Extremely pleased with the work Keith and his team did for my Subaru. The drain valve on my oil tank has been stripped from previous mechanics, but Wes Jackson was the first place I went that didn t need to use a vacuum to remove the oil. Beyond impressed and happy with how my car runs. Thank you!!!

I recently had a trailer hitch installed on my vehicle at Wes Jackson and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The office staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful in scheduling, answering questions, and at drop off and pickup. The installation was reasonably priced, looks great, and the product seems to be just what I needed to use a hitch-mounted bike rack for years to come. I am planning to return to Wes Jackson Automotive for my future inspection and vehicle maintenance needs.

First time I've done business here. I was really impressed by how "frictionless" the whole process was from scheduling to payment. They offer multiple ways to interact from high-touch and in person to 100% web based. Pleasant and professional service consult (Shanise) and efficient service delivery. They replaced the evaporator pump on my Passatt and handled inspection, emissions and oil change plus battery replacement at competitive prices. I look forward to using their services in the future.

I recently bought a used SUV and noticed that it was leaking oil. Was recommended by someone at Pep Boys about Wes Jackson Automotive. Read their reviews and had peace of mind to take my car there. From the moment I called, I knew I was in good hands. They diagnosed my car which had some issues that they were then able to fix. They even provided a loaner car. I am extremely pleased with my recent experience getting my car inspected. I had made an early appointment noting that I would be waiting for the work to be completed. Before I was settled into a chair to wait, the inspection was done and I was on my way home. Being new to the neighborhood and Pennsylvania, I am very pleased to find an auto center that is both convenient and professional.

I came from Tire Plus, as I had a bad experience with them, to Wes Jackson. I am very satisfied with the service and, also with the customer service. Any, that put a bad review to this garage, they provide you with quotes for the current work and recommendations for future services.

This is my first year away from the dealership and I have to say, I am very impressed. The staff was so friendly and accommodating when scheduling. I really loved the technology they use to select the recommended services to approve or deny. I have been taking my car to Wes Jackson for about 4 yrs now & the service & the staff are ALWAYS EXCELLENT!!! I would highly recommend Wes Jackson to anyone that needs a repair shop for their vehicle. Seriously, they are AMAZING!So glad my brother recommended that I take my car here!!! I took my car in for state inspection and it was recommended that I have my coolant flushed and refilled. When I got my car back home I noticed a coolant leak so I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. They said that the upper radiator hose was leaking (it wasn t leaking when I first took it in) and charged me $300.00+ to replace it. So I m not very likely to recommend them to anyone else.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I am a new customer. I decided to use Wes Jackson because of the great reviews I saw online. I am very satisfied with the oil change and state inspection that was completed on my Ford Explorer. Communication was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and the work was completed as promised and on time. I will definitely return in the future.

Second time using Wes Jackson Automotive Repair Shop! Again, they are absolutely awesome! Had to have my rack & pinion assembly replaced in my 07 Cadillac XLR-V. Their knowledge/assistance, & great support with dealing Car Shield for Warrenty repairs coverage are second to none! Their expertise in handling the claim with CarShield, the absolute professionalism with the repairs to my car, and a great care taken with my car while working on claim approvals and parts! Big Kudos to service advisor Kim, service manager Keith, & the entire team! WES Jackson Automotive Service is to be considered nothing but pinnacle and stellar for automotive troubleshooting and repairs! Wes Jackson was great they fixed the AC in my 2019 Jeep after the dealer could not find the issue. They also corrected the alignment that the dealer stated they fixed. I would definitely bring my cars back to them.They also kept me fully informed along the way.Thank you.

I took my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe to them because I had a 2 inch broken Muffler - They called Hyundai but they said It would cost $900 to replace the whole exhaust system but Wes Jackson mechanic was HONEST with me and said he s gonna Weld That broken piece and it should be fine and that s was it - Professionals working there starting with rhe cheerful Kim, Liz a d special thanks to Keith. I ll go again for more services- HIGHLY RECOMMENDING*Update: they sent me high design welcome letter wow love them, 5 out 5

Very pleased with their consultation of my car, as well as their proper care of it. Work was performed in budget, and the communication from start to finish was exemplary. My car is quite modified and my motor mount failed in a freak incident. Wes Jackson was able to get my car into the shop the very next day and sort out the problems that occurred. Keith personally worked on my car and took great care of it and was super helpful and informative when he took the time to call me and let me know what all went down. I'm glad to say I can definitely trust them working on my car even though it is medium to heavily modified. I will definitely be going to Wes Jackson again if I need work done.

Arranged to bring 2 used cars we were considering buying - both had significant issues so essential information to factor in. My parents brought our cars here when I was growing up 20+ yrs ago & I'm so glad they still exist! Although I've moved away the seller was nearby so I could call them up and it was great. Frankly everyone at this shop renews my faith that there are decent and hard-working people still in the world. As always Wes Jackson staff are honest, helpful, and punctual with appnts. I have never felt rushed, overcharged or pressured when using this facility.
