I felt real comfortable bringing my vehicle here I feel like they gave me an honest assessment and honest evaluation of how long the work was going to take and each time I called I never felt like I was being lied to. I really appreciate their transparency and this will be the only body shop I go to my Scranton from here on out. The work was completed when they said it would be! I have a 21 Lincoln Aviator. I had a lady back into my side passenger's door. Bought it new. Joe's body shop made it back to New, in a timely manner and was always respectful and reasonable with the prices. Highly recommend! And also say hello to taco the cat when your there!

As someone who was born and raised here in North Scranton. Joe's body shop has always been synonymous with clean, pristine, professionalism. Since starting my own small business he has supported us theough giving us various duties/projects and also given sound advice with his experience as a busineas owner. I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles anywhere but here. Don't get me wrong, there are lots of decent body shops in the area. But only ONE stands head and shoulders above the rest. And that is JOE'S BODY SHOP!!

Do not go here they lied saying they can fix my truck when I was hit and they didn't so I had it towed to another garage and they stole my Catalytic converters On my chevy avalanche have to file police report now.

Awesome guys. Took my car to Joe's after getting into an accident and they did an incredible job. Coordinated with them on when to drop the vehicle off, the work was then completed by the time they committed to and at the price we had discussed. Hopefully I won't need to make a trip to a body shop anytime soon, but if I do, at least I will know that the guys at Joe's will take care of it and get the job done right.

Avoid bringing vehicles here at all costs. They will not finish a job you paid for, even after they do it incorrectly. They were recommended to me by my insurance company, they did such an still job on my car I had to get it towed someplace else, and the insurance company removed them from the garages that they will cover for their customers. Going here to get a car fixed would be like going to a dentist to get a cavity filled only to wake up with 3 missing teeth and gingivitis. Avoid at all costs!

I had to have a rot-hole fixed on the underside of my car in order to pass inspection. They fixed it in less than a day, for a very reasonable price. Then, when I brought the car to Jack Williams near my work for the inspection, multiple workers said it was among the best work they'd ever seen...they raved about it. I provided them with Joe's info, as they say they don't have many good body shops in their area, and they've been looking for a good place to refer customers.

Me and my husband went there to get out bumper painted , we had alot of personal issues going on in our lives. Joes body shop was so understanding with our situation they went above what any " normal " body shop would do. There are the most honest people around. They have a Customer for life. We will never go anywhere else but JOES BODY SHOP!! Thanks again for everything , you Guys are the BEST !!!!
