Very appreciative for the great sales experience! Noah did a great job getting everything organized and gathering info. Greg was very transparent and fair in negotiating. F&I process went very smoothly and quickly. I am glad I made the trip to Shippensburg to work with them in-person!

I have a 2023 Nexus Triumph 30' RV on a Ford E450, the RV dealership wants to hold the RV hostage for a minimum of 1 week for a simple oil change and they are over an hour away. Parson Interstate Ford is 10 min from my house, I called them on Thursday before a holiday weekend and told me they can work on it and to bring it in the next day, I arrived Friday at Parson's around 9am and dropped it off, about 2 hours later they called and said it was ready, oil and filter changed and multipoint inspection Done at less then $100, The RV dealership charged me over $350 for the exact same service and had it for a week.I worked with both Chris and Alan at Parson's service department, they were both great, professional and polite could not of asked for a better experience, they will be getting all my vehicle business.

Here is a condensed version of a long story: On Friday 1/12/2024, 300 miles from home on a 700 mile trip to NC, our 2011 Hyundai with 254,000 miles lost the alternator, battery, belt and tensioner on I-81. Quickly pulling off of the exit before she died we came to a stop in the parking lot of Parsons Interstate Ford in Shippensburg, PA. Even though it was only a couple of hours until closing, the service department got us in immediately to diagnose the problem and start the repair. In the interim, I walked over to sales to see what options we might have. Even with less than stellar credit, their team was able to accommodate us and put us in an immaculate 2017 Ford Explorer with only 50,000 miles at a fantastic price. We were able to continue our trip in our new car and picked up the repaired vehicle on Monday 1/15/2024. We cannot thank the staff of Parsons enough for helping us salvage our weekend. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Alan, Chris, Greg, Caleb, Patrick, and the rest of the team for saving us when we were in such a bad spot. I would highly recommend this business for all of your sales and service needs. I was so impressed that I would make the trip in the future to buy again. Thanks again guys, we love the truck. You truly have a five-star business. The Dooley Family

Totally Happy with my recent purchase of a new 2022 Bronco Sport. Patrick L. Smith and Tommy Chan went above and beyond in their service. Super Happy! Highly recommend using Parsons Interstate Ford.

Took my Ford Escape to Parsons in November 2023. The roof had been leaking. Passenger side, back seat door at the roof handle. We decided to get it fixed since we were not trading the vehicle any time soon. The next day I am told it is the panoramic sunroof. Of course, the most expensive part. There is also a roof rack on this car. Don't know if they even tried to seal the roof rack first. Get my car back in a few days. Rains the next day. Now it is leaking front driver's side at the sun visor. Take it back in. Told it is now the windshield. They replace the windshield. Their expense. Get car back. Rains a day or so later. Now roof is leaking passenger side back at the hatch. Take car back to Parsons. They fix leak in the back but now it is leaking in the front again by the driver's side sun visor. Take car back. This time I am told it is the roof rack. Also, that the paint under the roof rack is coming off. Some paint is on the car. Some is attached to the roof rack. Also told My car needs a paint job to reseal it and they temporarily sealed it. Stressing the word Temporary. It rains a few days later. My car leaks now back at the hatch area. Both sides of car. Soaking wet. Water literally dripping inside because the leak is so bad now. Wasn't leaking there before or this badly. They ruined my car!! They had no idea what they were doing. Should have just said they couldn't fix it. Now my cars sits in the driveway with a tarp on whenever it is going to rain.

My experience was amazing. I hadn't bought a new vehicle in quite some time. Ron and Patrick made me so at ease with the process. It is a no pressure environment, which is notable.

I purchased a new battery one week prior to having the works (oil change) After the work was done I was told my battery is almost dead and should be replaced immediately. I asked if the alternator was the cause and could they check it. I was told I had to purchase a new battery and spend $134.50 an hour in order to perform a diagnostic. I went to Advanced Auto where I purchased the battery to get a second opinion. The manager tested the battery and told me the battery tested "Good" and also tested the alternator and it tested "Good". My car has been running perfectly since my appointment on Tuesday, September 9, 2023. I almost purchased a battery, a diagnostic and an alternator based on the misinformation from service! I am very skeptical regarding the service department since my appointment.

I had a great experience with Parson's service department. I received incredible customer service from the time I called to schedule until I left with my vehicle. Every member of the staff was personable, kind, and accommodating even though I was running incredibly late for my appointment and had my two young kids with me. I really felt that they cared about me as a person and more than just a customer. They were also able to provide services for my vehicle even though I don't drive a Ford. I drive a Subaru and they were able to use their knowledge and expertise to successfully care for my vehicle.I will definitely be using them again!

