Matt took the time to call me back in Ohio to explain everything that was done to my bike. I only wish I lived closer so he could actually perform the necessary adjustments.Very friendly, informative, and helpful!!

Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't hesitate to spend time explaining things to me and I never got the feeling that I was being rushed. He's a real guy that enjoys talking to other motorcyclists. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to the area and did not know anyone to work on my 3 motorcycles. I called MotoEsh and he immediately listened and came up with not only the best plan for my bikes but was totally involved like he personally knew me. He not only resolved all my issues but he kept in constant contact with me to ask questions on how and what i needed done. After my very first encounter with MotoEsh i was so impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism that i will not let anyone else touch my motorcycles. 100% recommend this company to everyone i know. I have an Aprilia scaraboo 2004 500 cc scooter. I thought it needed a starter so I shoped around and found MotoEsh and called Matt he came and picked it up. That was 3 months ago. When I spoke with Matt it was 1 excuse after another. Excuse #1 it needed a new battery. He said he was waitting on one. I have bought batteries for it from auto parts stores, but what shop doesn't have extra batteries. Excuse #2 He was having trouble putting the fuel tank back on after cleaning the fuel injection line. Excuse #3 He ordered a part and was going to have overnighted, a week later he still didn't have it. Excuse #4 When it was put back together he was going to take it for a test drive, and the starter coil went bad and needed a new one. He ordered a new one from a compeny in Texas. I called and spoke with him, and he said that that coil was one back order and offered me the phone number. He then said that number was not in service. Why offer me a phone number that you know is not in service. Now I understand that it is is and an old model and I understand that it is an Italian make and that parts would be hard to find. Also he requested that I pay upfront, which I didn't have a problem with $ 533.98. He has had it for 3 months and he is avoiding my calls. I don't even know if he still has my scooter. A friend of mine knows a motercycle machinic who using his cell phone found the starter coil needed on Amazon. At this point I don't know what to do. I thought about legal action but the cost wouldn't be worth it.

Super easy to work with and fixed up my bike properly the first time. Matt the owner was very helpful and professional.
