On December 26, 2023 I stopped by the service center to have a break light checked. A simple service of a break light being checked turned into disasters. After an hour a guy came out and said we fixed your break light but you have a bigger problem that my suspension spring was cracked and they cut it off and it needs to be replaced it would cost $558 and take about 2 hours to fix. I was in shock that I was NEVER consulted about this prior to the removal of the suspension spring. I was told this information after all this work was done. I have never had a garage complete work without consultation. My car is under warranty and would be completely covered. I came to just have my break light checked and I was charged $137.75. I was in complete shock to even question how a break light can cost that much to be fixed. I felt totally taken advantage of as a woman because I know if my husband came to the garage this would have never happened. The removal of a suspension spring without my permission put me at risk. I had to have it fixed immediately. Thankfully it was under warranty and was fixed the follow day at the dealership I purchased the vehicle. The cost was only $277, covered under warranty. So your service center was charging me double the price. Completely taken advantage of and would never recommend.

If I could give 1000 stars I would. Kelly Volkswagen is the greatest car dealership ever. Zero stress, absolute ease buying a car, and the staff is beyond friendly. They treat you like family. Joe Cawley and the Egan family are absolute gems. I will only buy from this group! Absolute professionals!!!!

Honestly the best car buying experience I've had, got home to realize that our Jetta Sportwagen TDI had not come with floor mats. After quick exchange of emails with Pat and a week later we had a set of OEM and all weather mats. That's above and beyond in its own rights. Thanks a ton to the friendly staff. When the wife decides it's time for a Beetle, we'll be back.

I've lived around this valley nearly 60 years. Kelly treats you like a neighbor, not a number. A place where they know your name, your car, and your budget. Feel safe when you enter, feel safe when you drive away. Small dealership, big difference.

These people are amazing. By far the best experience I've ever had going to a dealership. I got my oil change done the first time and they upgraded all my coil packs due to a recall for free that I was unaware of. The last time today I went and got my oil change. I couldn't afford to get a tire and it was balding. Instead of sending me on my way they found a tire with some trend on it and threw it on for free. They understand safety and provided excellent customer service. I think they have gotten me as a customer for life.

Mike is the man! I broke down on the way to vacation and barely made it to this dealership. It was a Saturday and the service shop wasn t supposed to even be open. Mike helped diagnose my car anyways and drove me to the rental car shop. He fixed my car quicker than expected and was able to work with Volkswagen to get coverage for my car part. He also was able to get them to agree for paying for half of the rental cost. It should have cost me 2 grand for the rental and parts and I ll only have to pay about 400 bucks. Overall best service I ve ever had. If only I lived in Pennsylvania I would come back!

The Service Department is outstanding; they are honest and knowledgeable and never try to rip you off. They are the only ones who I will trust with my car, hands down. The Sales Department is also amazing and the experience buying or leasing never feels rushed or pushy. Kelly is, in my experience, the best auto dealer in the region.

Mike in service was fantastic. He bailed me out when I had a flat tire today at 4, even though they were about to close he stayed after and mounted a new tire for me. I can't believe some of the other reviews, I was given nothing but kindness and was really bailed out! I'm recommending them to everyone I know

My mother bought 3 VW's from Kelly's through the 70's and 80's.Being in the market to upgrade mine to a newer model, I paid them a visit.The attendants start out nice, but once things didn't go "their way" they started showing an aggressive and rude attitude. This was in both the parts dept. and in sales. Apparently not the same crew my mother worked with all those years ago. Unfortunately I knew more about the models I am considering than the staff.Apparently I'm not the only person to receive this treatment here.I just drove 30 min south to the next VW dealer and haven't had a problem since.

We were traveling from NC to PA to visit family when my coolant light came come on after being stuck in traffic. We contacted Kelly VW service department. They had us come and checked everything out and even tookcare of a recall on the car while we were there. Glad to say that all that need to be done was the coolant topped off. Must say they were both friendly and helpful.

Can't speak higher of Kelly VW. They were awesome through the whole purchasing process. Car only had one key, so they had one made for me and. For servicing, their online appointment booking was VERY easy and convenient. Service guys are exceptionally pleasant. They made sure I had a ride to wherever I needed and a ride to pick up the car. Upon calling me to let me know my car was finished they informed me that they had also rotated the tires, topped off the fluids, checked the wipers and made suggestions about future maintenance. VERY PLEASANT and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and car is running good!

Michael in the Service Department was extremely helpful and provided us with a terrific automotive repair experience. He went as far at to contact our former dealer in Conn. to inquire about a possible warranty for road side coverage to cover my pothole damaged wheel. Fast, efficient, and above and beyond service. Way to go Kelly!

Only delt with their Parts Dept. Fella there was super nice and gave me a used bottle of color matched paint I needed for my car. No charge. In fact he threw in a bottle of clearcoat. Very grateful.

