Best customer service received from Jessica, She answered all our questions. We did take a few hours but it was totally worth it at the end because it showed me she did everything to get me an approval. Especially since other deal ships had denied me and my wife. I recommend Senda Auto Sales and request to speak with Jessica

After getting denied from other places Senda Auto Sales always comes clutch and looks out and makes sure you leave with a vehicle in there lot purchased 3 cars from there 2010 mdx 2020 mdx 2018 type r and all came out 100% no issues I recommend you going to senda you wont regret it will be coming back for more vehicles!

I bought a car from them 2 months ago. The upshot? Honest guys and very straight-forward process buying the car. I'm a happy customer.Long story: I live in the Washington DC area. Senda had the exact car I wanted (at a good price) but they're literally a half day journey to get up there. So I was very leery of having a "bait and switch" experience. I talked to Omar at Senda and he said the price on the website was THE price. I gave them a $200 deposit and set a tentative date the next week to get the car.Several days later, Omar sends me a text that he wants to be sure I saw the damaged driver's side mirror. Damaged mirror? No. What damaged mirror? Well, turns out the pics posted on the car's listing show the overall car. The damaged mirror is in there but the angle makes the damage hard to see. Omar texted me a video specifically of the mirror. I contacted my auto body shop, got a written quote and sent it to him. We negotiated a fair discount on the car. I thought that was very upfront of Omar. He could've easily not said anything, let me travel up there and have an unpleasant surprise.The day of the pickup, I show up at Senda. I meet Omar (and his brother Edwin). You know the reputation that used car dealers have of being shady, wheeler-dealers? Not these two. Friendly, honest and forthcoming. Gave me the history of the car and what they've had repaired. Edwin even shared the mechanics' receipts. I took it for a test drive and bought the car.Overall I had a great experience. After traveling 6 hours (via Amtrak, bus and Uber) and not eating all day, they even took pity on me and bought me lunch. I'm sorry I don't live in the area or I would refer my friends. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work :)

I wish I can give them zero stars. This place sucks. Engine light came on as soon as I left the parking lot. Dealer took car to fix catalytic converter with the warranty I had purchased. Then, 1 month later. Leaking oil. Then 3 months later again catalytic converter. I had to pay for fixing. Then, once more a few months later. 3 times in 2 yrs and 10 months. Had to get rid of it couldn t keep spending 1,200 each time. Don t buy a vehicle from this place.

Upon my experience with Senda Auto Sales, and purchasing my very first suv. This is the place to go! Edwin is the salesperson to do business with! Phenomenal and enthusiastic personality, gave me all the information I requested and the car fax of the car I was purchasing. He really cared about my needs and not just making business of me. Had a minor cosmetic issue with the car and nothing this guys couldn t resolve for me. Had it looking better than ever in no time. They really put their customer s needs before anything. Amazing people to work with and do business with. Ysa did my paperwork and was very well acknowledged and answered all my questions at the time of signing. I get many compliments on my Durango and people that want to buy it off me and I have no complaints. I 100% recommend!!!

The owners were very helping in assisting us in getting a new car after ours flooded. We were in desperate need since it was so unexpected . We went to multiple car lots before we stopped at Senda last. He was very helpful in finding a vehicle that worked with out budget & the type of car we were looking for. Since they were so much help, we were already talking about getting a second car from them .

I bought a vehicle back this year in January. Vehicle was in mint condition and service as amazing. The vehicle has no problems since I bought it just regular maintenance like oil changes tire rotations, etc. I love my. Vehicle I loved the service. They went above and beyond make sure I was able get approved and get into the vehicle I wanted. Thank you senda auto sales I would definitely recommend them and I will be going back to buy another from them. I see some. My vehicle was a 2011 Subaru legacy. Thank You Omar for everything and hope to see you guys soon.

Extraordinary is the word that comes to mind when I hear about Senda and their amazing staff. Omar and Edwin both went out of their way to help me find the car I wanted. I walked into the dealership undecided on whether I even wanted a car much less what kind of car I would even get. They sat down with me and talked me through the whole process from financing all the way to what car best fits my lifestyle. To the date of this review it has been 8 months since I purchased my vehicle and I have nothing but positives things to say about them. Keep it up guys!

My experience with Senda Auto Sales has been excellent. From the moment I stepped on their lot I was treated like family. They are wonderful people, the entire staff went above and beyond to help find my new car. I first met with Omar at the Sinking Spring location and he helped me on the spot even though it was after hours. He is very friendly and helpful. He showed me different cars and set me up to meet at his other location in Reading where I met Edwin to look at a few different vehicles. The entire staff was very professional and nice. The friendliest people. They worked with me to get the car that best suited my needs and to get the best price possible. I am now the lucky and proud owner of a 2010 Acura MDX. I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great car to buy from here. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the process exceeded my expectations. Thank you everyone at Senda for everything!!!! :)

this was my first time buying a car off the lot like this so i was pretty disappointed that i ve been having this much trouble with my car when i haven t had it not even a year yet!! i love my car but i ve had so much trouble with it My turning signal light was out and my tire pressure light was on when i first got the car and i told them about it and they pretty much shrugged it off as if i didn t know what i was talking about i had to get them both fixed among other things that they should ve informed me about that cost me over $200 which is crazy since i m still paying on this car!! And now my check engine light is on! i wouldn t recommend this place to anyone looking for a car sadly. it s a J O K E .

Great people they went out of their way to get us in the right Jeep for a Reasonable price. We traveled 3 hrs to do business with them. And everything we were told over the phone was true. We will defiantly buy another vehicle from them

Every single car we have gotten from Senda has been in top shape! Omar and Edwin along with their staff are very courteous and professional. They listen to what our needs were for a vehicle and our budget and went above and beyond what we expected. They have a car for any type of budget and are very accommodating. I would hands down recommend Senda Auto Sales to everyone.

Talking is where you come to an understanding with anyone. I never stopped visiting Senda Autos Sales because the Manager, Edwin, is a really nice guy.... There was an issue with a car that my daughter purchased at Senda and they were present every minute....the problem came when Kia got involved and accomplished NOTHING!!!! Thank you Edwin for always giving your customers service with a smile and for having such a good heart.

DON'T BUY YOUR CAR THERE!!!!I bought my car and they said the car didn't have any problem. After 3 weeks my car died. They were mean to me on the phone when I was GENTLY trying to figure out what to do. DON'T BUY YOUR CAR THERE.Cars break and it's ok, but after 3 weeks??? And they said the car was in good conditions.

Car had major undisclosed issues from day one, including an oil leak. 2 catalytic converter replacements, one after less than a month and conveniently not under the useless "warranty". Car purchased this winter, supposedly with a warranty, will not pass inspection this fall due to numerous issues. Owner will not resolve issue. Awful.

We actually service both of car lots. We do a lot cleaning of all the vehicles and we do window service here at there sinking springs location. These guys know their vehicles. Love them

Bought a subaru sti from Omar and his brother. The service was top notch and i couldnt be more impressed by the service and overall experience that Omar provided. Bought the car took it home and the check engine light went off. Omar did everything in his power to resolve the situation and i will never buy a car from anyone else. If you are looking for a great honest car buying experience be sure to ask for Omar and you will not be disappointed. Thanks again to Omar for looking out for my best intrests and not fast talking or try pushing me to buy anything. I am greatfull that there are still honest people like Omar in this crazy world and i would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a new or used car!!
