Just wasted money on a headlight that was out. They replaced a bulb, not the right one, and I went to leave and noticed my headlight was still out. Then I get told it's the wiring to my headlight. Shouldn't that also be checked during the replacement of a bulb? Needless to say, I won't waste my time or money going here again.

I put a review here before about the dudd in Automotive with the real long beard forgot to put my oil plug back in the oil pan No B.S. I can't make this stuff up if I tried... .So when I return 5 minutes later do to No Oil pressure I got a great big Sorry and We are Sorry .. but I was left to clean my undercarriage and I couldn't believe how I got an Apology but no discount No free oil change No nothing.. and he still works there the big long beard...dudd fat and mopey guy glasses that's him I didn't for get and here we are again Terrible experience

They installed my new tires quickly and handled my order very efficiently, but the brightest experience was with whomever the young lady is that worked there, seemingly in a managerial role. She was so professional and kind and completely made my day!

Although the wait time was longer than expected, I had the battery in my truck replaced for about $65 cheaper than the next closest place I could find. They do good work and they work quickly once they finally get you in. Would not recommend if you are on a time constraint but if not and you can afford to wait, the quality of the work and the price is going to be tough to beat.

I came all the way from Carlisle because the Carlisle Walmart told me they weren't taking any more customers for the day. Came here with a tire that kept losing a lot of air. They got me in within about 10 minutes, and the guy even brought me out into the shop to show me the issue. There was a huge nail in my tire. Thankfully, they got the nail out and were able to repair my tire. It only took about a half hour to get in and out and the workers were very polite and helpful. Will be coming here again if I need my tires replaced.Service: Tires

They were able to get me in last minute, price was good. Not this centers fault, they were great. Its the pricing. All the fees and ons. Like come on, no one is coming to Walmart and buying tires and not getting them mounted and balanced, and having the old tires to dispose of. I know this is common practice at most tire places, but this was a little much.

Don't go here for tires I came in for four tires they tell me that it can't be done cause one lug nut won't come off ,it may break the stud off so I left with no tires. At home I broke all lig nuts with a four way lug wrench no problem. A tire center really...a joke.train your people better .you lost a good year wrangler sale $500 over a lug nut.just stop and close cause epic fail. One star rating is too many.

Only one star and that's 9nlu because of convenience. Overpriced oil change and charge the customer for things before approval. My car started only 3 days after oil change. Going back to my favorite spot where I pay half the price and the dont steal from the customer.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Excellent customer service. I had them do a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and wiper replacement and the services were all reasonably priced and took no more than 45 -55 minutes. Will be going back!

I was shocked with the great service and the wonderful job that was done on my car. Initially I dealth with Jason, great guy wonderful personality and a people person. All aspect of my car repair was efficient.

Thank you so much for fitting me into your schedule at the absolute last minute!My car was due for an oil change and everyone else was closed I was hoping and praying for someplace close and of course Walmart Auto Care delivered! I almost had to cancel a family roadtrip to Busch s Gardens in Virginia!Thank you for saving the day!Always a pleasure to see people who genuinely care about your safety

Didn't properly put engine cover back after an oil change.Made it 3- miles fell to the road drug it 3 mi back to the store. Where I discovered it was completely ruined. I had a new one to buy from the Honda dealership in greencastle at least they did pay for it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Nice people who definitely helped out tremendously in a pinch and the nick of time! (It was the day before Thanksgiving and my husband didn't even get off work until around 430pm and in Chambersburg at that!) They were super helpful and fast and will definitely be going back (hopefully I won't need to though!!!)

These dudes were the best. My tire exploded on the highway. They got me fitted with four new Goodyears in no time. Nothing but gratitude for the homies working there that night.

I was very pleased with the service at Wal-Mart in Shipensburg for 4 new tires to get put on. They told me how long it would take so my son & i went to lunch & came back & the tires were on. Very pleased with the tires & the price was a very good deal.

Purchased tires on tire rack and brought them to Walmart to have them mounted and balanced. Made a 12pm appointment. Then an hour and 45 minutes later they come in and say they can't put these tires on because they're not the correct rating for what the truck calls for and they can't put them on. An hour and 45 minutes! You'd think that would be the first thing they'd check but no, they removed the tires and everything! Waste of time.

They are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleased with my experience here. They even carried the tire to and from my vehicle for me. I would definitely recommend going here for tires if needed. Reasonably priced as well and have a warranty.

We were in a bind. We had the second flat tire of the day on our camper. All we were looking for was a little courtesy. We were even willing to pay for it. All we got was rudeness!! They will never get our business again!!

I tried calling to get a quote on how much to get some tires mounted and balanced and I guess they just like picking up the phone and hanging it up.

Spent hundreds of dollars for tires and it took forever to pay for this service no seating for patrons just not a happy experience
