Stopped by on 10/12/23Wanted to grab a battery but didn't have the funds at the momentDave gave me some advice on how to keep me going until i had funds to swap batteries and helped out with the temporary fix.Great team and customer service

Excellent selection, knowledgeable, professional staff. Great oil change package deals. I highly recommend. They even sell battery cable by the roll or foot. 6 gauge down to 0 gauge.

Updated a few years later: still awesome. I went in this morning for oil. The place was clean, well lit, and the shelves are stocked. The customer service was on point. The guys are very friendly and kind.Always find what I need here. Once got a wrong part, they returned it with no hassle (it was unopened and bought an hour prior).

Hasn't had a functional check engine light scan tool for customers in 6 months."Our scan tool is broken" since Jan 2023.It's an auto-part store. Unless this is an intentional choice, buy one on Amazon today. Respectfully, you're losing customers.

Asked if they could test my car battery no go as only one person working suggested to come next day at 7am open at 730am! I was told the same on second attempt. What a joke why offer diagnostic service if they can t provide it.

Friendly service. Most of the time they have what I need. Their point system for discounts is too screwy for me to even mess with; plus everything you earn in points from purchases DISAPPEAR if you don't use them by a certain time.

Needed a new battery for my van. All the garages had a 2-3 hour wait. Went it to Advance Auto (I was skeptical) and bought the battery. The guy came out and was working on it and there was a hiccup with covers that needed to be put on. Both him and I assume the manager (guy wearing shorts) were able to get the issue solved. I was on my way in less than 15 minutes! They did an amazing job and in far less time than I would have had to sit at a garage! Definitely would recommend buying a battery from them as they do a free install.

I needed 2 electric window assemblies for a 2012 jeep grand Cherokee.....they had them IN STOCK!! Sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. I have used this store many times and have never been disappointed.

Needed a new battery and they had what we needed in stock. The person who helped us was friendly and installed the battery in less than 10 minutes. Everything we could have wanted, easy, friendly, good service, at a good price.

Very helpful counter staff. Gave advice when asked and seemed actually concerned about the cost of suggested items (was buying a K&N reusable filter and he wanted to be sure I knew not to throw it out like a paper one and waste the $20 price difference). Store was small but had a good representation of goods out. Exactly what a good local auto parts store should be.

I'd like to personally thabk Neil, what a great job tonight by him. He's a man of many words, and very helpful. He was quick to assume my truck didn't have ac, gave me the wrong belt and when I asked "this is for a truck with ac, right?" He was quick to say yes without double checking. Thanks again for leaving me high and dry. I'll update this review once I talk to the manager tomorrow to see what he says about this.

Needed a new battery in my gmc sierra. I knew it was going to be a pain given the location of it. Scott was awesome and helped me out immensely. In and out in the snap of a finger. Thanks again Scott.

Knowledgeable staff, however some of the employees are not very excited to help you let alone be there. I got a very abrupt "WE DON'T DO THAT," where an, "I'm sorry, I am not able to do that for you," would have sufficed. I sometimes get the feeling that if I am not a major car enthusiast, they don't want to talk to me. On the other hand, on a separate visit, the manager who helped me was very helpful and eager to assist me with my issue. I also asked him to install the new battery I purchased (which I know they are supposed to help with when asked) and there was no scoff, no sigh, just assistance. It was greatly appreciated! Three stars because of the associates that made me feel unwelcome as a budding DIYer.

My car battery died, I was able to jumpstart and limp to Advance Auto Parts. They got me a new battery, installed it and the whole process took 15 minutes. I was very grateful and they were very helpful. Thanks so much!

Ordered a part online and picked it up at this location. I've purchased various parts and batteries here before and consistently get great service at very good prices. This particular part was defective. However, when I brought the part with the receipt back to get a refund, they refunded my money without issue. I have a consistently good experience shopping here.

I wish I got their names but the two gentlemen working this morning were super helpful. Even carried out the items to my car because they were kind of bulky. Great staff, helpful and will return much appreciated!!

This location has such helpful, pleasant employees and they are willing to give a quick explanation when needed! The store is organized with reasonably priced items. Parking lot is kept clean, trash/recycling cans not overflowing.

Not a sensitive person but some of the staff are extremely rude. I could care less but if someone treated my wife like that we would have words. These guys must own the place. I d get fired if I treated people like that.

Good selection of items at reasonable prices. Helpful staff. I had my car breakdown there the other day. They took a look and tried to help but the problem was outside the scope of their ability to repair.

Called them in the evening to order a part. I was told that it would arrive the next day from the warehouse. Normally, you'd recieve a call regarding your order and I didn't. So, I drove out of my way to see if it was there. I was told that the part was never even ordered! To solve the problem, I bought what I needed from the manufacturer and received it exactly when they said it would arrive, on time.

They don't help you install anything? Because what if something goes wrong they'll be liable right? Going to AutoZone because everyone at this advance Auto parts looks miserable.

These guys were great. After having work done on the car at Tires Plus in Phoenixville, my car started behaving strangely. Advance Auto gave me a free check engine diagnosis which turned out to be correct. Additionally they took a quick peek under the hood and discovered that Tires Plus had failed to reattach my radiator fan cord and he plugged it back in for me. Nice people with good attention to detail. Will be back.
