Over the weekend I bought my first car , a 2024 CX-5! I was in contact with Sean dolphin the whole week prior with tons of questions and he was EXTREMELY helpful!! He answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I couldn t reccomend Sean enough. He was patient and had everything ready to go when I arrived . He makes you feel like family . 10/10 person.

Recently had the pleasure of working with Sean Dolphin at Kelly Mazda. I cannot recommend Sean highly enough. From our first meeting through the final sale Sean was friendly, very knowledgeable about all Mazda vehicles, and not pushy. Purchasing through Sean was a pleasant, pain free car buying experience and I love my new Mazda!

Omg, we purchased a Mazda from a different dealer and needed Mazda service to fix our license plate bracket, very reasonable, good experience with service.Next we purchased a car.The entire process took 1/2 hour. We walked in, told Sean Dolphin what we were looking for, he showed us a car, we drove it, we loved it, told him we are going to self finance, he gave us a purchase order, we sent it to the credit union, got a check, came back, gave it to Sean, signed some papers and we were on our way. We did pay a little more (I think) to have a Mazda certified car but the peace of mind is worth it. He did Not say maybe we can finance it for you , or how bout life insurance to pay off the car if you die . Very straightforward, our best car buying experience ever.

I brought my 2021 cx5 here for a "chirping" transmission when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. I was informed that it was my tires chirping and that 3 individuals drove my car and did not hear the chirping sound as I described. The same week, I brought my car to Ray Price Mazda, who informed me i needed an entire new transmission (covered under warrenty) due to a bad torque converter which is a service bulletin (which i was also not informed of). I had a great sales experience here, unfortunately i can not say the same for service.

Wonderful experience working with Kelly Mazda, friendly and personal. I never really even looked into Mazda but after test driving the Cx5, I decided to switch from VW because of the quality and attention to detail. You just get more for your money.

I took my car in to get service for what was supposed to be quoted at around 9 hrs. They then proceeded to hold my car for over 2.5 weeks - there were no mechanical complications - and it was only finished because I came in complained.The work they did was solid, but the efficiency and spot checks they do is bad. If you're fine w/ your car being held here for weeks on end w/ little to no communication do it up.

Counter personnel show personal interest. Work area clean. Work performed expertly and complete description given afterward. Charges were fair and normal. Improvement in steering and handling seen immediately.

Bought a Certified 2013 Mazda 3s from these folks back in March 2016.. dealt directly with the sales manager. I was in a rush, as someone totaled my kids car and she needed one to get back to college... Told him about my troubles needing a car for my kid, compared notes about us both being dads with daughters..the challenges of parenting, etc..thought I made a connection with an honest car salesman... I asked every question possible, any dents, hows the paint, ever smoked in, interior in good shape...I was assured the car was "in very good condition". Then drove 2 and a half hours to go get it. The car I was promised and this one were not even close. Got there to find hail damage on the top, and it looked like someone parked a running lawnmower on a gravel pile next to it...hundreds of chips all the way to the primer on the driver side, and the odor of a strong cleaner in the car. In their defense.. they did knock off $800... I had to have a car... so I took it (my mistake rushing into a car purchase from an unknown dealer). Then I drove it home and noticed all the scratches in the windshield glass, the smoke smell started to show...and only got worse since... got it in my garage to find the rear passenger compartment all dug up with a ripped seat pocket, opened the hood to find the engine insulation eaten by the rats or squirrels living on the engine, who left a huge pile of nuts,seeds, feces, urine, and torn up insulation all over the injectors and wire harness that the dealer missed. Changed the oil to find they never bothered to use a drain plug gasket when they serviced it... Again, in their defense.. when I emailed all this they apologized and said if I drove it back they would do what they could to correct this... but...no way to get it back there.. kid had to go to college. I bought the car certified.. supposedly with a 150point inspection.. that should have caught all the issues I listed so as not to worry...and with the promise of a smoke free, car "in very good condition". We have since paid hundreds to have the smoke smell removed, have sewn the seat pocket, paid to have the dents corrected as good as possible, and I spent hours with a little touch up pen filling the chips, since then it has been a decent and fun to drive car, but no thanks to Kelly Mazda.I get that the dealership has a chance to rebut this review... to that, I would say...Just be honest, I have a ton of photos and all of the emails to back this up... check with Brian.. he has them too...If i was them, I'd probably just go with "I'm sorry we did this to you, and we wont do it to anyone else" and leave it at that... Moving forward, I sure hope they treat other customers better.

The worse experience I have had at any dealership especially mazda! As a family and owner of 3 Mazdas, I will never go back here and will make sure my husband and mother never do either. Had a service appointment scheduled and received no assistance I walked into one office and a guy sitting in the cubicle acted as if he did not acknowledge myself or my husband at 6 4 hard to miss us! Go into the showroom office and the heavy set older man with a blue polo on did not even bother to get up out of his seat to assist me. Decided not to leave my car there after they wasted my time. Working in customer service especially running a business, customer service is everything! Will continue to drive an hour and 20 mins to the saylorsburg location instead of 20 mins away to the SCRANTON LOCATION.

The service team is great! We are a three Mazda family and our vehicles are in good hands when they need routine service. You even get a cool text with a video of your car as they do the safety inspection.

