were able to ask him questions about the engine, how it should drive, why it feels the way it does, etc. I can honestly say that a salesperson that sells campers would not know that much about the engine as well as the camper itself. Not only does he fix issues on the camper, but he works on the engine components as well. He checked everything over for us and gave us his honest opinion about what he would do and what doesn t need to be done at time (due to the mileage on the RV). All of the maintenance things for the engine and the generator were all done for us without even asking. There were things (some of them a few hundred bucks) that I wanted fixed or replaced and when I asked about it, they were fixed (I was willing to pay for them since we bought a used motorhome and I certainly didn t expect it to be included in the price of the motorhome). For example, the backup camera screen had a line through it, not anything crazy that would affect us not being able to see something, but I wanted to see how much it would be to fix it. He replaced that without even thinking about it. Someone replaced a switch for the steps and they didn t automcatically go in and out when you opened and closed the door when the engine was running, he fixed that because he didn t want to see us forget about the steps and have an accident. That is not something that typically happens when you buy something that is used.He is very responsive to calls, texts and emails. Before we left to pick up the motorhome he told us that he will be here for us for as long as we have our motorhome; that he doesn t disappear once you pull out of his parking lot, and I can say that I have already confirmed that. We have reached out several times with questions that we have had after we bought it and he has always helped us. We thought we knew just about everything when it came to camping and campers, but switching from a travel trailer and 5th wheel to a motorhome is a bit different. Before we left he went over every single button and how everything worked on the motorhome (that is when we realized we were dealing with a different scenario compared to a travel trailer and 5th wheel).Do yourself a favor, if you are in the market for something that Jon would sell, reach out to him even if he might not have exactly what you want on his lot. He travels to find stuff that he wants (and is VERY picky about what he buys) and I am sure he would do that for his customers if they are looking for something specific. Don t just drive by, stop on in; I guarantee you it will be worth the visit and the best customer service that you will ever get.Jon-thank you for everything, we are so appreciative for everything that you have done for us. We look forward to continuing the relationship that we have for when we need service and maintenance things for our motorhome.

We have had the most amazing experience buying our first Motor Home from Mainland and Marine! It's not often that you find a business that is steeped in integrity, honesty and a genuine desire to serve you. Jon and Loy went over and above to find us the perfect home and the final preparations were quick and easy and on so much fun! We feel we have made two new friends and look forward to a long and happy service life with them. I have heard from others that their service dept. is second to none. Thanks Jon and Loy!! This is a family owned and run business.Jon treats every customer as if they are the only person on the lot or in the garage.We travel from North Carolina to get the occasional repair done on our Class B camper that we bought from Mainland & Marine. Jon's prices are fair and his advice is invaluable.

We were back for service this time after purchasing our RV from them and once again, we were super impressed with their service. I don't know how Jon does it but however he manages to amaze us, keep it up! We'll continue to take our RV back for service and a future RV if and when the time comes.

Top-of-the-line RV's for sale here-- definitely high end. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There is a garage/shop here, too for servicing recreational vehicles/toys for sale (including toilet paper). The main office has boat and RV parts in addition to catalogues you may order from. Pamphlets available with vivid descriptions of each vehicle/toy/toy hauler that they have. Everything was well kept, stocked, and I seen them using Lysol, which during the pandemic, relieved me that they are proactive in their method and ethics. Highly recommend my loved ones and others to stop by here and support local.

Owner is a cool dude. My 1st RV pusher felt comfortable buying one from him. Very knowledgeable about the Rv and he was hands on with work. I would buy another one there.
