Had a great experience with Master Tire. I needed a hard to find size for my tires and they had exactly was needed. They got me taken care of on the same day - less than an hour after we called to check if they had my size in inventory.The staff was friendly and the pricing was reasonable. I'll happily be a repeat customer.

Came in with a flat pretty late into the evening and took care of it within 15 minutes. They even matched tread depth to keep all the tires the same. Great and efficient service.

Had a flat tire and pulled in here. Took excellent care of me and charged reasonably. I strongly recommend them. Don t be deceived by the look of the place. The mechanics are top notch!

2014 Chevy 2500HDI bought the rotors and pads at auto zone.They found more problems and changed the calipers.Excellent job.These guys put in the OT to get it all done the same day.And the labor/parts price was very competitive.Recommended.(I don't speak Spanish, plan on speaking slowly and making yourself clear of what you want. They know how to do it)

Broke down saturday Easter weekend 9:30pm Omar towed us to shop nice very quickly replaced our belt very reasonably priced we are from Lancaster but will have him as our new macanic best shop ever

Very friendly staff. I got 4 brand new tires. Great price. Best in town and I shopped around. Great service overall. Definitely will buy tires again from here

I would not go here if you re a woman!!!They stole one of my Lug nuts from each tire that they replaced and put on a regular nut. Then, when I went back to get the originals put back on, I was met with a bunch of excuses. They did end up putting the Lug nuts back on, but this whole situation is just disappointing. I asked to speak with the supervisor this morning and this afternoon, and was told that they weren t available both times.

I have brought every one of my cars here for services and never had any issues and they treat me so well that I was even able to convert my husband to them! Since we ve been together we ve taken his vehicles there too including his baby the suburban and my baby the 2020 Renegade. I ll trust their work on any of my vehicles and will continue to take my cars there anytime I need tires or have any concerns they re able to help with.

Ripped me off on an alignment. Went in with a pull to the right and a small shimmy at 70 mph. Wasnt able to drive again until a week later and nothing had changed. They left this paper in my car and when when I questioned the numbers (I know little about This stuff) thier response was thats how they have to set it. Now I'm having to take it to a diffrent place and pay again. Feel as if they took advantage of an easy female target. Use to get tires here but I refuse to give them my service ever again. UPDATE:::: as the owner responded I did take my car back 2 1/2 weeks later and still drove away with it pulling to the right. 2 days later I took my car to Martin's in Morgantown and the mechanic said he did a regular alignment and rotated my tires. Low n behold problem solved. Either the machines need calibrated at Master Tire or the employee didnt know what they were doing. Waste of money

Worst place to go to when it comes to your tires/rims. They re very much biased when it comes to valuing your labor, they ll literally go off what you re looking like(race) when estimating your labor price. Please be careful!

After getting to nails in my $150 tire and after calling maybe 10 car dealerships I was starting to loose hope because now the same tire cost $166.But thank God I called the master tire center 3, not only did they have the tire I needed in stock but at Avery affordable price of $45 now I can buy all 4 new/used without breaking the bank!Great service, Very fast, extremely friendly!

I had a great experience i was traveling from out of town and had a blow out found this shop on google maps called they had my tires got a tow to the shop not only did they have my tires i needed an alignment bad the reason for the blowout. The staff were very helpful they gave me some really good used tires and the alignment! I made it to my destination in NYC and back home in Tennessee with no issues! If i ever have problem with my vehicle again passing thru this will be my go to spot!

Loved it. Noon, just had a in my left front tire, while not knowing how long since already seen it busy with 5 cars ahead of me. $10 in 7mins. What a steal. Great service as well for all your car servicing needs plus the cheapest I've seen in the city.

I HAD TO PAY 20$ TODAY PUT A NEW TIRE ON MY RIM, I BROUGHT THE TIRE AND THE RIM ON MY HANDS THEY JUST MOUNTED THE NEW TIRE, THERE IS A LOT OF TIRE CENTER, DON'T GO THERE

I was there for two hours! Very slow & ignorant service! The employee s name is Lucy. My mirror was broken and my car wash sticker was removed. I didn t even get an apology or a discount. As per the employee, it was a mistake. I think regardless what your profession is you MUST be professional and appreciate your customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

$35 for a tire with 3/4 tread left installed? Where you going to find that deal? Just make sure that they replace the valve stem cap

Had to buy two front tires for my flatbed price was good and didn't wait to long if you have a flat or need tires I recommend this place

Everyone rude, slow, always has new and different people. They don t even explain what they re gonna do they just do it. They try to peer pressure into giving tips to every single person that laid one finger on your car. Even if you ask a simple question it turns into back talk and attitude.

Web- site says they close at 6:30pm, I called at 5:15pm, the guys over the phone say they close at 6pm, and they have 2 tires I was looking for so I go over, says to come. When I arrive I go into office and guy says talk to another guy outside ok, so I go to that guy then sends me to another and this 3rd guy has an issue iam there at 5:45 and doesn't want to sell me tires saying he does want to work anymore, smh. No good

Management is very rude,their tire options are limited & low quality,it took 10 minutes to be helped whilst waiting for someone to talk to. I was getting 2 tires,they told me they have my size,started filling them up & one wouldn't hold so I said give me back my 2 original tires,they wanted to charge me 16$ for rebalancing! Their fault their tire did not work & was willing to buy but because it wouldn't,they wanted to charge me for putting my old tires back!!

Very quick in and out. I paid 56$ to have four tires mounted and balanced. They upcharge on valve stems. 8$ a piece kind of high for my taste. Also check your own air pressure when you leave one tire had 48 and the lowest was 31. So for quick in and out you get what you pay for. Also when you get there you just drive right in the door. Dont make the mistake i did and park cause you might fall down in a line of cars. ALSO CHECK YOUR LUG NUTS!!!!!!

Cheap prices but poor installation. Techs (if you want to call them that) didn't balance the front tires right and didn't even bother to balance the rears (guess to save time). I had to take them elsewhere to get correct balance done.

These guys were super nice and I got 2 great tires at a phenomenal price! I will definitely be returning when I need new tires again!
