I couldn t find the used car I wanted for a good price in WV and it was difficult finding enough in the range we wanted a one location so if one didn t work we could try another. It was perfect. There were a few I could browse from in my range. The salesperson was not pushy. He explained everything to us and was patient.The finance guy, I also found was not pushy. He was practical about the package options to recommend to us and helped me to get what I needed. I also feel that he was quite transparent about what these packages offered and their prices and I didn t feel like I was being handled. They were great! Worth the 4 hour trip out there. I felt we were being manipulated in WV dealerships. I don t feel that way here. Dan and Jay were great at Cochran.

I had the pleasure of working with Kyle during the process of purchasing my new vehicle. His no pressure approach was quite refreshing to say the least. His knowledge of the inventory on hand is impressive. My thoughts of auto shopping have been improved by my experience with #1 Cochran Subaru. Thanks to all involved for a great experience. Purchased new 22 ascent touring 2/18/22.. Cochran was more than happy to accept my cash for purchase..but 16k on my car and now into service department so many times for same issues.. horrible hesitating, continual random not working hatch..motor replaced last year but still works randomly.. they can't replicate, so they claim no issue..but blame it on my floor weather tech floor mats & mats covering my cargo space..even though floor mats are secured with factory floor 'pegs'.. and cargo mats are inches away from hatch.. last service there will be our last there.. I took my car in with 80 miles of fuel..even took a picture because mileage was 16666..joked with service man that I'd dealt with the week prior for same issue that my milage was 16666... when we left hours later, milage was 16692.. (26 miles added...but 60 miles of fuel was run out)..fuel light was on saying 17 miles if fuel left, floor mats were lifted and left pulled over my gas pedal..luckily I saw before I drove or could have been a horrible situation.. I should have taken pictures, but was so upset at this point.. at end of 'service'..rep said "update done, we can't replicate but mats are the issue..here are your keys, you are free to go"...I asked her to show us..she turned & left, we assumed she would bring our car in so she could "show us".. but everyone left.. . The lack of customer care, extreme disrespect for customers , the issues with my car & the rudeness we have experienced there are beyond reason.. I paid over $55k cash for my vehicle.. but no consideration for care of customer property.. seriously how do you run out over 60 miles of fuel only going 26 miles.. and leave it in the condition it was left in ... nasty hesitation, hatch issues & random "walking when parked" (another issue they can't replicate, so advised to only park with brake on..) seriously seems like an electric issue but no care or concern once they get paid... I had been considering trading in for new 24, but not willing to go thru your dealership any longer. I bought this car with a 10 yr 100000 mile extended warranty believing I would have it for many many years..rather, I am back to driving our 2005 highlander with 168k miles because I don't want to be in a nasty wreck from the hesitating issues.

Dan was a wonderful salesman. He answered all outlr questions and was kind and helpful. Crystal, who he sent us to for signing the paperwork was very rude. Her attitude changed from kind to snooty when we didn't purchase any warranty and when I mentioned we would be putting part of the purchase on the credit card she quickly said "we don't take credit card". I then told her than Dan stated that we could pay up to $500 on the cc. She said "fine it just takes a while to process" in an upset tone. Her flagrant lie to make her job easier nearly cost them the sale as we were waiting for some of our funds to be liquid and needed the credit card to pay for the vehicle.

My wife and I bought a 2024 Forester Sport from here last weekend, it's amazing. Purchasing this car from this dealership was a breeze. I dealt with Dan O. and Mike T. , both were fantastic. They listened to what I wanted, weren't pushy at all, and even after the purchase they took the time to teach me how to use certain features on my new car. I viewed multiple Foresters at multiple dealership, this was the best priced one! Thanks guys!

We bought a 2020 Impreza hatchback last weekend and it was a great experience. We went in looking for an older car and our salesman, Brandon, was absolutely great! He got us in a newer vehicle with much less miles and really helped change our views on the car buying process. Great place. I called a few hours before I came down to check out a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and they had it set aside for me to try out by the time I got there. Reed helped me out, and communicated everything I needed to know throughout the process. Huge thank you to these folks, they helped me into a great car that I m excited to drive and removed a huge amount of stress from my life!

The car buying experience at #1 Cochran Subaru Butler was great!! This is the second time I have gone there for a car. There is no pressure and the entire staff are super nice and friendly. I live close to fifty miles from there and it s worth it. I have recommended the dealership to family and friends. Kyle my salesman was great, as was Crystal in finance.

I had the pleasure of having the easiest car buying experience ever at Cochran Subaru. My husband and I were greeted by Brandon Fehl a few minutes after we entered the showroom. He politely asked if anyone was assisting us. From there he was nothing but helpful. After a few questions he put us in a Crosstrek for a test ride. 2 hours later I drove that car home! I never felt pressured or intimated to buy. Highly recommend the dealership and Brandon.

Logan s handling of my purchase of a pre-owned 2019 Crosstrek in March of 24 was flawless. This was an out of state purchase which was conducted completely by email and phone until delivery. He provided timely responses to all of my emails and calls, and was courteous and professional. Jake took care of all my paperwork and explained everything thoroughly and quickly. From walking in the door to driving away was probably only a little over an hour. These two representatives of Cochran certainly made it an enjoyable experience.

From the moment I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Jimmy Mullin, our salesman. I knew I would be purchasing a Subaru. I returned the following week to have my husband test drive the vehicles. We drove the outback and the cross track. We settled for the cross trek. On Saturday we picked up our new leased vehicle. We are pleased.

Felt very well taken care of and was informed of all my options the entire way through the lease process. Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle that I noticed was shifting weird within first week of having it, had to go to their Chrysler location to get it looked at where I was told the vehicle needed a new transmission. Warranty denied claim so the Butler dealership installed a used transmission, and the car is still not running right. I Was told to just bring it by last week so a manager could take it for a test drive, to not make a service appt. Of course they said there was nothing wrong with the car. The transmission skips and bumps while driving, just like it did before. You can feel and hear it. All I want is to get out of this vehicle, but I can t because they offered me four thousand less on trade than what they sold me the car for less than 6 months ago and with less than 2 thousand miles put on vehicle. Has given me non stop stress and anxiety!!

This is my 3rd time leasing a vehicle from Cochran Subaru. Before deciding to lease again, Dan carefully explained all my options with "out the door" pricing. He was very thorough in explaining which options were available on the vehicle I was interested in leasing. Once I decided what vehicle I wanted, he walked me thru the whole process and took extra time to "introduce" several features of the vehicle. It was a great leasing experience.

I always come back to Cochran for Maintenance on my Subaru. I had my brakes and oil change done on my 2019 Subaru Impreza recently. The mechanics kept me informed of the job while I waited, even sent a small video. Job was done fast and right.

My wife was shopping for a car that she could reach the pedals. She sat in 10 different cars at about 6 different dealerships not one of the cars she tried she couldn t reach the pedals until we tried Cochran Subaru in Butler PA and spoke with Tye. He understood her needs and his knowledge of the different cars of the Subaru was spot on.If Subaru would come out with a car that had adjustable pedals it would have been a no brainer and would saved us a lot of time. The Legacy doesn t fit her the way it should but of all of the brands we tried it s working. For her. Thank you Tye for your knowledge and professionalism

I was really impressed! No pushy salespeople while I was looking around at the different cars on the lot. I was nervous about all the electronics in the newer cars. But he (Tex) went over them very patiently. So it was very happy with their service.
