Joe Cacchione & Mr. Jeff Lloyd are an absolutely amazing, kind, and helpful gentlemen. I was here not to purchase but rather take some photos and videos of the beautiful inventory available here. Mr. Lloyd saw me and asked if I needed help. From there on he pointed me on where to go and who to contact. Absolutely amazing and down to earth gentleman. Joe is an absolutely amazing and incredibly kind and hospitable gentleman. He helped me a lot and showed me some incredible cars!

I was browsing online at Mercedes-Benz cars for a while and decided to check them out in person. As I was browsing at the cars, I was greeted by salesman Jeffrey Lloyd and he assisted me with the entire process of trading in my vehicle. Mr. Lloyd was very transparent, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about me getting the best offer. I am unsure of his name, but the gentleman who appraised my trade-in gave me an amazing offer! The gentleman who went through all the paperwork with me at the end did an amazing job at explaining all the perks that came with purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. This was one of the best experiences I ve had at a car dealership and I absolutely love the car I got!

My husband and I recently purchased a certified vehicle and we had a seamless experience. Phil Franco and Todd were friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We recommend working with them as they listened to our requests and answered all of our questions. Great dealership with great people!

I was delighted to have found this dealership within 100 miles of my home. My local dealer is very good to me. However, they get a limited inventory due to their small volume and the car I was looking for is scarce. I called Tom Masano and from the first moment was treated extremely well by my salesman Curtis Sites. Within an hour he was able to locate the car that I wanted and made the deal happen. The price was right. The entire process was smooth and they even sent a driver to pick me up nearly hundred miles away. They even offered to pick it up for servicing. The showroom was ultra modern and they had an excellent selection of cars, including some very rare models. I can't recommend them highly enough, and I will certainly go back.

Love the whole experience this Mercedes dealership has to offer. From Phil the salesman, to brain the finance, to the GM, much successful to you guys. Had a much better experience here than my local dealership here in Allentown pa. Drove an hour away and man let me tell you worth every mile. My wife loves her new Mercedes truck and they have so much to choose from even a warehouse near by, many blessings to you guys.

Thank you to Matt from sales, Brian from finance, and Mike from tech for helping me during my vehicle purchase. It was such a pleasant, transparent, and straight forward experience which I appreciated, especially as an out of state buyer. No one wants to drive multiple hours for no reason. Matt was particularly helpful in answering all my questions, sending me pictures and videos of the vehicle, and having everything set up beforehand so that all I had to do when I arrived was sign the paperwork and learn all the buttons on the car. Everything was exactly as described over the phone and the car is amazing. Thank you Tom Masano MB!

My salesman Matt Sievers was excellent at this location. Highly recommend him if you're in the market for a vehicle. I buy a vehicle about every 2 to 3 years and by far was my best experience. 100% transparent and down to earth.Made the experience actually enjoyable. Never had an experience like I've had with Matt. I hope I'll get to work with him in the future.

Tom Masano Mercedes delivers the experience you envision of a luxury class dealer. Every single associate is highly skilled in their expertise of the vehicles and Mercedes Benz product knowledge. The service team is AMAZING and they truly enhance the Mercedes Benz Customer experience even after you have purchased a vehicle. My most favorite part is the modernized architecture to the building and all the really cool exotic plants they have! Most dealers don't even have plants at all and since I am someone who really loves the environment I love to see it incorporated into their business. They uphold the Mercedes-Benz standard in the most appropriate and professional fashion. You will NOT be disappointed doing business here! Love the Masano MB Fam.

I've been searching for a specific car for months. A few weeks ago I saw it was available at this location. I set up a meeting with Mike went to see the car, and left with it the same day! This is a very efficient and professional dealership. I couldn't believe how quickly Mike was able to get everything set up so that I was able to take the car home within hours of seeing it. He even set up a ride for me so that I didn't have to worry about that myself. I live a significant distance away so this was greatly appreciated. Mike has also been super responsive with answering all of my questions via text, even when he is not in the office. And, the car is amazing :)

We recently leased an eqs 580 Suv from Tom Masano Mercedes and had an Amazing experience! Our salesman Matt Sievers has been amazing to us and answered each and every question we had. He was extremely patient throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of. He got us an amazing deal and made the process extremely simple, even though we were over 2 hours away! Matt was extremely accessible even when we had questions a month after purchase! Overall an amazing dealership with great service. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