Friendly staff. Great service. Oil change and tire rotation in 35 min. Reasonable rate for service. This is the only place I go for service now. There was an incident with a customer while I was there where the customer was very disrespectful to staff and rude. The staff member was able to remain professional and cool and collected the whole time, even tried to still help, which I thought showed character. Great job, Parsons!

They went above and beyond to make our service experience a good one . If you asked me there rating when it was interstate ford I would have gave them a one star rating . I took a chance it was a surprise on how well the experience was. We didn't even buy our ford there but they treated us the same as if we did. I commend them on the turn around on there service. I enjoy working with hometown ships o er the bigger shops much better service you might pay more but the return on service is worth going there .Tell them Chet sent you.

I took my Explorer to Interstate Ford, because it was idling rough/shuddering in drive and reverse. It also hesitated slightly when I accelerated. They did get it in and got to it very quickly (Monday). They said that a prior code came up for a canister purge valve, and it was covered under my extended warranty. They also recommended my 100,000 mile tune-up, which was I was unable to afford at that time.I called back in 4 days (Friday) to see if the canister purge valve was replaced. They said that it wasn't ready, that they were still waiting on parts, as these were "warranty parts", and warranty parts took longer. They said it would ready early the following week. Still no call from them, so I called back the following Friday morning. They said they had one part in but were waiting on another. It was supposed to be in that afternoon, and my car would be ready. They called back in 50 minutes saying that it was completely done. I guess that part miraculously showed up and the job was done in 50 minutes. When I picked it up, it was still idling very rough. After them having it for 12 days, I wasn't about to turn around and take it back to them. So I drove home and called them. Alan said that they replaced the canister purge valve, and he said that they recommended that tune-up, which he reminded me that I refused. Therefore, the problem wasn't fixed. So it was basically my fault, according to them.On a side note, not one time did they tell me that I could have gotten a rental car under my extended warranty. This is the 2nd time a Ford dealership didn't tell me about this. The other was at Family Ford in Carlisle, when they had my car the better part of 3 weeks to fix the transmission. They said they had it fixed, and it went out again the next day. So I didn't have my car again. And I specifically asked them for a loaner. They said that they didn't have any. No mention that I could have gotten a rental car under my warranty.Three business days after getting my car back from Interstate Ford, I took it to LB Smith Ford in Lemoyne (yesterday). That same day, they diagnosed it as the torque converter at the transmission, and immediately had a rental car for me. Now, I can't help but speculate if Family Ford messed that up when they did my transmission. LB Smith also said that the canister purge valve that took Interstate Ford 12 days to fix would have taken them one day.I am not very happy with Interstate Ford. They had my car for 12 days to fix the canister purge valve and couldn't even diagnose the problem as the torque converter, and tried blaming it on me, because I refused to get that tune-up. I could have done without the attitude, as well.I seriously think Ford has a problem with these small dealerships. Unfortunately, that s my 2 closest dealerships that I will never go to again, so I will drive 45 minutes to LB Smith.

I purchased a 2017 Explorer from Parsons Interstate Ford in the spring of 2017. Since then their service department has been the only ones to do any mechanical work of any kind. After 150,000+ miles the crankshaft decided it only wanted to run on 3 cylinders. It was decided that a used engine could replace the original engine. I was told that the engine only had 59,000+ miles on it and that they would give me a 6 month 12,000 mile warranty. Never got that in writing, my big mistake! After about 12 weeks and around 7000 miles I now have a valve cover oil leak. I was told that it can be repaired but at my expense since it is not a catastrophic failure. With tax it can be an $1800 expense. No attempt to try instill customer service satisfaction!

Good group of people that take the time to do quality work and keep you informed of what is going on. I was a little uneasy about taking my Mustang there (had never been there before) but turned out all good.

A dependable service team lead by a very professional and experienced service manager. I felt like my mustang couldn t have been in better care! Alan and his team did an amazing job of diagnosing my issues and explaining them to me in a way that makes sense. By far the only place I ll be bringing my car from now on!

