Wonderful dealership super friendly and helpful staff . Bought my daughters 2010 Kia Optima there and have never had any problems other than normal maintenance of the vehicle. Also worked with us on the price since its was my daughters first car good quality cars great prices !!!

Was in search of a car for my daughter. Found the right car at the right price here. They were totally straight forward, and honest about what they had found to be wrong with the car, and what they had fixed. I left there happy with the deal, and didn t feel taken advantage of in any way. I would definitely recommend this business for used cars, and I would definitely buy from them again if I find myself in the market for a low priced used car.

This is such an amazing family owned business with incredible customer service and great prices!I was able to purchase a reliable car fast and stress free. They had a great selection, unbeatable prices, and let me freely look around the lot as well as test drive any vehicle I was interested in. They were extremely informative and honest about all their vehicles and made the entire process very easy!

Buying a used car can be a very stressful time, trying to find something reliable and at a good price and they have both here. The customer service is wonderful and made that whole process a breeze. I bought a car from them that had some issues after driving it for a little bit and they were so helpful with going above and beyond helping me to fix it. They also have such a wide selection of vehicles that anything you're looking for they'll have. A great local business!

I just purchased a Fiat 500 from the guys at US5 and I am going to be frank. I have not seen such great salesmanship and friendliness as these men show. They go beyond the extra mile in doing everything they can to make your experience and purchase top notch. You ask: would I buy another vehicle there: in a heartbeat. Thanks guys for your patience and help for everything. I enjoyed it all.

I had a great experience here! Salesman was working to give me the best deal and I really appreciated that. Told me the car had no problems and I have been driving it for a couple months now and everything is still working great. Would definitely buy from here again!

Looking online for used cars. Came across US5 Auto Sales. Looked at there website to see what kinda cars they had. Really nice looking cars. Cars were in great condition. Honestly, really fare prices too. Blew my mind about the prices. Armin was the guy who helped me. Did all the paper work with him. I've spoke to alot of salesmen. Armin is by far the best one yet. Really nice, honest, helpful, and respectful. I'd recommend Armin to help you if you choose a car from them. Went and got the title transfered and the tags, came back, car was gassed up, fluids checked, and air pressure in tires were good. Armin wasn't pushy or anything. Very patient. Even waited for us to call the bank and get the issue worked out with the bank card. And they also have a variety of cars, trucks, and mini vans. I don't believe for the years of those vehicles that there over priced at all. I agree with the prices. All in all.. I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Armin. Everything went sooo smooth. Thank you Armin.

Worst customer service. Go anywhere but here. This guy s doesn t know how to talk to his customers. Very uncomfortable environment. He kept telling me that the car is under the blue book value but when i checked the blue book value it was overpriced. After i showed him the blue book he started disrespecting me. He started being very arrogant. Never go to this place. Ur better off buying car somewhere else. He has overpriced and damaged cars.

I've bought 2 vehicles from them in less than a year. The Only thing better than their selection and prices, is their customer service! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

I asked my dad to stop in and look at an SUV for me. Not sure if he spoke to a salesman or the owner, but the man was very rude. My dad is a farmer and stopped in after work. This man told my dad that he couldn't afford the car and that he wouldn't sell it to him. Sorry you missed an opportunity to make a sale because you judged someone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Nias, Armin and Miro are very careful and caring individuals who waited patiently for PSECU to provide financing for the purchase of a 2005 Honda Pilot. The cost is fair and there support is comprehensive. I will be telling people very good things about US5 Auto Sales in Shippensburg. Love this place!.. was recommended by a friend who bought 2 cars and has been happy. I just got a Lincoln mkx and it was simple,quick, and the staff was extremely helpful. Definitely recommending.
