I am always impressed with the quality of work and outstanding customer support. They have a fair price for oil changes and the coffee is pleasantly good in the waiting room. I will be back for my next round of oil and recommend anyone to work with this dealership for their next vehicle purchase. I enjoy working with the folks here who feel more like family. This dealership isn t one full of wolves in suits trying to rip you off. Thanks again for amazing customer service and vehicle work!

I went in the lot cause I saw a vehicle that I really liked. I was not really looking to buy anything just yet and had made that know to Andy( my salesperson). He was patient and took his time with me by not being pushy at all. I took the Jeep for a test drive and came back with some questions for Andy. He answered perfectly and again not pushy just let me know if I was interested in filling out the credit application I could do it online. Long story I did and was later contacted by Andy to say I was approved and all the details....later that night I took my husband in to test drive the jeep and got his opinion and again Andy was helpful and my husband really liked him. He was very honest and forth coming for any questions we had or concerns. We told him we really loved it and wanted to touch base with our insurance company and we would be back the following morning( Friday). He had the car ready for us when we came in and we got a few extra things done and they had it taken care of for us while I signed papers. We worked with Andy(salesperson) and Andy (financing). Both were wonderful! Would recommend them to anyone and actually already have. We drove off in our new 2020 jeep compass! Love it!

I ve gone to Shively s for maintenance since I ve purchased my 2013 Grand Cherokee. I ve been very pleased with the service I ve received from them. I d like to praise Logan, Service Director, who always goes the extra mile. Recently I had a problem with my key fob. Logan arranged to have my car picked up, have the key fob checked out, & have the car brought back to me. Nowhere gives that kind of service anymore, but Shivley s still does! Thank you to Logan & the rest of the team.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I worked with Kevin and he was great! Would highly recommend this dealership.Brought my car in to have mud flaps installed and service was very quick. Everyone is very friendly.

Service is usually good here. Service advisor explains what was done and what is needed in a great manor. This time it took a little longer then normal for a oil change. I was not pleased with the greasy finger prints on my exterior door, inside door handle and steering wheel. Hopefully next time my Jeep will be delivered as clean as I left it.

I went to Shively in Shippensburg, PA for an oil change, lube, and tire rotation on my 1998 Jeep Wrangler. They did an excellent job at a fair price. They also did an inspection and found that I had a worn sway bar end. Since it is after market, they could not replace it for me, but it was nice they let me know.

Always a great experience when I take my car in for service. Have had 2 orher dealerships tell me there is nothing wrong with my headlights. Only Shivelys took a look at my issue and resolved it.

I ve never bought a vehicle from Shively s, but I did bring my Jeep in to get looked at due to an issue I was having with it. I tried calling the dealership I originally bought it from but they were no help whatsoever. The people at Shively s called me back quickly, got me on the schedule right away, and when I brought my Jeep in everyone was really nice and helpful, and they found the issue and fixed it quickly. I couldn t be happier with the service. The only thing I didn t care for was the bill but who is when being at a dealership? I ll definitely be bring my Jeep back in the future!

I have never experienced such wonderful service.The service was very professional and truly concerned .I had a blow out on rte 81 on my way South to Florida. I was towed in on a Saturday and had no idea if I would get back on the road. She assured me that they would get to it asap. They did! I was on my way in no time. The friendliest service manager I have ever met. She never stops running! Thank you so

I talked to Andrew at Shively Motors Shippensburg, PA and told him my problem with my 2016 Jeep and he got me scheduled in the next day, I highly recommend Andrew and Shively Motors Shippensburg to everyone I know. Andrew is very knowledgeable, Nice, and Kind, Shively Motors Shippensburg is lucky to have an Employee like him.

My service advisor was friendly, polite and very helpful. I dropped my truck off the day before my appointment and it was inspected, the oil was changed and the tires were rotated that same day. As always, I was very satisfied with my service appointment.

Emailed about vehicle I was insterested in online. Email back and forth for a week before being told the truck was ready to see in Ship location. Showed up to test drive to be told it was at the Chambersburg location but they could take me to it. Refused as I was on the way to see other vehicles but let them know we would be in touch. Went to Chambersburg location 2 days later to test drive and no one had any idea what was going on with the truck. Was not allowed to test drive only look at but told I would get a call back once they talked to the shop to see if it was even sellable. (But week before it was good?) Dealer called 2 days later and got upset because I already found and purchased somewhere else while they were still going back a forth with a truck listed online for weeks.2 stars because sale women in Chambersburg was super nice tring to find out what was going on. Not her fault.

I bought my first car at Shippensburg Shivelys. Danny helped me buy my first car. Danny and Andy were very friendly and helpful explaining things to me, as this was my first time buying a car. I bought a 2018 jeep compass. I recommend having Danny help you buy your car! I am very happy and satisfied.

My sales person was very nice and impressionable , they were so respectful and helpful . I walked out with what I wanted and a full tank of gas , I would definitely do business with them in the future and I would also refer people to them . Shout out to Kevin Jones , he was awesome .

Everyone was great! Matt and Andy were excellent. I had to bring my kids with me to finish paperwork and while I could keep an eye on them, everyone at the dealership made sure they were ok also. We had one hiccup with the vehicle and they took care of it right away. I definitely recommend coming here!Since buying my Jeep, I have come twice for oil changes. Super quick both times and very friendly.

They did a great job with getting my 21 Jeep fixed and back to me in a couple day time frame. They also did all the dealing with the extended warranty company so I didn t have to make the phone calls.

I would give the Shively team my highest recommendation. We were on the first leg of our 8 day camping vacation from Pennsylvania to Nashville Tennessee. We had a breakdown of our 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 near Shippensburg and limped to Shively Motors as it was the nearest Dodge dealership. Shively motors carved time out of there busy schedule to take a look at our truck and get us back on the road after only about an hour and a half. Thanks to the Shively team, our vacation was saved! Special thanks to Service Advisor Logan for being so kind and understanding and helping us work the problem. Also special thanks to diesel tech Larry for quickly diagnosing and fixing our problem. Although we live almost 2 hours away, Shively will be our first stop when we are looking for another Dodge Product.

Nice polite people and I was surprised while it was snowing their showroom is indoor and big. And if the car is outside that you want. they bring it in and clean it off so you can see it.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Shively and have been pleased with both. However, they try to take advantage of people and it does seem targeted at women. They tried to tell me I needed new brakes (when I knew I didn't as I had pulled my tires and checked them myself) and quoted me an outrageous price. They failed my inspection for it. I took the car elsewhere and it passed easily. I drove on those brakes for another 18 months. I've been there with my husband and have literally been overlooked so they could talk to him even though I was the one purchasing the vehicle (and know more about cars than he does). I had to haggle to purchase my last car and do the used car sales dance to get what I knew my car was worth and pay what I knew the new vehicle was worth. It was ridiculous and, if I weren't as prepared and informed as I was, I would've been out thousands of dollars. I get the car game, really I do. But, I since have found a mechanic who talks to me directly and honestly and whose prices are better for much higher quality work. I actively avoid Shively and recommend service work anywhere else. As I said, the two vehicles I purchased have been great but the hoops I've jumped through with them and the disrespect I've encountered on multiple occasions definitely made an impression on me.
