I was very pleased with the technician that came to repair my windshield. He explained that due to the wind he would not be able to calibrate the cameras and such but I was able to schedule that he came back the next day to take care of that chore. The technicians we very nice and they did a good job. I am happy with their work.

Service is top notch. I had a stone chip in my windshield while driving. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and was in and out. The repair technician did a spectacular job and now you wouldn t even know I had a chip in the glass ( sometimes I can even find it) will use them in the future for all my glass needs

From start to finish every representative was courteous and professional. We dropped the car off the night before and I received a call that the windshield was done even before my scheduled appointment time. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Auto Glass Now!

Had my windshield replaced and my vehicle was scratched and chipped in process. After much back and forth, store manager gave a refund after being instructed to by a higher manager.Windshield looks fine, so that s good at least.

I wish I did not have even this choice to give them one star. They don't have a professional people to finish the job at first attempt. I am a policy holder by State farm. My windshield was broken. My insurance companies have set the appointment; with them. They give me the time between 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. but they show 2 hour late. They even didn't inform me for being late. No courtesy. Don't recommend this shop. If yr insurance company is referring you this. Please avoid it. Very unprofessional, lier, and disrespectful. They don't care about you. Just get the money from insurance.

I called after my car got broken into and Chris was extremely pleasant. Within 2 minutes he found the part for my car and told me come in and he will have it done overnight while other shops told me 2-3 days. I dropped my car off and they were even nice to drop me off back home. Woke up and my car was finished by 8AM ! 2nd time using this location and service has been excellent. They answer the phone, are helpful and courteous, and do what they say. In addition, they are less expensive than the market leader who is exactly the opposite of the comments above.

This is the first time to use auto glass they are Friendly. Quick. Efficient, and very professional they changed my glass window Upon arriving, I was seen immediately and my car was taken in right away for repair. I am also impressed by the actual repair - it was completely both properly and at an affordable cost.
