Having been out of my local area of the Wilkes-Barre Scranton, this place is one of the few to receive my five-star rating of perfection. I called several oil change places in that area and was extremely disappointed in the lack of courtesy and service. To start, the gentleman answering the phone went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered perfectly! Leaving me with 100% confidence that upon my arrival, I would receive the services we spoke about. My oil change was handled in exceptional fashion! polite, fantastically professional, completely thorough, and as a business owner myself, I strongly believe this location should be the standard used as an example for all business owners to follow! I have never! I repeat, never! Experienced that many people working together for the same purpose and I felt astonished at the fact that so many different people were able to maintain such an Absolutely Perfect level of Excellence throughout the duration of my visit, which undoubtedly was the fastest oil change I have ever received! My experience at this location has permanently removed any future chance that I will go to a Jiffy Lube for any reason! The only thing I can say that is not of a positive nature is the website I visited eager to leave a positive review didn't allow me space I required to boast of the exceptional service I received at this location. I would very much like to sit down with whoever's responsible for the way this location runs its business as I believe I could learn a thing or two that might help improve my business. With much appreciation, thank you for improving the quality of my day. Also and for the first time in nearly two years ahead of the schedule, leaving me feeling confident my vehicle is in the best possible condition for the next few thousand miles. This is your guaranteed best oil change in the area, you could go to your local shop and be waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change, where you could wait 15 minutes here instead. I will always go here for an oil change whether before work or after since it s so fast. Plus they have coupons that can get you up to 50% off!! Which is crazy, I ve been there a couple times for an oil change and it cost $21 which the oil costs more. This is the place you want to go!

Great courteous and honest staff. I needed an oil change last minute before a small road trip. I had used a different valvoline in the past and was very pleased. This one also did not disappoint. This is a fast and convenient way to get the oil changed in your car. The guys are fast and efficient, as well as thorough. I like that they check all my tires, lights, fluids, and air filters during the oil change. It's worth the money by far compared to going to the dealer and waiting for a long time even with an appointment.

This place used to be great when it was Xpress Lube. Now, it's just a greedy corporation. They charged me $64 for my oil change. I had my own oil and filter and they don't even grease your fittings. Never ever again!

I travel a good bit during the business day, so finding a good place to get a quick oil change can be a challenge at times. I found myself in the area picking up materials and noticed I was due. I found this Valvoline in Selinsgrove and pulled in. I was blown away by the treatment I received. Frank, the manager happened to be the guy that directed me into the bay, and proceeded to take care of the service along with his crew. They were very through with work and communication with me, which isn't always the case at different locations. Most times, it's a shot in the dark of how you're going to be treated. This particular location was a great experience. I only wish they all had a manager like Frank.

Would have been five stars but they didn't have my filter so I had to run and buy one at an auto parts store. I went back and they still charged me full price. So I had to pay $17 for a filter plus the oil change. Not their finest moment. I won't be back.

They did a awesome job. This was my first time there. They were very friendly and helpful. It's nice just drive around back and they change your oil while you stay in your vehicle. Even though they were busy they got done in a reasonable time. They also changed my air filter,fixed by brake light and put air in my tires. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing job by Frank and crew! Professional service with every aspect being handled with top-notch care and attention to detail -- something that is hard to come by these days! Waiting in line is simply a result of being popular and is understandable when you out-perform the rest of the competition, thus causing high demand & reoccurring business. Stopped in for an oil change and was blown away by the excellent service and speed of the crew! They checked my tires, fluids, lights, AC/heating all under an hour. Quick and easy on a Monday morning in and out without any issues. Unfortunately I have a newer vehicle that they had to call and confirm the oil type and filters on. But other than that the service was fantastic and the guys were great.

Fast service, great staff, and thorough job as always. Suggested recommend maintenance, replaced a broken wiper blade, and topped off my fluids. Had no problem accepting my digital coupon from Valvoline. You guys are definitely my go to place for an oil change.

The service you experience here is almost too efficient. I would rather deal with the cost than the hassle of having to change my own oil at home. They are like any other business and try to upsale you on the other things they offer such as air filters wiper blades ect. I can promise you that the air filters and wipers are 10x cheaper at Walmart or advance auto. They do offer more advanced services such as serpentine belt replacements cooling system flushes as well as ac service. Overall they are a good place to go for a conventional oil change.

There prices are expensive. They also nickle and dime you and lie to you. I know this because they claimed a plug needed to be replaced because it was stripped but I know for a fact this wasn't true because I just bought my car, had an oil change and the plug was not stripped. There is no way in hell it was stripped from one oil change to the next one. They also did this to me before with my other car. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

I just moved in this area and stopped at Selinsgrove Valvoline for my air conditioner to get refilled and I just want to say that Frank was really nice and helpful and explained everything really well. Great customer service! I m definitely returning for my future oil changes.

Was told would be a 30 minute wait, no problem. Asked if they had the dexosD oil required by my gmc duramax 3.0. He said yes, the full synthetic meets the requirements. I waited just to pull into the building and be told they don't have the oil.

They informed me of everything they were doing. Checked my air and cabin filter, and were honest by telling me they were fine, didnt try any sales tactics. I used to go here when it was Selingsgrove Lube Express. Trustworthy

They had me in and out very quickly. I love the fact that you just sit in the car. Great place for an oil change!!
