Tom Masano Collision Center on Gregg Ave. in Reading, PA is the BEST in business! Responsive, honest and kept us posted throughout the whole process. Been taking my car here anytime I get into a scuffle ! Everyone is super nice and helpful ! I believe the man s name was DAN who wrote up the quote for my damages ! He was super nice and he was able to sit and give me my quote in about 20 mins which made my day because I was on a time crunch no one knew about ! The speeding turn over time for the estimate ultimately made me write my review . Costumer services goes along way thank you DAN also for your kind words when I randomly said I was depressed and don t mind my messy front seat . You are appreciated

Very happy with the quality of their work. The color looks as promised by the estimator Karl. It was a pleasure working with Karl and his team. The paint and job was done professionally. The only thing that didn t give this a 5 star was that the driver side panel light on the car had a malfunction and will have to personally see what s wrong.Service: Painting

Very smooth repair.. Quality paint job and everything went as expected.. The fact that they were able to paint my bumper hitch cover and get the car back to me within 5 hours was extremely impressive.

First off I was told it would be a 70 hour job and expecting it take a month tops but ended up taking 2 months. Every week I called to get an update and every time I was told it should be done next week and told it s a bigger job ma am and listed for 70 hours . I asked to talk to someone regarding my rental car fees coming out of my pocket because insurance no longer covered it after a month of being in the shop. I was told I ll put it in your file and someone will contact well, it took three times for me to bring it up for someone to talk to me about it. I was also told it sat for a week with nothing be done to it which isn t my fault. I ended spending $1500 in rental fees and when I initially asked to be reimbursed from the repair shop they said we ll cover half your deductible which is $250. I had to argue with them and sent them my receipts to cover at least half of the rental fees and still had to pay my deductible when it s not my fault the relays took almost 2 months. I was told my car was detailed however, they didn t clean the seats or wipe anything down inside and didn t paint the entire car so everything matched. I do not recommend this facility. They need more technicians so more time can be designated to each car instead of splitting time between cars so it doesn t take as long. No wonder they could get my car repaired sooner than anyone else because nobody likes them.Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit in the right rear bumper by snow removal equipment. I have a friend with 35+ years industry experience who works for Axalta, the former DuPont automotive paint company. He said Masano performed an absolutely flawless repair and and refinish. From someone who has consulted with NASCAR teams that s saying something!

They told me 13 days for repairs ,is been a month and a half and still waiting for my vehicle, to many excuses and apologies.

My 2022 GLS 450 front bumper was accidently "tapped" which brought me to Masano Collision Center (purchased at Masano Mercedes). I didn't think the repair would take as long as it did and took exception to a few smudges found inside. Tim Yocum explained what parts were needed, the timeline of the parts delivery & the labor necessary to complete the job which then made sense. He asked if my vehicle could stay at the shop one more night so he could take a look at the interior. When I picked it up the car was sparkling. This is my first experience with the Collision Center and I am very pleased. I just had my 2018 Elantra gt in for rock chips and a broken windshield.While it was there they fixed some other damages on my car for a reasonable fee! They handled this very quick and professional. They called every step of the way to give me a detailed update . The work they did made my car look better than the day I bought it. I highly recommend them for any body work !Service: Body & Trim

Not sure if I m on the right site but bought a car from Tom Masano today in reading . I had an awesome experience everyone was soo helpful and really polite . I especially want to thank David Horrigan for answering my email quickly and when I got to the dealership was ready to help me and did a great job. I also want to thank Shawn Maione did a great job with my paperwork and got me an awesome rate was very helpful with my loan . I give them a 3 thumbs up AWESOME

My vehicle got side swiped and needed to be fixed. I spoke with Tim Yocum and dropped it off to him. They did a fantastic job and I will be taking all my vehicles to him in the future! The original estimate the other guys insurance gave me was way off and Tim spoke with them and worked it out to make sure it was fixed properly! I greatly appreciated that and highly recommend Tom Masano Collision Center! Thank you all for everything! I was glad to get my girl back all shiny and new!

I hit a deer in November, and got an estimate 11/16. Took the car in on 12/14. Went to pick up the car on 12/18 and was told that it was done but TM hadn t heard from my insurance company. I called my insurance company and they said that they had to have an adjuster come out and that should ve been done before taking the car in. I told them I filed a claim on 11/3 and sent pictures and everything required of me. They admitted that it s theirs fault and said they would give me a rental. After speaking with shop manager Tim Yocum, they agreed to let me pay my deductible and take the car while insurance figures out on their end. I ll be doing future business with Tom Masano!Service: Body & Trim

They do good work on their cars. However, the lines of communication are extremely poor. My car was suppose to be done in 3-5 business days and it took over 2 weeks until I saw my car again. They also quoted me for $1,800 worth of damage, so I was very surprised to find a $3,800 bill.

