It s quite difficult to park right infront of this center if there aren t any available spots but the guys in can always walk to your car for inspection.The lady who picks the call is kind and able to guide you well especially if you are dealing with your first collision.

Shop was recommended by my insurance so I took it there. Six weeks to fix a dented hood, broken windshield and damaged dash from a tree branch. First problem it was throwing error codes before it even left the shop they say that that's fixed. I get it back and problems 2 and 3.There are no inspection stickers on the windshield so I'm driving illegal and then my AC doesn't work. Back to the shop for another 2 weeks. Now problem 4. I was cleaning my truck and the whole front passenger side carpet was soaking wet I vacuumed a least a gallon of water out of the carpet still don't know where thats coming from but back to the shop.again. This truck will never be the same again and I have no faith in this shop to even get it close.

Absolutely fantastic service from the folks at Scranton Collision. Great communication during the entire repair process. Took the time to answer all our questions in detail as well as provided a low cost rental while they had the car in the shop. Could not be happier with the service as well as the flawless repair. If you need body work done, do not hesitate to bring your car here. These guys are fantastic.

Friendly, curious, completed car sooner than I expected. They even cleaned inside and outside of my car. Was very pleased and thankful. Worked with my insurance company for any additional repairs.

Great service! Got my first buck of the season, with my truck! Fixed exterior like new, but got it back and found i was still leaking coolant... gave me a loaner on them, with no hassle, and kept truck till they found the issue. Kept me updated all the way through! Really appreciated it!

The service people are really nice. Although it took them a long time to get the parts in I'm really I'm hoping to have my car back in time for the trip I have to leave for later this week

Our car was hit in the last snowstorm and their insurance told us to take it there. I went in ready for some bull story and a fight but the people there could not have been any nicer. They did the paperwork, looked at the car, took it right in and set me up with a 4 wheel drive loaner. I was out of there in 30 minutes. Great job.

I have had 2 excellent experiences at Scranton collision. My car was there longer than expected the second accident but that is to be expected with a body shop that does such beautifully unnoticeable accident repairs. I cant say enough good things about them but i will say I hope to never have to go there again... unless it for something other than an Deer or some dummy hitting my beautiful car!

My car looked brand new when I picked it up! Shane called me and kept me up to date with every step of my cars repairs! The service was GREAT! I highly recommend Scranton Collision!

It was a long wait because of the time we are having in our country right now but due to everything they made my vehicle look brand new and it drives like nothing ever happened to it. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and family.
