I have been using Scott s for the past 4 years or so and have had good experiences until recently. The prices have increased since they try to get you to join their car wash program which I m not interested in, and now it costs just as much as going to the dealer. Also my car has been leaking oil out of the drain plug after my last oil change there. I will be taking my car elsewhere moving forward.

I have not had a problem with any services provided by the crew, cleanings were done efficiently and all oil changes were prompt. My only condition is they keep turning my AC on when it's not needed in the colder months. I understand doing a full check of systems but at least turn it off when you are done.

I ve been coming here for years. However every time I get an oil change my car leaks oil. The prices are very high also. Customer service is great.

Used Scott's about 2 years ago and it was great service. This year used it about 2 months ago because it's closer than others but it wasn't very good service. It's mostly a bunch of kids that don't want to do a good job. Gave it a chance today hoping things have been changed. Ha! It's gotten worse, kids spraying armor all everywhere and not wiping down correctly. There were streaks everywhere. The door jambs were not cleaned and the windows were streaky. A manager took it and tried to clean it up better, but there were still streaks. When I pay good money for a full exterior wash and interior detailing, I expect a clean car with no streaks and no dirt left behind. I will no longer use Scott's. I will go out of my way and go back to Sunny's Car Wash in the Shillington Area. It's worth the drive to get your money's worth.

Always used Scott's as it was affordable and we loved using the 5.00 off coupon in the Clipper magazine.Took my girlfriend for her first visit to Scott's.Was told the coupons are done as of this month and got a pushy sales pitch to join the wash club which will save money in the future.But....it wont.5.00 off or spending over 15.00 for the wash club doesn't save money....it adds up to more.Cost us over 80.00 for the oil change with the free wash yesterday.5.00 isn't much to save but its better than the pushy sales pitch we got.Customers like to feel they are saving money.My girl was not happy when we left....she stated it's cheaper to get the oil change done at the dealership and I sadly have to agree.She won't be back and unfortunately I probably won't either.I can say the service we received was prompt, the interior vacuum was meh but the wash (for an automated) was pretty good.

I ve been going to Scott s for years and have been pleased with Scott s until my last visit. Got my car washed. My car wasn t clean, seemed like the wash cycle was shorter than it was in the past. My windows were streaky after they were toweled dry. I was told that they don t take coupon s anymore. Very disappointed, this was my go to car wash. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

I have gone there several times before. It must be under new management. The price is a lot higher. I asked for my wheels to be cleaned and tire shine. I gave a tip when I paid. The car looks like I just got the regular wask. No tire shine, wheels not cleaned, and the guy that sprayed the car before I entered the wash should be fired!!!! I will not be back, ever

This is not the first time I have been here and been told they could not do an interior vacuuming/cleaning for a variety of reasons, this time short-staffed (when I saw staff sitting with nothing to do in the interior bays!?!). I drive a distance to have my car washed here because they used to do a really good job, but will be looking for a full-service car wash closer to home. Also used to have clear signage with various services offered and price, but now only small signs with pictures which makes it difficult to choose the appropriate option quickly while in line. Three stars is a generous rating.

Came here twice.First time was last month. I asked for everything. Inside and out. The woman asked if i would like to do the monthly plan. I told her if yall do a good job i will definitely get it next time. Well the knocked my microphone off and didn t reattach it, they also left goo from the state inspection stickers on my windshield. I returned it to the lady (who I believe was the manager) and she had them reattach my mic and cleaned the goo. No problem.Last experience wasnt so bad so I drove there today from leesport just to be greeted by a gentleman who was less than enthusiastic. I once again asked for everything . He said they wouldnt have time. There was no line as i pulled right up..? I asked if they could just vacuum the inside then and clean the outside. He said we close at 6 . It was 5:30pm i had enough time to drive back home to leesport and write this review before they close.I would ve gotten the monthly pass because i like to keep my car clean but its all good I ll go somewhere closer.

Listen ,the service is always good at Scott's until recently I went there like i do normally every change of the season and had his team change out my rims and put my factory wheels on. Normally they charge me a simple tire rotation price of $22 dollars, plus I do lend a hand and rolling the tires over myself and rolling them back. This last time I went they total charge was $63 dollars for basically a tire rotation i assisted with. SMH. I love this place but , I won't be back to switch out my wheels when another place will charge me $25 to $30. Thanks but no thanks.

Used to be great for many years but sadly in recent years quality has gone downhill. Carwash: bugs and even dirt often not completely cleaned. Often you have to dry the cars yourself after you pull out because they do a very poor job towel drying them. They also will do a bait and switch on their yearly car passes around the holidays. One person tells you on the phone you can buy them in store (even though local flavor sold out of them) and then when you get there they'll say something different, and offer them at a barely reduced price. Oil Change: several times I've had 3,000 mi stickers put on my windshield after a full synthetic oil change which gets at least 6,000 mile. I sure hope they were giving me full synthetic oil because they were certainly charging me for it. Bottom line is they have gotten too big for their own good and there is no left hand right hand communication taking place. Sloppy and chaotic.Services: Polishing, Oil change

I used to like coming here until they changed the prices. Used come her once a week during winter time especially after a snow with all the salt on the roads. I don t see the need on why they changed everything especially in this economy. $20 adds up every week. Will b looking for somewhere else to go. Maybe I ll go back once in a blue moon. I wish them the best and hopefully they don t lose to many people over this but I think they will.Service: Auto detailing

My wife and I moved to the Exeter area from the Sinking Spring area. While I cannot speak for the auto lube services, as I do our own changes; the car wash service is very good. Carwash coupon wasn't any good. (Expired) attitude was given to me by attendant taking money. I definitely do not need her attitude. Gonna rethink using this carwash again

I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. I'm in and out quickly and the car is always kept clean and tidy. Plenty of packages to choose from for oil changes to suit your budget and vehicle requirements. Best place in the area to get an oil changed and your car washed.