Brian Cole is who I primarily worked with here at Kelly Mazda.I had submitted a car finder request to Kelly Mazda for a newer Mazda6 near the end of December and within a week or so Brian had sent me an email detailing what he had come across. The next business day I went to give the car a test drive. Now, this test drive was not just an "around the block" kind of test drive. Brian, knowing that I am from the "mountains", took me on one of the larger hills in the area to really have me get a correct feel for the car - and it delivered. About halfway through the test drive I knew I wanted to purchase this car.The buying process was WAY easier than I was expecting. The price of the car was excellent and the trade amount that Brian offered me for my car (a 10-year-old vehicle with many many miles) was also great!When I came back the next night to pick up my 2014 CPO Mazda6, Brian sat with me for about an hour and went over every feature of that car - this was something that my parents (who have been buying cars for many years) nor I have every experienced and it was very much appreciated. Brian was very knowledgeable on all of the features of the car even though it was two years old - very impressive!All-in-all, I had a fun & stress-free experience buying a car here.I will definitely be doing business again with Kelly Mazda in the future.Thanks again, Brian!

Customer service is outstanding! People are very friendly. After an oil change I've received a complete video showing the service done and how is everything underneath my car. With all the bad service in almost every field right now, that felt really fresh and nice! Highly recommended!

Purchased Mazda 6 Grand Touring 2015. Very professional service received from the Sale's Manager Brian Cole. He replied to all my emails and calls promptly without any delays. Sent me multiple quotes upon request. Everything transparently explained. They let me test drove few of their models to find which type of car would fit me the best. They took my old car and offered me a great deal for the new car. No hidden tricks to get the last penny out of me which I sadly can't say about other dealerships in the area that I visited and considered as one of my option. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends.

My Mazda dealer closed up shop, so I was forced to travel to Kelly's. I knew exactly what I needed and wanted done - Kelly's did the work quickly and well with no hassle or undue pressure for other unneeded services. I would highly recommend their service department based on this experience.

My husband and I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 Touring and we are thrilled! We worked with Sean Dolphin at Kelly's and we really felt we were taken care of. The car is great, the people were friendly and informative (not push) and we got a payment that was close to our goal price budget. We would definitely recommend working with Kelly Mazda and when our lease is up, we will be going back!

The service department is a joke! You can almost never get through to them on the phone and they don t return calls if you leave a message. I brought my 2014 Mazda 3 in for repairs because of blown fuses. I paid $100 which was fair but drove my car out and noticed my AC was stuck on high speed. I called and they told me it wasn t anything they did but would take a look at it I brought it back and they told me the issue was something with the heater control and it would cost $500 to have it repaired. I told them to order the part and they said they would call when it came in. That was 3 weeks ago. I m taking my car to a different Mazda repair shop and I ll update my review when I find out the real issue.

I had originally given a review, but I had to drop it down after a very disappointing experience with the service department. I recently brought my car to the service department for road noise which I thought was a wheel bearing or tie rod. It turned out to be the engine - I needed a new transmission. The process of getting a loaner/rental vehicle and the work itself is not the issue; the lack of communication from the service staff is. When the service department initially inspected my vehicle they noted that I had a severely bent rim. My car was in the shop for almost two full weeks and not ONCE did the staff call to provide updates nor did they ask if I wanted the rim fixed while the car was being worked on. Shortly after I picked up the car, the tire went flat and two unbiased auto shops confirmed it was due to the severity of the bend in the rim. I had to drive around on a donut tire while my rim got fixed. Imagine if the tire had gone flat when I was driving on a major highway or in traffic --! To have the staff note the problem with the rim and to not provide a solution or recommendation is careless and concerning. I reached out to the GM and haven't heard any reply in weeks. I don't know if I'll return here for anything other than very basic fixes included in my certified pre-owned warranty.--- Original review ---Purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Kelly Mazda last year and have been enjoying my car ever since. I found the vehicle online and contacted the general website. Within two hours, I had a reply. Mr. Cole answered all my questions and returned emails promptly. As a first-time car buyer, it put my mind at ease.

Drove off today in my 2019 Mazda Cx-3. This is my 4th Mazda. Always an excellent experience and Sean Dolphin is the best representative. He helps me decide on the best vehicle for my needs at the right price every time. I have never been anything but happy with every vehicle and the excellent customer care by Sean.

My issue started with a recalled part that Mazda could not prove they have completed (although they claim to have done so). The label that was supposed to be affixed to the hood was not and they declined to send me their internal documentation because "it contains the previous owners personal information." So Mazda left Kelly out to dry, because Mazda wouldn't pay Kelly for the work if Kelly honored the recall on their own.Kelly, however, made no effort to make me feel like they were trying to help me as a Mazda customer or trying to stand by their product. The service department told me to "drop off my car" twice, but when I got there they told me they only work by appointment and would not get to it till next week. When I was asking my questions on the phone, and in person, the pervasive attitude was very unkind and made me feel quite uncomfortable. However, they did get to it Monday and finished Tuesday.In summary, I hope to never have to deal with Kelly, or Mazda, again.

I really enjoyed their attitude. I had scheduled for a recall and they start working on the car as soon as I gave them the key. They did not charge me anything and after checking the car did not come up with offering unnecessary repairs to charge me.

The car services are perfect, the price is also pretty good. However, customer service is ok. There are a few employees there who look like they hate you. I said hi to one of them and they didn't even say hi back. I think it's just the mechanics that are kind of rude, the people front the counter are pretty good

Both my wife and I just purchased new Mazda after my brother bought a brand new Mazda 3. After he highly recommeded the dealership and the salesman (Jay Schlappe), we went down and got great deals on a 2015 Mazda CX-5 and a 2015 Mazda 6. I was very intrusive and persistant because I was in the business (sales and finance) before, but they were nothing but open and forthcoming with any questions I had. Jay was fantastic to deal with and would recommend him to anyone.