I went to Parson interstate Ford driving through from Florida to MA. With a broken brake line. I was waiting there until they opened hoping they had time to look at my truck. I went in when they opened and service manager Alan says he could get it in and take a look at it. Then they had to get my parts from out of state and parts manager Jennifer had them rush to get the parts for me. They did a great job and I was back on the road by 12:30. They were great and would definitely recommend them for service.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED!!!!On Wednesday, February 8, 2023, my fiance took his Ford Mustang to Parson's Interstate Ford to be worked on due to receiving two safety recall notices from Ford Motor Company. Both recall letters stated that Ford Motor Company had authorized all Ford dealers to fix the recalled issues free of charge (parts and labor). My fiance explained to Parson's what issues he was dealing with and made it clear that the problems were due to a recall and the cost of repairs was to be covered by Ford Motor Company. Parson's told him they needed to inspect the vehicle. After inspection Parson's told my fiance they could see the issues were indeed part of the recall and assured him they would fix the problems over the next few days. My fiance agreed to leave his vehicle at the garage until Fridaymorning when he was told it would be ready for pickup. A fewhours later, he received another phone call from Parson's telling him that the problems were not part of the recall and that he would need to pay for the repairs out of pocket. They asked if they should proceed with working on the vehicle or stop. My fiance made it clear to them that Ford Motor Company was responsible for the cost of repairs as stated in the recall notices and told Parson's to stop working on the car if they did not agree to those terms. My fiance was told to come to pick up his vehicle and when he went there he was given a bill of $545.16. He asked what he was being charged for since they did not repair any issues with the vehicle and Parson's said they were charging him for labor. Parson's refused to return my fiance's keys until he paid the bill, quickly took his car back into the garage, and closed the doors. Unfortunately, after this experience we read reviews about Parson's Interstate Ford online and found numerous customer complaints describing the same situation in which Parson's charged customers for open recall issues and refused to return their keys until the bill was paid. This business is crooked and unfortunately have been getting away with scamming their customers for years! Do not go here. This company is not trustworthy.

I was there today for my recall. Estimated time was 30 minutes. Done after 35 minutes so no complain. However, when the service staff started to do the check out for me (he printed my paperwork and had my car key in hands), another customer asked him a question that he did the inspection here before but now the tags were ripped off, please find out his service record because he did not want to pay. Instead of asking him to wait and finish checking me out, he talked to the customer, then logged in computer to find the information, then went ask his boss, then went back, talked again, etc. He spent 25 minutes handling the customer's request, so I had to wait another 25 minutes, and he checked me out (only took him 3 minutes). He should have finished my check-out, then deal with that customer.

I called in 2 hours prior to them closing after being out all day and irritated with another company that took over 4 hours to tell me that they couldn t inspect my car because they didn t do emissions. The guy at the service office was super nice and they had me in an out before they closed at 5! Great customer service and communication. Thank you so much.

I am a customer of Parsons Interstate Ford who moved out of the area. While visiting family in the area I stopped by to have an oil issue looked at. The folks in the service department found a very loose oil drain plug on my Ford Escape. They checked everything, cleaned up the oil, and tighten the plug. My cost was a hand shake and good to see you.I will come back for my next purchase.Jeff Shreck

We ordered a Bronco back in 2021. It took 20 months to get here, but the dealers at Parsons kept us in the loop the whole time and answered all our questions along the way!! If you are looking for a new or used car, take the time to look at their lot!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. It's a SCAM I wish that I have read these reviews before going there.I had 2 open recalls. After inspecting the car, they agreed to fix the issues and that it's part of the recall but once they started working on the car they called saying that it's going to be my responsibility paying for the repairs or they will stop working on the vehicle. I told them to stop because that's not what we agreed to in the beginning. I went there to pick up my car, and I was surprised with being charged a huge amount without fixing anything. They hid the car inside and refused to give me my key back until I pay.

I purchased tires and Parson installed the tires. A tire was leaking air. Parson stated they could not resolve the leaking tire. I had to take to Weavers and The leak was due to the bead was not cleaned prior to install. Weavers popped tire off and cleaned the bead and installed wheel back on vehicle. I feel Parsons could have resolved this by taking the tire off the rim and cleaning the bead. I paid 1700 for tires and they should have been installed correctly.

Horrible dealership! They've had my husband's SUV for 4 months and still not repaired!! We had the option of getting a rental car but had to pay for it out of our own pocket until the car was fixed. We are talking $5000.00 we had to come up with because this dealership refused to provide us with a loaner car from their lot.

After discovering the state inspection was out of date on my husband s car, Parsons was able to adapt our appointment to complete this additional inspection along with our oil change/tire rotation. We greatly appreciated their flexibility.

We have used Parsons for several vehicles purchases as well as service. A+ experience every time. We drive past several other dealerships in the hour long drive to get to Parsons and it is absolutely worth it.

Didn't offer to fix all four doors under warranty because it involved more than what the recall was for. (Only did 2) If you want to put a recall on a vehicle, you should stand behind ALL parts it might take to fix it. Ambient lighting doesn't work properly in drivers door ever since the vehicle was there.
