We just had our oil changed at the Valvoline store in Sayre PA What a great place and the service was excellent. We would highly recommend this place. The staff was very professional and we had a much more professional job than any other place. They even brought our dip stick over to show the level of oil after the oil change was completed. We have had our oil changed at several other shops and nothing would compare to the level of service we received at Valvoline. We will not be going anywhere else for this service. The manager as well as the staff went above and beyond expectations.

Five great ppl. Thank you Thomas for the printing out the services recommended for our next visit.Way better experience than my Tunkhannock, PA experience recently.

Katelyn. Great Customer Service.I said I will not return to any Valvoline. However, I gave it another try. This time at Sayer, PA. Not tunkhannock. I really won't ever return there. Thomas store manager. Great Customer Service.Great Explanation by Manager. This is a corporate location.

We took the vehicle in for oil change two days later we smell and see oil on the ground. Take it to mechanic to find out the oil filter was not properly installed and we are down two quarts of oil. Valvoline offers to refund the cost of the oil change but not for the work to repair their mistake. Highly recommend you do not use this location.Service: Oil change

Well, I had my first 97.00 oil change yesterday on my Nissan Titan. And last. I should have looked on your website. There s a 7.00 off coupon sitting there. It s a little savings anyway. I just think it would be cool if the store would remind the customer that those discounts are available. I was clearly apprehensive about the oil change pricing. Time to start doing them at home!! I just rode with my friend to get her oil changed and John was our CSR and he was wonderful! Did a very good job 10/10 would recommend!

This Valvoline runs like a well oil machine (not try to be funny) Reminded me of watching a race car pit crew working. Christina, John, Stan & Ralph all seemed to work seamlessly together and with a pleasant and respectful attitude. If you need you cars oil changed this is the place to go.

So disappointed for the service I received on August 19th. Daniel the store manager was very rude. Didn't want to answer my question about the price change I thought I was over charged and I had receipts from previous service and I wanted to compare the prices but he ignored me. I will take the drive back to Tunkhannock from now on.

Went to get my oil changed and didn't have to wait. The staff was very friendly and helped me with my questions. I would definitely recommend going here for an oil change.
