Waste of time & money. Went yesterday, got home & realized car was extremely dirty. Would have went back but they close at 4. There was actually still dirt & leaves on the car, look at the pictures. The front of the car didn't even look washed at all. I don't care about them drying it i just wanted a clean car but if that's what you're into they don't really do that either.

Love taking my car here. It's one of the rare places I trust with my cars. They're super careful, so no worries about scratches. The team is awesome - friendly and really good at what they do. Definitely recommend!

This place has gone downhill. I was a huge advocate of Richboro Car wash. Last week I watched my car go through with the driver window down. I didn't even get a sorry from this manager. He went over to the car, laughed with his worker and then came and told me that it wasn't that bad. When I got into the car there was still water in it. It's a shame because this place used to do a great job. I own a business and when we screw up we don't tell people "it's not that bad" we make it right. I think that the manager needs some management training. I won't be going back

I have been using them for years and never had an issue but two weeks ago my wheel was damaged during the wash I reached out multiple times and gave them over two weeks to respond. At this point no one has responded to me I am very disappointed. I will be taking my business to USA car wash beware of this wash!

They are very clean places simply in and out the woman at the desk was very nice and good. I bought a 6-wash book the car wash and cleaning were great they did a very nice job. I'm just a customer who recommends the car wash.

Was there 12/13/2023 to wash my truck purchased the titanium package which includes cleaning windows and wiping dashboard off windows dirty and dashboard was never wiped this is my second time there within four weeks l. Ok this time I was like no way just bad employees never again I will find new car wash after Al wash wash 32.00 dollars

If zero stars was an option, I would ve chose that! To start, I have lived and been going to the Richboro car wash since I could drive, which is now going on close to 25 years. It should be noted that I have multiple cars, some of which are very high-end and have trusted them with my business for at least 3 to 4 car washes a month if not more. I am on my honeymoon and the car wash claims that I did not pay a recent bill, equating to approximately $72. Instead of calling, or emailing me about what they claim I did not pay (which they have ALL of my contact information as I willing signed up for their marketing list), they called THE POLICE AND HAD A SERGEANT GO TO MY HOUSE TO TRY TO COLLECT!! When I questioned them on the phone, they lied saying they didn t have my contact info and sending the police was their only option .They are beyond unprofessional, borderline funny, and, I even proved when calling I have a credit card receipt which they couldn t find in their system! Should anyone with any type of car wonder where to get your car washed, it should NOT be at Richboro car wash. I will NEVER go to this wash again and would advise you if considering going here to watch your wallet, and the clearly incredibly frugal ownership. Buyer beware!!!

Paid nearly $150 for interior cleaning and it still smells. Multiple times I have been told that the silent owner who only comes in on Thursdays and Mondays would fix this problem. More than a week passed and no return call.

If I could rate them a zero I would. Just went here. Car is still dirty despite paying $35 and they stole my sunglasses out of my car. Don t go here!!

Terrible car wash! Don t go there! My car was dusty before and stayed dusty! Smears on windows. No one even bothered wiping my front windshield. It doesn t even look like my rims were washed. So called tire shine was half way dried up by the time I got back home, and I live 2.5 miles away. People that work there, are very nice though. I do not recommend this car wash.

Been going to this carwash for over 15 years now and never disappointed! Their attention to detail is fantastic; down to drying the interior portion of each door and in between wheel spokes, which I find other carwashes often rush through or even ignore. I always leave satisfied with their level of quality!

I have been going to this car wash for over three years and I go everyday! (No exaggeration). I have the Monthly Membership and I am able to get my car washed once a day which I take full advantage of and I am always treated with kindness and courtesy. If there is ever a problem the staff is more than willing to work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction! They even do a full detail to my cars and this year they did an outstanding job on an exterior detail of my boat! They can take ANYTHING and make it look brand new factory fresh. If you're looking for a carwash this is the one to go to!

Terry and staff run an exceptionally great business, everytime I have my vehicles washed and cleaned there ... I'm never disappointed!!Richboro Car Wash & Detailing also do a great job detailing my leased trucks, when it's time to return them to the dealership.i can't say enough to praise them for their performance ..ATOP NOTCH

Never had an issue with this car wash before until yesterday. After my car went through the wash I went inside and the person who put it through left grease all over my steering wheel which was disgusting. Took multiple washes for it to come off. They also left two scratches on the back of the car. Service and quality control has definetly declined recently. It has been about two months now and since then I have needed to replace the entire steering wheel due to the damage that was caused to the leather.

