Really would recommend. Have gone to them for inspections and it s a always smooth process. Also went in to have my car fixed because it was in limp mode and had an engine check light. They fixed it quick and was at a fair price.

i have had the worst experience with this company, the employee was disrespectful and completely disregarded my issue.i strongly don t recommend it for anyone.they also take too much time, and they never called me when they were done working on my car.

Nice, family run business. They repaired my exhaust system for the most economical price. They could have very easily cheated me as I have zero knowledge of exhaust systems. Added bonus? Lovely sweet dogs .

My daughter is a student at Shippensburg University, and when her check engine light came on, I asked around for recommendations. Several parents recommended Hickmans. Well, they were right!! Mary was kind and helped get her car in quick, and John fixed the problem within 24 hrs ordering the parts, installing a new catalytic converter and getting it back to my daughter the next day. I HIGHLY recommend this HONEST, FAMILY business.

I'm pretty happy with my service. I spent 2 years, several mechanics/ dealerships, and $3000 trying to figure out an engine light in my 2013 Sonic. I took it to Hickman and they found the solution the first time. MY CAR IS FINALLY LEGAL!! THANK YOU HICKMAN'S!!!

I had the MOST pleasant experience with Hickman automotive! They were so great at communicating with me throughout the process, and they fixed my Subaru quickly for a great price. Highly recommend!!

This place is great, they are quick, fairly priced and easy to work. What I like most however is the effort that goes into diagnosing what is the actual root cause of the problem. In the past, I have taken my cars to other mechanics who seem to just make a guess as to what they thought was *probably* wrong and then threw some parts at my car, hoping that would do the trick. There is nothing more infuriating than paying for parts you don't need that didn't fix the problem. I leave Hickman Automotive with peace of mind knowing that the actual problem was correctly identified and fixed the first time.

Special shout out to John Hickman.GREAT job on our Nissan pathfinder. Dealers won't attempt to fix it.but He did repair it.on top of that under estimate, did inspection and oil change .will be taking all our vehicles there, Highly recommend them Thank you so much. ( we never write a recommendation ,but they deserve it )

Honesty, integrity and friendliness are three ways I would describe Hickman Automotive and their staff.I found them several years and use their services for things I can't legally do myself (inspection) or jobs that I don't have time to do (head gasket).Last year, they adjusted my valves and replaced the gaskets as part of the procedure. I noticed yesterday that two of the spark plug wells were leaking oil at the gasket seal. Thinking maybe the gaskets themselves were under warranty, I stopped by with my receipt and asked.Within 20 minutes, I had a new set of gaskets under 1-year warranty, they offered to print out the installation diagrams and instructions (I am in a tinkering mood) and offered to give me pointers on installation. While we were looking at the car together, John noticed that the gaskets were not quite seated properly during the installation they performed, which I fully appreciate because it was difficult to keep everything lined up properly when I did my last Honda's gaskets.Hickman Automotive is standing behind their original work and will do the complete replacement when my car is in for inspection next week, at no cost to me. THAT is quality service.I have taken my Mitsubishi, two Hondas and a BMW to Hickman and will continue to go back, as well as recommend them to everyone I can. Keep up the great work Hickman family!

Had a 4' fuel line go from my fuel filter to my engine, I was told they could have it in the next day, it was there for almost 2 weeks, they ended up replacing the fuel filter too, and I received a bill for $337! And the gas line had quick connect ends! The mechanic claimed well I had to drill some holes and stuff.. I would NOT recommend this garage

Services are reasonable, staff is attentive and informative. Kat is easy to talk to and has for me, taken the anxiety out of having my car serviced. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

10 stars! John and the gang are awesome! Took this truck and fixed the timing chain and exhaust manifold as well as the breaks which were metal on metal. If you're debating where to take your vehicle for repairs don't waste your time at the other shops in the area bc this is a one stop shop. Cant thank you guys enough.

I don't know what exactly they did to my car aside from the necessary service to pass inspection, but it drives like new now.

My boyfriend has been coming here for years. I came by to drop off our mini Cooper for an oil change and was kept company by the cutest little dog in the world. John and Mary are too cool for school. My boots were also very happy when you plopped down ontop of them, Casper .

I recently bought a Nissan Altima 2006 this February. I don't know a lot about cars but once I found Hickman Automotive , NOONE beats their prices , the guys are quick, professional, and very nice. Very good family establishment. They not only work on your car but they explain everything in detail to you , tell you what to do in case something happens again, and I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else! :)
