So I was looking around for quite some time to trade in a vehicle that just did not fit my personality type.I contacted Denny about a month ago, to start working on a solution and boy am I sure happy I did.Denny had impeccable customer service and attention to detail. He was even able to get a competitive 7.99% interest rate at a time like this!!I am a very indecisive individual, and after test driving the suggested vehicle, I went on to test drive 4 more of my own choice.Just the fact that I wound up buying the initially suggested vehicle after wasting about 2 more hours going through my other choices, speaks volumes on his attention to detail.I would say that this dealership is very lucky to have someone with Denny s talent on their team.I have previously purchased about 5 vehicles from Denny, and I must say: he will always be our first stop for our families needs as long as we are in Pennsylvania.I hope this encourages some folks to swing in and give this establishment a shot. They are certainly headed in the right direction.This comes from someone well above an 800 credit score. I could have taken my business anywhere, I was offered more value for my trade in here, and I am at the price-point I desired.None of this would be possible without the help of Denny, even John up in Bartonsville, PA was a pleasure to deal with while test driving at their second location.I hope everyone trusts these folks as much as I did.Thank you guys so much for my BMW X3.Looking forward to our next visit!

I went there a couple of weeks ago to trade my car, we could not come to an agreement. Denny Castillaneta reviewed my deal with Anthony Rizzo and contacted me to convince me to come back. I figured what the heck! I went and was able to make a great deal that got me out of a car I truely was not meant to be in. Anthony came in on his day off to help make the deal. I totally recommend heading up there, decent selection of quality used vehicles and a dedicated sales staff.

Well worth my drive!!! Out of state buyer. Vehicle was exactly what I wanted for exactly what I wanted to pay. Taylor and Jen even got me a temporary plate and I was on my way back home with a beautiful Mercedes at an exceptionally fair price. I am very grateful, thank you!!!

We had the best experience here with Doug as our sales guy! When the vehicle we first loved wasn t going to work for us he worked hard to get us in something even better. He did a fantastic job working with their financial guy John to get us in a vehicle in our down payment range, credit score etc!Then after not even 2 weeks with the truck, the alternator went out and when I called Doug he was so helpful at getting our truck in to diagnose and fix it quickly!Thank you guys for all your kindness and hard work getting us this vehicle. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great used vehicles and personalized service!

Saw same car listed by two people on fb marketplace. Spoke with Jen confirming to meet at 6-630. Confirmed the day of and the night before. Drove to where pictures were taken and there's no dealership there. Drove to the dealer where other cars she posted was. Car wasn't there. Jen showed up at 645. Maybe she thought I would have left already bc she seemed surprised. She said the car was an employees car she would send me the info. I asked why she took pictures of multiple cars at a random empty lot when she works at the dealership and she said why not. Something I screwy with this place. The other reviews on fb marketplace sound very familiar to mine. Of course she never actually sent the info. Of course the dealership is not a BBB member. Looked at their lot while I was there can't say there's anything worth buying. Shame of a business

I ve been looking for a good clean reliable vehicle for a few months now. I ve been watching a lady named Jenn post cars on the FB market place. I ve always been a little sketchy about buying off of FB, but I took a chance. Jenn responded almost immediately! We messaged back and forth about a couple cars (that were gone). So I decided to take that trip to meet this Facebook car lady. Turns outs she s a great sales lady. She got us a good deal on a family size vehicle, which was exactly what my family needed !The dealership also put brand new tires on the SUV, which wasFREAKING AMAZING !!! They stayed after hours to make sure all the T s were crossed and all the I s were dotted ! Jenn was amazing and so was the team she works with ! I read the reviews on Saylorsburg Auto before I went there. Following Jenn on Facebook is what got me there. Everyone has there own experience and opinions .. Mine was/is GREAT!!!Thank you Jenn and Saylorsburg Auto!

