Williams ford of sayre looked at my 2017 Lincoln MKC for a transmission problem after replacing the engine due to a flaw with the cylinder seals... I didn't have a problem with the transmission until the engine change...they told me I needed a new transmission for 2,800 after just replacing the engine...I took the car to R&G auto to have them look at it...R&G added fluids to the transmission that must of been lost during engine change now the car is back to where it was before the change...transmission no longer hesitate...Thanks R&G for you professional problem solving, repair, and saving my from Williams...I highly recommend R&G to anyone with a drivetrain problem

I recently had a leaking radiator in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and couldn't get an appointment with the Jeep dealership. My search took me to R & G Auto. They performed a radiator replacement in a timely manner. I am impressed by how little evidence of the repair is visible. Everything was intact and the fasteners that were removed didn't show erosion of their finish. Good job! I will be returning in the future.

Mechanic was extremely helpful, honest and figured out the issue with my car when other garages could not , was very honest and excellent with the price , would highly recommend R&G for your automotive repairs!

I was driving down the road when a light came on that made me concerned for how far I could drive so I made a quick detour to R&G and dropped off my car, they were able to repair it within 48 hours and the cost was incredibly reasonable. Family-owned business these guys are great they work on my vehicles for me all the time not that I have a lot of times a broken vehicles but when I do need work on my order vehicle there are two guys do it for Me. They are great on older vehicles like older muscle cars

We took our truck in for a miss fire and a radiator problem. We told the mechanic we kept having to fill the radiator every 2 days and we didn't know where the fluid was going since there were no leaks at all. We got charged $200 for a them to tighten a spark plug and they said they spend an hour burping the cooling system .2 months later we took it back to them and this time charged us $50 more to tell us the head gasket was bead. In between the 2 months we spend money on a new thermostat , new clutch fan, new plugs and coils all for nothing. We have bean told by other mechanics since then that all they had to do was a pressure check.The fact that we told them we didn't know where our coolant fluid was disappearing too, should have bean a very good clue for a professional auto shop that's bean in business for a long time now. Its getting harder to find good people any more sad to say.

Excellent treatment from this professional team. The owner is friendly and patiently explains the problems and solutions to issues. I have an older car, and the AC wasn't working. They checked it out and let me know what the problem was with no pressure to fix or not fix. Inspected and installed a new exhaust system at a fair price. I had a rattle up front. Brought the car in to have it checked out. Turned out to be just a rattle in a brake pad. Not a big deal, it's not going to fall off or anything. It will go away next time I replace the front brakes. I rode with the mechanic as he test drove the car. We both heard the rattle and he explained to me all the various things it could be. He then put it on the lift, diagnosed the problem, told me what he found, and they didn't charge me a dime. They could have easily ripped me off having me replace any or all of the parts it could be, and they didn't. One more reason why no one works on my vehicles but R and G.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Russ and George are car ninjas. They always come through, no rip offs, and tell you when you do or don't need a part. Honesty and quality are their hallmarks. This is a must use garage.

These guys do good work. Take all my vehicles there when they need work. They do work on all type of foreign and domestic cars and trucks. They re fair with pricing as well.