The service was excellent. I got a dream car for a dream price. The team was very enthusiastic and friendly. They never pressured me or anything like that. It was a great car buying experience. I am very happy with my purchase and the way I was treated. Highly recommend.

They always do great work and everyone is always friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough to praise them. Not only did they fix my car, tune everything, but they detailed it inside and out, and they topped off my gas. Great work!!!

Wish I could give a negative 1 star.Took my vehicle to collision center on Aug 6th for repairs due to an accident. Everything was ok, despite the length it was taking repairs to be done. Until I called 2 weeks ago to make sure I could pick my car up and was told they cracked my bumper while putting it on and needed to order me a new one. I just found out that they ordered me an after market one and it was the wrong one, and while trying to squeeze it on, it cracked. Was told it would take another week. I then called a week later and was told no, it's still not done. Then I was told I could pick it up today. Called again to confirm pick up and was told that nope, someone scratched up my door and they needed to order me another one and it will take another week till I can pick it up. Now I've used up all my rental 3 weeks ago. It's taken them an additional 3 weeks to get my vehicle done due to their irresponsibility!! I will never take another vehicle there and will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible!!

Ok, first, if you don t really like your car, bring it here. However, if you love your car, go anywhere else! I had my bumper replaced, but when I came to pick it up there was a huge scratch on it! They were so rude about it and acted like I was out of line for saying something. It always smells like weed and cat urine when you walk in their shop, and the front desk associates were high at best. I m writing this review so you don t make the same mistake as me.

This is the second car I've taken to the collision center for repairs. Both times work was incomplete or rushed. They missed simple items. The first time my car was returned they missed a huge dent that was right above the bumper that was replaced. I returned to have the work finished. Then my lift gate would not work, again I returned to get the work finished. The only good experience was the staff being friendly. Work here is rushed and unfinished. Stay away unless you have a lot of extra time to keep bringing your car back to finish the original job.

Absolutely NO communication. Minor accident on 12/24, they got the car on 12/26 and it's 1/9 and still not done. Insurance will not pay for rental anymore and no ETA on completion, so I am now without a car. It's a brand new Mercedes lease from Tom Masano, but I will never use their collision service again!

Such a great experience. My car was done as they told me. I did have a issue with the heating but they did a great job fixing it. Thank you and I will highly recommend Tom Masano.

My experience with Tom Masano, Inc..is..DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They do not keep up to their promises!! I bought a vehicle from them and all four tires were bad!! Then I kept calling because my vehicle shook when I applied my brakes, they told me there was nothing wrong with the brakes...that was in February and March, brought the vehicle in for my "free" inspection...they wouldn't inspect it because it needed brakes and rotors!! I was told that I could have "crawled under the vehicle to make sure the tires where good!! How nice..a woman crawling on the ground to inspect the tires when on the sticker in the windshield it claims that all tires were new!! I bought the vehicle in November, complained about the brakes in November, December, January, February, and March and was told there was nothing wrong with my brakes...took the vehicle in August and needs not only brakes but rotors...wow, didn't know you can wear brakes and rotors out in four months, when I hardly drive the vehicle...amazing...so my advise...DO NOT BUY...THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS!! AND I BET I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO FEELS THIS WAY BUT NO ONE WILL POST AND IF THEY DO, MASANO'S PROBABLY DELETED THE REVIEW.....STAY AWAY.....FAR AWAY.......

Had a poor experience buying a Ford Escape from them. THey gave me a decent deal on the car, but played too many of the typical sales tactics with me: made me write numbers, wouldn't give me a straight answer on the cost of the car, tried to sell me at or above MSRP, didn't give me a good breakdown of rebates and other discounts, plus the sales people all seemed disinterested in really helping me, and we talked to reps for Ford, Mazda and Mitsu all on separate occasions and at separate locations. Worst, they lowballed me on my trade and wanted to offer about half what all the sites said for reasonable POOR trade in value. The final straw was when the salesman began to get frustrated with how much time he had to spend helping me. He said something like "I have over 3 hours of my life invested in this and I need to close the deal. I'm on commission". Ballsy. Well, sorry. I have over 3 hours invested in this, and you haven't done your homework in selling me a car. Plus I PAY your commission retard. Bye Bye.

Horrible. Took them 17 days to submit their estimate to my insurance. 16 day repair took 6 weeks. No communication, my 'Advisor' was never available and I rarely got my calls returned. Dreadful place.

This is our second time there with our Mercedes-Benz and needless to say I am not happy with the service...first time our car was there they actually broke pieces inside of the door panel on a brand new vehicle...also told us our car was finished when obviously when we looked out into the work area our car was sitting still in pieces... And people tell you numerous times that they'll call you back and you never get any kind of correspondence
