Very easy and non stressful car buying experience. Rob was our salesman and was very nice and understanding. He even came in on his day off to make sure the signing of the papers went smoothly. I highly recommend West Lawn Motors to buy your low mileage like new car from! Buy from here to keep the "mom and pop" multi-generation family owned businesses going!

I would highly recommend West Lawn Motor company. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle on my own. The sales rep Zach was very friendly and quick to answer any of my questions. No pressure negotiations unlike some other larger dealerships. The vehicle was detailed thoroughly before pickup, looked and smelled beautiful! Great family business!

In the past when buying a car, I always came away from the transaction feeling I had been taken advantage of. I purchased my last two vehicles from West Lawn Motors, and it was a completely different experience. Their selection of cars is varied and all are in great shape. The pricing is as good as anyone in the market for the quality offered. Rob was honest and knowledgeable in both transactions sharing information on maintenance costs and reliability of the vehicles I was considering. I took three cars out for test drives and he talked to me about the pros and cons of the three choices. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a car but hates the car buying process.

Beware anyone who receives a quote over the phone trying to sell a used car.I called and spoke to a representative mid week and received an estimate for a vehicle I was selling. Conversation went well and he said he'd come out the next day to take a look at it to confirm the price. He also offered that following day when we originally spoke and told me he could come out that Friday or Saturday to pick it up if all went well.Long story short he was unable to make it and could not confirm a visit. The first reason I absolutely understood, but when he proceeded to text me that he was also unavailable the rest of the week after he told me he had availability all 3 days I was irritated.I understand the business concept but what ended up happening was that other vehicles he valued more became available to view so I was no longer on the list. When you have a schedule and know better than to believe an offer over the phone you need it confirmed in person.Therefore if you receive an offer over the phone from this place do not believe it will come to fruition. I was able to get what I wanted for my car, but continue making calls and scheduling appointments. There's a strong chance you'll be pushed aside/around too!Best of luck.

Recently my wife and I purchased a 2003 Ford Thunderbird from Rob at West Lawn Motors. It was a very pleasurable experience in dealing with Rob for us purchasing this vehicle. Rob was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in helping us with the purchase of the Thunderbird. Rob also helped us arrange financing with a bank that specialized in the financing of classic automobiles. Rob helped us through all phases of our purchase of which we were most pleased. Fell in love with my Cruze. After seeing pictures at your website. Rob couldn't have been nicer. Professional and friendly. Looked at my car and test drove it. Beautifull car in great shape. West Lawn Motors made my car buying experience a snap!All his cars have low miles and are like brand new. I picked my car and he processed the paperwork and I picked up with in a day. Salesman was very knowledgeable and personable to talk to. I would recommend buying a car there to all my friends and family.

Good experience so far. My girlfriend is a first time buyer, so she's taking her time through the process. The salesperson we spoke to was very helpful, and she test drove two vehicles in her price range. We'll be back.

I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past year from West Lawn Motors. Both vehicles had low mileage and were in great condition. After being cleaned by the staff at West Lawn Motors, the vehicles were literally like brand new cars. The entire "process" of buying cars was made so simple and easy with West Lawn Motors. If you are on the market for any type of used vehicle, I would make West Lawn Motors your first stop.
