Absolutely the best customer service I have had since I own my Stihl trimmer. Affordable, friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I ve been going to this shop for all my small engine needs since I moved to this area, a few years ago. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of. I highly recommend Walker s. I ve never left their shop feeling dissatisfied or disappointed. They treat ya right.

I broke my pull chord on my leaf vacuum and took it to them this morning. Had it fixed in 10 minutes while I waited. They were very pleasant to deal with and I really appreciated the fact that they were able to get me up and running again without the hassle of having to wait a day or two. I know that is not the case with a bigger job but have had experiences in past where others wouldn't do a quick (simple) fix without my leaving it for days. Advice for the owner: I had a good experience but it appears from previous reviews that others have not... You need to stay on top of these reviews and engage these people with negative reviews. I would question bringing a bigger job to your shop based on some of these reviews. Again, you were very pleasant with me and I greatly appreciate your quick turn around.

Expensive, three trip in to get minor repairs done. Not knowledgeable, not good customer service. Even parted out my blower (took electric starter off) while I waited two months to get my part. One thing they did right was pirate one of their own new blowers to finally fix mine. Avoid.

First time and will be back. I had a brand new snowblower that I bought in 2015 in anticipation of a big storm. It worked great but I didn't use it again and it's now 2021. They basically took carb apart, replaced gaskets cleaned it all up and put it back together again. I thought it was a great price and now my snowblower is like new!Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and very busy. Being new to the area they were recommended and now I know why.Highly recommend for any snowblower, mower repair and maintenance. They also had quite a collection of refurbished models for sale.

Purchased a mower 35 days ago from home depot. Tried to return it, and they said deal with the manufacturer. I tried calling the manufacturer, after 25 min on hold, they provided me with Walkers number. I called and even though he was swamped with work, and I didn't buy it there, he said to bring it in. Dale and his staff were super nice! His employee spent over an hour finding and repairing a mfg error. The entire experience reminds me that small businesses are the best! If I need a mower in the future or repairs I will definitely go here! Highly recommend.

5 Stars PLUS!! These guys are the BEST! I tried test running my Troy Bilt snowblower 2 days before a big storm and it didn't start. They picked it up, fixed it and returned it in time for the "big event" . I thank them and so does my back! John B-Kenhorst

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF! Walker-family owned & operated for 50 or so years. There's a large selection of new & used equipment, and they service and stand by what they sell. They service just about anything garden related and sharpen blades quickly & efficiently. It is my go-to place when my lawn mower or snow blower need service. A small but mighty business! I highly recommend!

I can not say enough about the service I received from Nate at Walkers. I purchased a new mower that has an issue that could not be resolved and Nate and his team worked tirelessly to get the issue resolved. Ultimately, the mower had to be replaced and they really stood behind their product. I highly recommend this company and I am the proud new owner of a Hustler Raptor Super Duty that makes short work of my yard.

If you have a Deere, or anything else, and need service go here! Quick, friendly and fair prices. Geared towards the yard machine owner who does not wax but uses the machines. They also have knowledgeable service and counter staff. Worth a look.

I am VERY sorry I chose walker to fix my many year old toro 421 snowblower. 351.00. It's not even worth 200.00. No one ever called me with an estimate. Just did the work and returned it. According to the work order. They did a lot. I can't deny that. But when u do more than it's worth, why not call the customer before proceeding? I haven't even tried it yet. Normally I'm the type of person who researches what they have before repairing but A family tragedy stopped me from doing that last week. I'm sorry that this mom and pop business who is very aware of current prices of mowers and Snowblowers didn't take the time to say miss, it would cost more to fix than it's worth.

I want to thank you for helping me decide on the Toro 724 QXE snow blower. Yesterday s snow storm was a great test and I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase. I have been using Toro snow blowers for over 40 years, my first was a 19 Snow Pup from the 70 s, and my most recent was a CR 2550 purchased in 96. This new self-propelled model took a few minutes to get used to, but, I must say this thing is amazing. There are so many good things to say about it from the easy starting and maneuverability to the joystick control for the discharge chute and the distance it throws the snow, this unit is the perfect choice for any homeowner.I have only had it for a few weeks and one snow storm, but, I have been recommending Walker Mowers to all my friends and family because of your knowledge and great customer service.

Walker's had been a local staple in the community for a long time. Sales, service, and advice are so excellent here. It's like being in an old mom and pop door when you go in. Top notch.

Great little homegrown shop. Nate was a great salesmen who walked me theough the different chainsaw options. They went above and beyond to customize the chainsaw i wanted , and to add the size bar and type of chain i wanted. I always go back for my lawn and equipment needs.

I tried repairing my craftsman lawnmower myself. The pull string recoil broke. Needless to say after buying the the part from Walkers and attempting to do the repair myself, it didn t go very well for me. The gentlemen told me that if I had a problem I should bring it in and he would fix it. So I took the mower in and he, without any problem or hesitation, put the new recoil part and new pull rope on. He is a lifesaver. I will never try to fix my lawnmower myself again but will always take it to Walkers Mower and equipment. Very friendly and professional. Great work!

Took an older lawn mower there for repairs and they told me it was going to be about $400 to repair: warped piston, scored cylinders, can't find parts, etc. so it really wasn't worth it but they would dispose of it for free. I went and picked it and took to some else and they repaired for less than $50, pistons and cylinders were fine just needed carb kit an air filter. I told them the story and they said those mowers are worth a lot of money because the metal they used in the mower decking. They were also surprised to hear that because older lawn mowers are very simple and easy to repair (They don't make them like they used to).I have shared my experience with some friends since then and they shared similar issues ......Very Expensive and not very knowledgeable on a lot of equipment. Unless you are knowledgeable on lawn mowers, I would stay away because they will try to take advantage of you.

Work and service is fine as long as they carry the brand. Wouldn't fix a pull cord on a brand new Husqvarna chainsaw because they "can't get parts."

I only needed a tire repaired but they did it quickly and were very fair with their pirces.

Definitely not friendly or honest at all. I personally heard them make a derogatory racist remark towards a customer as he was walking away.
