I just dropped off my car to get new tires. Heather was super sweet and personable! She made sure I got the best deal and discussed the importance of the insurance on my tires! She was absolutely wonderful. I live in Philly and will continue to make the trip out here for future maintenance because of her kind service!

Great customer service! Repaired my flat tire with no appointment, I just dropped it off. Only $22 plus the mechanic even mounted it for me while I waited. They definitely have my future business.

Been to Mavis twice and had excellent service! Was running late and one worker stayed so I could pick up my car! Definitely will use again.

Excellent work! After having my 2021 ford transit 250 at 3 other shops these guys did the alignment 1st time and got it perfect! Keep in mind that with any shop that does good work they are busy so there may be a wait time but I would rather wait a day or so to have it done right.

I will definitely be going back to the Royersford location. Heather made my experience so easy. She was so friendly and took the time to go over everything with me.Her customer service is amazing and has such a great attitude,made for an all around incredible experience.

I come here for all my vehicles. Sal is a really great mechanic and can fix just about anything he gets his hands on. Tonight was a brake job for me and they got it done The service desk lady was nice too. Got me to try this flex account for future jobs! Thanks

Went to this location for the first time and had a positive experience. Both Sean and Mary were very personable and pleasant to work with. They answered all my questions and kept me updated on the status of my car. I do not know much about cars, but from what I can tell Chris did great work on my vehicle. The price for the services I received was good! I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Always so friendly and everyone does their best to get things done quickly and efficiently. Heather at the front desk keeps everything so lively and brings joy to an environment which can be stressful for some people. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

I have gone to Mavis in Royersford on two different occasions and each time the employees there were very helpful and did great work. My last visit there Sal one of the employees took the time to explain and give recommendation to assist me in the future. Great employee who will keep me returning for my vehicle repairs.

I had an oil change done here and everyone was professional and efficient. I witnessed them even helping a woman who was stuck due to a flat tire! They went over and beyond and never tried to upsell anything that wasn t truly needed! I will be back!

Do not trust the guys who work here or take your car here. One of their workers doesn't know what he's doing. He broke all my tp sensors & put a dent on one of my brand new wheels I had him put on. He didn't respect my wheels and had them leaned up on something. They did give me new sensors, but that's because they had to. I could've made them buy me a whole new rim, but I didn't. They never rebalanced my stock wheels, so when I put them back on, my car was shaking. They told me over the phone that they would balance them for free. When the work was almost done, the shop manager says, now you know we have to charge you for this. That's how you know on the phone, I was told it would be free, just from his statement. I called corporate & didn't have to pay anything. I wasn't going to leave a review, but because of what happened, I had to.These guys are liars. If you want to take your car to Mavis, take your car to the Mavis in Phoenixville, where it's much nicer & the people are nicer.

Great prices!!! Lowest I could find. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and get you in and out as fast as possible. I recommend you go to Mavis. I will definitely return with any other tire needs.

These people left my lugs loose on my wheel. Wheel fell off at 60 mph going down the highway and almost killed me, my passenger, and other drivers on the road. Not only did it cause damage to my vehicles suspension but the front drivetrain and the body too. I wouldn t trust these people with anything I still think about suing them everyday for ptsd and the problems I have in my wrist from trying to fight the vehicle on the highway with no wheel on.

Everyone here was great, super friendly and helpful, got out of work to a flat, got my car over to them to check it out, the couldn't find the leak, then saw the rim was broken. Took their time and were diligent definitely would return for any other issues.

Very friendly and accommodating staff while we waited for an alignment! Soloman runs a tight ship and is great at multitasking! Considering it's the day after Christmas I'm super happy with this service, would def reccomended

MAVIS DISCOUNT TIRE ROYERFORD is a total rip off. Brought my car in for an inspection and oil change Aug2023. They had to replace rear brake rotors to pass. They ALSO replaced left front sway link($135.00). Went to drive car out of lot, couldn't steer and there was a loud clunk. They brought it back in and decided that something was not "tightened down after oil change" Drove car home and the next day there was a clunking sound on left. As I had to go out of town for business (till November), the car sat in driveway. In November brought it back to them to correct the issue. Their "diagnosis" was to replace the rear sway links ($315 more). They did "shake down" and said problem FIXED. Drove the car home...clunking started AGAIN. Manager said to bring it back and they would "fix it". Brought car to regular mechanic 7Dec23 for some previously scheduled work and mentioned the clunking on left side....he called while we driving home said problem fixed! It was the loose bolts on the FRONT LEFT link that was REPLACED in August. Mavis is standing by their shoddy work and I am out $315 for replacing something that was NOT BROKEN.

Came in for an oil change, got a free battery check. waiting room staff were friendly and actually talked to us. recommend them highly
