Took my daughters car to get inspected. Wrote me an entire list of stuff that was "wrong" with it such as "tires, backing plate for brakes, brakes and a hole on the frame" that wasn't even a hole the only thing they were right about was a ball joint Being bad. The tires were still legal the brakes were more than half life and the rotors weren't rusty, they even told me "brake lines were ready to blow" it wasn't even a brake line it was totally different line and it isn't even close to "blowing" took it somewhere else after I fixed the ball joint and it passed. But no worries they can work on it for a little over $3,000. Not going there anymore. What a joke.

Blundered on my alignment. Caused two good tires to wear bald on the two outer tread paths in 1800 miles. Charged for the alignment to correct their blunder. Tried to sell me WS80 Blizzak tires for $185 each to replace the ones they ruined. These were replaced by WS90 Blizzak tires by manufacturer years ago.

Cost me $60 bucks for basic oil change and tire rotation . Next time I ll make sure I go to Mr. Tire . They do it for $19.99. No wonder they don t have any prices listed on their wall ! My bad but they just lost a customer !

Can't even check a vehicle properly for inspection. Try to sell parts to someone that are all brand new and already replaced. Tried the excuse that the front end is sagging so Can't do an alignment even though everything in the front end is brand new. Stop being lazy and trying to rip people off!!!

Go there 2 days a go failed for tires guy said go get tires come back and put a sticker on so we did then when we went back and tires where all good the failed us never got back to there again

Bad experience with motorcycle tires, new tire was put on in wrong direction didn't notice it until I had it on the bike had to take it off and hr drive back to them and they corrected the problem
