From start to finish Bob Sr. and Bob Jr. are top notch at what they do. They truly work for the customer and in your best interests, not the insurance company s. As a professional car detailer with 20 plus years experience, this is the place you want to take your car to. I got my car back after a rear end collision and there is not one spec, trace or hint to be found that any body work was done.

This auto body shop is one of a kind! They took my car in immediately on a Saturday afternoon when I had an unfortunate accident! They were kind and hard working and had my car back to me within a few days! They didn t over charge me. I can see why they have been in business for so long. This family business shows how much they cares for their customers. Bob Thiel certainly treats all his customers like family. They know how to order quality foreign parts for cars. Some bodywork might take a little extra time but that because it s being handled precisely and correctly. He handled the front grill and bumper of my Audi Q5, and it looks brand new again. Definitely a great find in the Scranton area.

Terrible to deal with! Would not even give me an estimate cause my insurance company is State farm and said they are terrible to deal with!Very ignorant to deal with as a customer!