Great place, friendly staff, good selection of used cars. I took a friend down to this dealership and he picked up a Subaru from them. If you are looking for a good used car dealership, this place is great.

Horrible customer service. They sell cars they don't inspect themselves. We bought a car that will not even pass an inspection. They do nothing to help you after they sell you a junk car. Rusted leaking brake lines , leaking fuel tank , rusted bleeders and so on so many issues it would take all day.They don't care if the cars are safe as long as you buy them. They say they sell reliable cars at fair price. Nothing about this place is reliable or fair. If you got a decent car from here you are one of the lucky ones . I wouldn't try my luck again. I told the dealer that sold me the car that you cannot sell cars in the state of PA that is not road worthy he just laughed. Now you should ask yourself is this a place to even consider buying a vehicle.

I was in an accident and I went to Saylorsburg auto and Mike was fantastic! He understood my situation and he really gave me a great deal on a nice car! Very understanding man! Anyone in need of a car with a reasonable price and such kind employees thIs the go to place!

Michael and Donna were great to us. We had an issue with our original vehicle but they resolved it without a blink. Great customers, great reasonably priced cars. Visit them when in need of a vehicle. You will be happy you chose them.

3 stars because they had a decent selection. Lot was clean, plenty of vehicles to choose from. Even tho no one came out and asked if I needed help the selection was okay.

I had called a day ahead of time to ask some questions about a vehicle I was interested in. I let the man I spoke with know that I was driving about an hour to come down there and he assured me that everything was copacetic. Once I arrived the next day he pointed me in the direction of the vehicles that I had come down to look at. The very first one, the battery was completely dead when we brought it to his attention he said oh yeah that car doesn't work I forgot. All of the rest of the cars had something or other wrong with it. I would advise that no one visit here.

If I can give this place a no star review I 100% would. I found a car I was interested in on Facebook marketplace, we messaged back and forth for a hour or so. Since covid-19 is going on they told me it s appointment only. So I made an appointment the next day and drove 2 hours.. got there early, asked if I can come by. I went there and my mom went to go talk to someone about the appointment I made. Well the guy said oh well someone just bought it and slammed the door in my moms face and locked it. They were rude! Don t even bother going here. Take your hard earned money somewhere else!

Got my car here and haven't had any problems with it. Which is rare for most used car dealerships. They also helped me as much as possible since it was my first time buying a car. They're very friendly and helpful

Just walked in to inquire about a pickup for my son. They were some of the rudest individuals I ve met. One guy never stood up, then the salesman acted like we inconvenienced them by showing up. Lost a cash sale.

Horrible customer service, I just was interested in seeing a car and no one came to great me until I stood in the entrance of the building for a few minutes and he came forward wiping away his lunch and then seemed aggravated that we had questions. Never buying anything from them ever or Ted's used cars which they are affiliated with. Horrible horrible horrible

Trying to sell as is cars that don t start. Talked all day with a guy about one specific vehicle only to have the vehicle not start but making a ticking noise with no start. Plus whoever I saw in person was very condescending while talking money only to then show a complete failure of a car. Embarrassing business !

Rude salesman, had no interest in speaking with us regarding cars, acted like we were an inconvenience. Made a snide remark as we walked out the door. As far as the cars, we saw one that was literally held together with electrical tape. The dash, internals, and even the headlights. What a joke.

This place is excellent!! My fiance abd i went here and didnt have much money, they still put us in something. They did not D*** me around and went right to business. Thanks for making it easy for us!! We will be doing business again in the future.

Looking for a second hand car that's going to Dave you money and get you to where you need to go well this is the place...low down biweekly payments, a 15000 mile warranty which can be renewed and friendly staff to make your purchase worth while... remember not to forget to renew the warranty so you won't be forced to spend thousands if something happens...your copay is only $100 If your motor goes so be smart and save yourself the grief...

There was no sales person and the mechanic or who ever he was seemed to busy to help. The vehicles weren't any where near as listed on there website a waste of time.