If I could rate less than one star I would. Purchased 30$ car wash for new car and discovered mats smeared with dirt or oil. They were clean prior but needed to be vacuumed. After wash they were un vaccumed and smeard with dirt or oil. When I approached management they were really rude and crummy. Good, not great. When the car wash is busy, expect only quick wipe down. Have to check your car after washing and ask staff to remove road tar from the front and sides. Many car wash options are available. The ONLY car wash in Richboro.Update,Today was not busy. Staff spent extra time on my vehicle.

Had my car detailed here yesterday (Feb 28, 2022) inside and out. They did an AMAZING job!! It looks brand new -- even smells new! Every crack and crevice was carefully tended to -- even under the seats and inside the trunk. The windows are sparkling with absolutely no streaks. They even filled in and smoothed out a few small scratches that were on the bumper and passenger side door. Worth every dime! These guys are absolute artists when it comes to car detailing.

I've been going to Richboro Car Wash for the last 5 years and they always do a thorough, excellent job. There have been occasions where my windows were smeared and the owner was very responsive and had me return to the wash where it was rectified immediately. And I find all of the staff to be courteous and helpful. Today was the first time I had my car detailed and they did an absolutely fantastic job. My car looks and smells brand new. I am very happy. Awful job. I bought the platinum wash for $35. Simply put, it was an absolute waste. Roadside robbery! They had me wait for 25 minutes and the interior was dirtier when I left than when I arrived. I had to take their cloths and wipe my seats down myself. The vacuum job was terrible. I thought I was saving time by using this service. Do yourself a favor and wash your car yourself or go elsewhere. I am never going here ever again.

I went there to have my old Subaru cleaned up. It went through the wash fine. The guys only vacuumed the front seats and floor until I said something, then they rushed through the back seats and cargo area. I paid for a wax that s supposed to last months, it looked good for 1 day. I ve had better results from regular spray on wax at the auto parts store. I will only go back for a quick washing. I spent $70 for the wash and hand wax. If I go again I ll just have it washed and wax it myself. I paid for the wax. It was still all spotty. I got a bottle of spray wax, washed the car again, sprayed the wax on and all the spots went away. I won t be going back. My experience was great. People need to remember that, unless you are paying $150 for a detail, you probably should not expect that level of clean. The service was great. The cashier was very friendly and while the people outside were less than exuberant, people should remember that they are doing a job you've chosen not to, probably because in my case, it was freezing out! Maybe stop expecting both your car and your butt to be polished for $15 and enjoy life a bit more! I'll definitely return.

I was floored by what a good job they did. I won a gift certificate for a car wash, and there was a mix up. The owner rectified everything while my car was already being cleaned. It was wiped down, vacuumed, and washed! Staff was great, amazing customer service, and my car looks awesome. I wish I could have given them another star. They so deserved it!!

On the 3rd of July I sent my daughter to wash the family car. When she came back the car was still dirty. She drove back but they where closing for the holidays, she was told to comeback after the long weekend .I brought the car back a couple days later and they refused to wash the car again for free . They told me ,, if the car is going through the car wash again you have to pay again,,. And that was a manager who said that.The owner was supposed to call me and resolve it and it never happened. Never coming back again!Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

I have been going to Richboro Car Wash for years as they are a local, family owned business. I only had one small issue in the last 10 years for which I called about when I got home. The owner told me to bring it back when I had time and that they would take care of it. I bought it back the next day and they washed and vaccumed the whole car again; without charge.It is a bit more $ than a self-service car wash however, you get what you pay for. They hand dry every bit of your vehicle and clean the windows inside and out.Services: Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming

I keep forgetting what a terrible job they do here. Each time I think it'll be better but it's actually getting worse. Seriously not sure how they stay in business. Today my car had water spots all over it because they don't know how to dry properly. Not to mention my front bumper and wheels looked like they weren't even washed. I actually had to re-wash and dry the car correctly when I went home. Can't wash. Can't dry. Not sure what else is there to do at a car wash (?)