Holy heck! I was blown away by the service here. I got my car detailed and it was... extremely dirty. I thought okay they will clean it up, vacuum, and wipe it down but I wasn t expecting much. They blew me away when i saw it. It must have taken them hours. My old dirty car looks and smells brand new now!Great experience, will definitely recommend and come back!

I came in here Jan 23rd for an oil change. Yesterday I took my car in to be inspected and asked him if he can do another oil change because when he does it he lubes and greases everything that needs to be done. He new I just had a oil change he asked how long ago was it I told him. He said they allegedly only put a quart of oil in the car. He said it was setting off sensors. Once he did the oil change all was fine with the car. I will never go back there they screwed me over and almost messed my car up. Becareful

I can not recommend this place to anybody for one reason.I will start off with a positive note. The people running the car wash are always friendly and they do a thorough job getting my car clean and spotless on the outside. They towel dry it at the end, which is a nice addition, and I always enjoy tipping the people doing the towel drying. I had my car detailed here a few times as well, and same thing, my car leaves the parking lot spotless inside and out.Now for the bad news. The last time I was here, they neglected to place a new oil filter inside of the oil filter housing. So my car went 2,500 miles without a bloody oil filter. That bothers me. I will be changing my own oil from now on.I give the car wash 5 stars.I give the auto lube 0 stars (I should add that the attendant lady at the front was a wee bit rude and condescending, which doesn't help).

I live in Pottstown and will only go to Scott s to service my car. The staff is always friendly and fast. Even on a busy Saturday I am in and out in under an hour (more like 30 minutes). Oil changes last for months and you can t beat the free wash at the end! I also have them check my car prior to long drives. Scott s is the best!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I came in this morning for an oil change. I also asked for a tire rotation. The girl at the counter told me I had the tire rotation the last time I was in. I really appreciated her honesty! She could ve easily ignored that information and charged me. That s another reason I keep coming back here. It s great they keep good records to save their customers time and money! Scott is always on the move; he recognizes me from my frequent visits and calls me by my name. Scott s is the best place for a car wash too. The wash gets the salt and grime off every time and their employees in the car wash area are friendly and efficient! I am a customer of only a few years but I ll be coming here for many more! I take both of my vehicles here and I ve recommended their business to many people in our area.

I've gone here for many years with multiple vehicles. I have never once had a complaint until January 25th of 2022 at 2:40 PM. The short dark haired girl in the washbooth gave the absolute worst attitude about tire cleaner being sprayed in the parking lot and would not let it go. Needless to say now I need to find a new car wash and lube center.Services: Auto detailing, Oil change

They went above and beyond I came for an oil change and car was very nice and friendly. After I left my car was acting weird and I didn t think nothing of it. Went to run my errands so on my way home my car turned off and I called Scott s explain to them what happened and it was fine before the oil change. So they sent someone to my car we re I was stuck to fix it and help me out and the gentleman came and helped me with my car. They went above and beyond I am so thankful he was angel. I will be referring them to my friends. Thank you so much Scott s car wash they made me feel like I was family.

I have enjoyed every experience dealing with Scotts. Today I had my daughter take my vehicle in to get an oil change and wash. The oil change was done quickly and everything gets checked well. I have a black car and white dogs with very difficult hair. The team there really did a phenomenal job and my car was squeaky clean. Great team, great service and always a pleasure. Thanks Scott's!

I want to love this car wash but the back of my vehicle never gets clean. The front and sides look great and the back looks like it wasn't even touched.

Best place in Berks for a carwash and fast regular oil change, been going for over 10 years. Would not recommend taking your SUV, however, if you have any sort of skids/access they have to spend a minute to drop though..the tech bent my 1/4 steel oil change access door after running one of the four bolts straight through it and somehow bending/jamming it in despite claiming we don t use air tools lol..so there were 3 people on the breaker bar and you kept going?lol, and then tried to return it to me like nothing happened while he slipped out the door for lunch. The manager ordered me a replacement personally from the company and made me whole so I m happy, but won t be taking my 4Runner anywhere else other than my own garage from now on.

Had an oil change on a vw and shortly after leaving whoever checked my air filter failed to properly put casing on properly causing it to get jammed in the radiator fan then causing to overheat. This also caused the casing damage. Needless to say I won't return.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Unfortunately they over torqued the filter housing on my Toyota Sienna and could not get it off on subsequent visit which was confirmed by independent mechanic who was able to get it off with some effort. In terms of professionalism the owner blamed me for not having the vehicle back after 3000 miles which is way under the mileage recommended for full synthetic.If you drive Toyota stay away or you could be asking for expensive repair to correct damage caused by inexperienced kids working there!!