Its a real shame because the guys at the desk seem pretty nice and i love my car but the service here is very bad.I had a 12k mile 12 month bumper to bumper warranty from volkswagen on my car. The first month i had it the struts started making subtle clunking noises . I told them about it, they replaced the cheapest suspension part (sway bar bushing) and tried to pass it off as fixed. A couple months later the clunking got worse and the ride quality was degrading. I took it in and told them they tried to tell me that if they had to spend extra time diagnosing it they would have to charge me even tho it was still under the warranty. I left it with them for two weeks and they never called me back I finally called them and they said its been ready for a while and insisted they called and left a message but I never recieved one. When I got there my brakes were rusty from sitting there so long and they have been loud ever since. I took then took it to Wyoming Valley Volkswagen and did a ride along with the technician he heard it and said it was defintely bottoming out the strut over speed bumps. I left it over night and they called me back saying they could not reproduce the problem?? (Typical dealer cop out answer) The tech was in the car with me when it happened so I dont know why they would need to reproduce it anyways. So wyoming valley VW doesnt seem much better. Brought it back to kelly for a third time becuase it was getting even worse and figured they would surely be able to reproduce it but gave me the same speel. Lastly I took it on for an oil change/ tire rotation and told them it was still happening (obviously becuase they wont look at it) after the oil change they told me the front wheels were bent. (Makes sense if the struts are completely blown out) so now im out 2 850 dollar wheels from them.The final kicker I took it for new tires since they were all worn uneven from the bad struts they refused to fix and said there was nothing wrong with. Mind you these tires were new when I got the car and were worn a year later. The tire shop told me that the struts were shot and they could not do the aligment becuase I will just need another after they are replaced.I am currently in contact with the consumers resource services to find an attorney to fight this breach of contract. Have 4 receipts documenting the could not reproduce incident in the past year and the receipt from the tire shop stating bad struts.Its a real bummer becuase I hate to go this route and never wanted to sue anybody/company but what are you going to do when a mutlimillion dollar corporation won't even honor their warranty and paying customers.Buyer beware, even if you like the car think about the years of service you will have to deal with afterwords.

During my vacation in PA our Tiguan lease was expired. We decided to visit Kelly VW and we did not regret.We got exceptional service. Patrick Sullivan is honest salesman. No pressure and very responsive. We definitely recommend this dealership.

In regards to their service department.Besides the fact that it took them a week to look at my car and another week to fix it, they charged me 4 hours labor to do an hours worth of work. They are liars and completely unprofessional and unethical.On top of that when they reinstalled my steering wheel, the put it back on and it was turned 90 degrees while the tires were straight.

Needed some lugs removed from my wife's used GTI that we bought elsewhere, it did not come with the key. Even with how busy it was, they removed them free of charge; we love our volkswagens.

Nice service staff with prices that are pretty decent for a dealership.Small showroom that could use a little more space. Sales people are happy to let you have a look until you need them.

I spoke with Jeff today to get parts for my car.. I have purchased A LOT Of parts from them in the past. I asked what the best price was for the said parts. And was told, "that is great, but the price I gave you IS the price. " Needless to say, that I will order my VW parts from someplace else from now on. HORRIBLE customer service.

So far I've had good experiences with Kelly Volkswagen. They did the emissions work required by the EPA and just serviced my DSG and replaced my fuel filter. They will complete insurance claim work that was left unfinished by the body shop and will work on it while I'm traveling to New Mexico to help my brother who is being deployed. They are expensive but the pricing would be the same anywhere, that's inherently a known complaint with VW in general. The dealership is comfortable to wait in and the staff is friendly. I had a chat about all things VW with an older gentleman for a good 15-20 minutes. Possibly an owner or higher level manager. They offer coffee or tea which is customary and wifi.The only thing I think they could improve on is taking a holistic approach to their customer's car's health. For instance, my coolant level is low and my washer fluid is empty and they didn't top them off. Other dealerships and brands are usually pretty quick to do that stuff knowing that customers appreciate the small things that really show commitment to great satisfaction and health of a vehicle. Most of us are not rich and where I live there is no public transit so a vehicle is absolutely necessary plus it's a big investment. When a dealership goes above and beyond by doing small things like that, you know they have your back, and you're more likely to be a lifelong customer.I don't expect anything for free but it's what separates stellar service (5 stars) from great service (4 stars.) What will cost me 30 bucks to top off: coolant, washer fluid, bluedef exhaust treatment fluid, would have cost them nothing but would have been the difference from 4 to 5 stars.They do take the time to answer any questions and provide additional information or personal experiences.

My mom and I were driving from Toronto, Canada to NYC when our car started having issues. The gentlemen at Kelly s fit us in quickly and helped us so much! Thanks to them I was able to catch my flight to Thailand! Thank you so so much!!!!

Absolutely wonderful! Jean and Mike from service were exceptional beyond belief and willing to help me through some terrible experiences I've had at Wyoming Valley Motors. Absolutely reccomend..they care about their customer, they take their time and there's no BS. Thank you guys!

2011 jetta 4 Brakes &rotors $ 1000.00 Dont think so. I am trading car in February not at Kelly now. I like to buy local but they have no service department unless you want to be Ripped off

Bought my jetta 8 months ago and have had it in the shop 2 times already for transmission problems. The first time my car was in the shop for a week. I have been lucky enough that the services were covered under my warranty, but everything is a problem with this dealership. I fought with them tirelessly to give me a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop, but they had every excuse in the book. My car was CPO, so a loaner service was not included in the warranty, but how do you sell someone a car with transmission issues and not offer a loaner when you need to perform work on it that takes a week? I was told that I was being "worked with" when they ever so graciously offered a car rental from enterprise that I would need to pay for out of pocket, in addition to my car payment for a car that I can't drive and when I could, I drive with fear of the transmission going. I will never ever ever ever buy another car from Kelly Volkswagen. I will also never recommend anyone to buy a car here.

Purchased my tiguan at Kelly VW after attempting to purchase one at a different dealership. Apparently their salsman was not very knowledgeable about ho to make a sale. Went to Kelly's & had a terrific axperience. No pressure & was treated with such respect. I have recommended this dealership to many friends & family.