I recently purchased an E450 from Tom Masano, Inc and had the best experience ever when purchasing a vehicle, bar none. From the time I made initial contact online to meeting with my sales associate, Matt Siever, to picking up my vehicle, it was nothing but first class treatment. . I purchased my car from a different dealer but have been taking my Mercedes to the actually Mercedes dealers ship for all my regular maintenance for the past few years ! Super sweet receptionist from the moment you call to make an appointment to when you pick your vehicle up . The Service department and the collision center where also very prompt and professional with getting back to me and answering my questions . all though it took 38 days to fix the damage because of parts I m please with the work looks brand new and I m happy . The only thing I would say is that I asked for an oil change to be done while my car was being worked on and it wasn t done , no biggie I will reschedule ,it would have been more convenient to get it done the time of repair because I live 45 mins away from this location .still a 5 star place just please get my oil changed next time so I don t have to drive back 45 mins lol

Wanted to share my most recent experience @ Tom Masano MercedesFrom the moment I walked into this dealership , I was takin back by the welcoming friendly faces around me .. I was introduced to my salesmen Matt.. a charismatic , friendly, and delightful young man! As I went thru the lovely motions of car buying , I felt relaxed and confident .. from the sales manager to the finance manager and my service rep Steve .. all were very helpful and amazing ..coming from a former car sales lady.. I felt this dealership is one of the best , if not the best for overall experience.. THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SO ATTENTIVE AND SWEET!!! I will definitely be back when I m ready

This is my second purchase from Tom Masano. Todd and Phil did a great job on giving me a fair price for my 2021 C300 and a great price for my 2023 GLC 300. They were both very patient with me and allowed me to take the time I needed to make a decision. I didn t know I was in the market for a vehicle but I need to take the C300 in for service and needed a loaner. Once I sat in the GLC I knew I was in trouble lol. Thank you both for your professionalism and attentiveness. I m sure this won t be the last I will buy a car from you both.

Michael McCormick made all my dreams come true! He found my baby before it even hit the floor, we had the deal done. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Went through a broker for a lease deal, and Tom Masano is the dealership they used. As a first time lease (always bought before), this was the most painless experience I have had. The communication was a little slow with broker and dealer, as they were very busy and I had newbie questions, however once the deal was finalized, no one tried to alter the terms in any way. Michael M. at Tom Masano was eager to provide excellent service as were finance and customer experience staff explaining all the features. Michael instantly addressed some minor issues overnighting the items for me. Everyone wanted us as customer for repeat and referral business and to ensure my satisfaction. Completely different from all of my past buying experiences, as they instilled trust and confidence that I had not seen in 33+ years of buying. Zero surprises - and included a protection package at no extra cost (100% stuck to the deal I had). Strongly recommend the dealership for the excellent and painless customer service and providing an excellent deal with it!

I had a wonderful, pain-free sales experience at Tom Masano Mercedes. I dealt with Nate and he was amazing. I was ready to purchase an electric SUV and Tom Masano had the model with the options I wanted in-stock. I called Nate and he was able to put a great offer together for me that included every rebate I was eligible for. We moved on to my trade and they made me an offer I was willing to accept, so I felt very comfortable making the deal on the phone. I arranged a time to come in to trade in my old car, do some paperwork, and pickup my new car. It was that easy!! I live 2 hours away, so Nate made everything as easy as possible for me and my busy schedule. I highly recommend Tom Masano Mercedes dealership, and especially Nate Rodriguez!

I have been in the car industry for 25 years, I deal with car dealerships everyday and from this recent leasing experience I can say by far the best. I have been leasing merc benz since 2011 and have had numerous new merc benz vehicles over the years. They were no nonsense, great price, did not hide anything. Just ask for Phil Franco!, him and Phil Hart made this experience priceless , Now enjoying a new GLS 450, and working to see if we can do something else on another vehicle.

I just bought a new car from this dealership and words cannot describe how much of a great experience it was. Everyone I interacted with from the sales specialist Curtis to the GM, Phil and their finance/business manager were extremely friendly and honest which made the whole process very pleasant and effective. On top of everything, their pricing was very competitive. Highly recommend this dealership and looking forward to doing more business with them.

We purchased a new G550 from Curtis @ Tom Masano Mercedes. They were a pleasure to work with, wasted no time pre and during our visit at the dealer. A lot of Benz dealers are playing games with G wagons right now, not the case here at all. No hidden fees, upsells, etc. This is the 3rd car in our family from Tom Masano dealer group and I am sure there will be more !
