They are more concerned with trying to up sell you then actually getting you the right part. Unless you have the parts looked up good luck.

They have anything you need. They also offer to put smaller items on/in the car fir you. Good workers there.

Bought a defective battery for my truck in Wilkes-Barre. Went to return it in Scranton since it was closer, and the female manager would not accept my return with the receipt. I had to go all the way back to the Wilkes-Barre store.

So sick of being put on hold for 5-15 minutes only to be hung up on EVERY TIME, Then go in to the store and not 1 employee has parts or even vehicle knowledge or experience.

This location has great customer a female who I believe name is Koren helped me with everything I needed.. I explained to her how I had bad customer at another store and she apologized for it and assist me with everything I needed and my car is running great she even helped me find the right tools I needed.. definitely going back

It's becoming my go to auto parts store. Always have what I need and I am in and out unlike the competition that has me standing in line for 15mins to buy a can of paint or some washer fluid while they have 1 worker taking care of 10 customers and 5 workers playing games in the back

Great store nice customer service everyone there was really polite and very helpful they even let me behind the counter so I could figure out what parts I needed to fix the my issue

Love this place I had confusion with the parts so I called my mechanic and the girl behind the counter offered to speak with him for me . I was so relieved knowing I had the correct parts .

This is one of the best auto parts stores around. The people who work there are extremely knowledgeable. Last Saturday Frank went above and beyond helping me get what I needed to get my Expedition back on the road. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Gerald is a fantastic help & great to talk to regarding any help you may need.2023 edit: used to be a 5 star store. New team is extremely rude and lacks common knowledge on not only how to speak to customers but actual laws. Rudely tried telling us that resetting a check engine light is illegal, when it only came on because of a loose gas cap. Went to auto zone up the road and got fantastic customer services and the code reset.Do not go to this location.

Outstanding service! Bought wiper blades and the employee who checked me out followed me to the car and said he'd put them on. I told him he doesn't have to it will just take me a minute. He said to get in the car because it was raining and he didn't want me in the weather! He took care of it and even waited in the rain to make sure I was happy with my purchase because he suggested them!

I ordered a pick up for a windshield wiper. I got to the store 20 minutes before 9pm it was already closed, they refused to let me pick it up told me to come back and were extremely rude. I m working 80 hours a week 12-14 hours a day this was the only time I wasn t working. I m canceling the order I ll go to NAPA instead.

They change their hours all the time on a piece of paper on the window, which confuses people. They close extremely early at times, which makes customers have to go to the auto zone for their parts needs!!

Came by close to closing time, staff was attentive to all customers in the store. They were polite, quickly looked up my part, and checked for any rebates. Next time I'm up in Scranton and need car parts I'm going here.

Had the product I was looking for and to my surprise it was on sale, buy one get one free, helpful and courteous staff, I'll definitely going here for all my future automotive suppliers and parts!

Helpful staff but just anothet big box auto parts store stocked with a plethora of generic parts . Friendly and helpful staff . Might have gone 4 stars however pricing not even nearly competitive with online suppliers for the identically branded parts . Many of which they have to "special order" anyway .

Our regular Advanced Auto screwed up our oil changes, and we didn't know. This Advanced Auto caught the mistake and brought it to our attention. If they had lied to me, I would have never known any better. It was a $300 fix, and the offending Advanced Auto ate the cost. These guys are surprisingly honest and will get all of our business going forward.

Zero stars. Would not let me return a part even with the reciept and the part having never been used or installed.I have done this before. All of a sudden they Refered to fine print that because it was eletronic couldn't be returned. They dont tell you that when you buy the part. Bad coustomer service

The service was exceptional. The service man let us borrow tools to help us remove the battery and when the car didn t start the other service man came out took care of the problem and we where on our way!!!

I don't like the stores set up plus their selection doesn't even compare to Autozone...!!! So dont waste your time go to the best Autozone on Meridian Ave in Scranton ...
