Best car buying experience ever!! Kevin, Tyler and Mike were absolutely amazing and took care of me like I was family. Buying a car should be a positive and memorable experience and after shopping all over, it was anything but that. Due to my specific circumstances, it seemed like getting a loan was going to be nearly impossible. But from the first conversation I had with Kevin he was professional, knowledgeable and showed genuine intrest in wanting to help me. Let me tell you that these guys know their stuff! They pride themselves in finding something that works with EVERY situation. I cannot even begin to express the gratitude I have for these guys because they didn t promise me anything they couldn t deliver. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you guys so much for all you did for me!

As a first time new car buyer I'm very impressed with the service here. I had the pleasure of meeting Jean who was amazing! He was very personable, friendly, and helpful. I went in with zero expectations. I was looking to trade in my 2017 Chrysler pacifica minivan to a third row suv. Kevin is an absolute saint. And he s so fun to work with. Very personable and kind. Working with him was like working with a friend I ve had known for years. All the staff were super friendly. I ended up trading my van for a brand new 2024 Mitsubishi outlander SE and it s absolutely gorgeous. Kevin you re the best! And I with you the ultimate success in your line of work. My husband and I drove 40 minutes to this location this evening for the first time. We saw a jeep they had on the lot for sale and went to look at it. We were in the used lot for about 20 minutes before any of the workers acknowledged us. We then met Jarrett and everything went to crap. He was pushy and rude! He went inside to get the key for the jeep we were interested in, in the meantime we saw another jeep that caught our eye. Jarrett came out with the key and we looked at the original jeep we went to look at. We then started walking over to look at the other jeep and while doing so Jarrett rudely said I would love to go in and keep getting keys out but what s the main goal here? What are you trying to accomplish? He then wanted to run my credit before he would allow us to test drive the jeep to which we said no, you re not dinging my credit if I end up not wanting it after a test drive. I then took my license back from him and said forget it and we left. It was the worst service we ever had while going to look at a car!

i was told I needed services that totaled over $3500, that were not needed. I got another opinion and they even showed us the part in question and it was perfectly fine. Then, the other body shop told us they were upset that the dealership said that to us because it simply wasn t true. Side note: The advisor at the counter is always helpful, friendly and accommodating. Springfield is usually honest during their service process but this time felt different.

KEVIN IS AWESOME. He s down to earth and personable. I traded in my WRX for an outlander because of needing more space and Kevin came outside and greeted me in the parking lot. There was no back and forth nonsense. They knew what I wanted and my budget and made it work. Then to go above and beyond, he called to check in a few days later to make sure I was still loving it.

Everything was great they help a lot this is a great place only thing that wasn't good was the financial part I went in thinking I would pay $30 down and $299 to $399 a month and had to pay hundreds down and close to #800 a month. Besides that this is the best dealer and easiest I have ever done I definitely recommend them just be ready to pay more than expected.

I just got a Brand New Mitsubishi Mirage and the entire time I was in contact with the Representative Brandon, he assisted me on the phone before I went into the dealer.I went into the dealer and Brandon and his Manager assisted me right away, greeting me and welcoming me into the dealer at that hour. I felt instantly the feeling that I was going to be helped all the way till the end, which I wasn't wrong.They ran thru the paper work and made sure the application was correct and fully filled out. They continued to show me a vibrant energy and the positivity definitely affirmed my experience as Pleasurable. From their conversational skills to their level of seriousness and attentiveness towards my needs and wants from the vehicle I was looking for, which they already had asked me previously on the phone and had a line up of used and New Options.Laying down all options and presenting all sides in my favor Brandon and his manager Explained all the pros and cons of New and Used and the difference in warranties with explicit details and no BS laid the options in from of me.Which you know then the outcome!They stood next to me thru the entire process, thru getting the loan and getting me insured. They truly have Beyond Exceptional Customer Experience!!PSFor addition feed back, they even had a couple customers in that day for service and for loner cars! DONT LISTEN TO THE OTHER COMMENTS. I'm positive and stand by their Service!

Just wanna take a moment to give my man Kevin a shout out! Kevin helped me get through all the hard boring stuff and made it fun and enjoyable. Left that day with a new to me vehicle that was in great condition. Upon discovering that I was running late for an appointment the whole team made sure that I was able to get on the move and made sure it was a great overall experience. I had purchased a outlander sport (not here) a year ago and instantly had some buyers remorse. While in for an oil change, a young energetic salesman (Kevin) approached me and helped me get into a bigger, better, newer 2022 outlander! The process was pretty smooth (for the most part) the employees were very nice and very professional. I highly recommend visiting and seeing what they can do for you. Told me paying $1,900 for all new exhaust would fix my idle issue. It did not and was taken back the same day I picked it up. They called me at end of day so no service employees were there to when I picked it up and told me over the phone they can't figure it out, so they got me for $1900 and no fix to my idle issue...

Honestly the customer service is great I have bought two brand new cars from this Mitsubishi and already spoke to management about potentially getting another one for my son next year the service department takes care of everything in a timely matter and professionally and the sales reps are very knowledgeable and great to talk too.

My son purchased a Mitsubishi Mirage brand new 2021 feb 5 th of this year has had nothing but problems with it . Scratches all over that they won t fix . Was told several times they would fix also my sons car has already had a transmission replaced and it is down again for stalling out but they say they can find nothing wrong with it .
