Just picked up my new Kia soul from them today. A lot of people dread the stressful experience of buying a new car but let me tell you, my experience from savage Kia was as pleasant as could be. Rey my salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the Kia brand and took a lot of time explaining to me all the great features of the car. Never once did I feel rushed and he made it a point to make sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the entire experience. The finance manager Kevin made the paperwork a breeze and was very easy to talk with. Ive purchased many cars over the years, and buying from Savage Kia with Rey was one of, if not the best experience I ve had. I drove almost an hour to get to the dealership and I highly recommend purchasing your next Kia from Rey and savage Kia. Also, the detail department had the car looking amazing and Rey made sure it was ready upon my arrival.

If I could give a 0 star I would! My car has been in service since February 23 and today is March 6th and the vehicle has not been worked on. Service department is extremely difficult to deal with and have the worst customer service. I have to call and get updates and they get mad that I keep calling. I went ahead and had to walk them through the whole process on connecting with my warranty to get the work done since they couldn't do it themselves. I also sent an email to STEVE SAVAGE who is the owner on this complaint and heard crickets, this is ridiculous!!!

Stopped into Savage dealership ages days ago... My salesman was Eddie. I tried out a few cars but unfortunately going from Caravan to a small car isn't easy.... Eddie was awesome to work with .Not pushy at all and just had a pleasant experience..... I did not find a car that worked for me but highly recommend this dude....

Owned a Kia stinger for 900 miles and I Brought the car in to Savage Kia for an oil change, service department must of damaged the leather in the steering wheel. When reported they said they wouldn t have done that. The cut it right in the field of view and it s rough enough to feel when driving the car. I would know it was there when I dropped it off. Dealer takes no responsibility for what they have done . I wouldn t recommend anyone uses such a dishonest dealership.

Mike and Kevin's service was exceptional! I live in NYC and I still went all the way to them to purchase my 2023 KIA K5 because of how genuine Mike was on the phone compared to the other people I called. They didn't play any games with me, the whole process was seamless and they delivered everything they said they would from start to finish. Mike even followed up with me to make sure everything was alright after my purchase. This dealership is definitely what I would call high tech and high touch.

Was looking to see deals and prices for a new car, I wasn t expecting to buy that day, Rey Hernandez made the process so comfortable and easy that I was sold to just buy that day. Rey was informative and understood our concerns and worked with us. The process didn t take long and he knew about all car details and features - provided car options and didn t rush us. Rey was patient with my questions and in the end even took his time to show me details of app and features that came with the car all from tech to even the cup holder it s silly but I am a big believer that people will not always remember what you said but will always remember how you made them feel . And Rey made us feel like a valuable customer and not just a sale, so much my parents (old school Spanish) were talking such good things about him and my sister is planning her next car purchase with him.

The smoothest car purchase I've ever been part of. The staff was excellent. From Saul who greeted us when walked in and guided through the sales process to Kevin in finance and Tyler the sales manager. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new car.

I purchased a Kia Sorento 2015 at this specific dealership on September 2021, after a year and seven months the motor engine went down. Leaving me with no transportation and still a debt with the bank. I contacted dealership to find a solution and they said the long block of this engine is not longer available to buy, agent from dealership suggested to visit a junkyard. Visited three different junkyard in the state of Pennsylvania and I have not found an engine. Which means the Kia Sorento is parked in the garage with engine down and still paying the bank to prevent bad report on my credit. That is the reason of this bad review

Service department is grimy and untrustworthy. They were changing the oil in my 2018, which I bought there, every oil change. My car had a defective engine which was consuming oil at a very high rate. When I would go for an oil change hardly any oil would come out and they wouldn't mention anything. They knowingly sold me a car that could have a defective engine and it was defective and they failed to say a word! I discovered it myself around 50,000 miles. I will never go there again. I found another Kia dealership to take my business to.Should actually be zero Stars

Was told from the place where I changed the oil change that I had an issue that needed to be addressed with Kia since it fell under factory warranty, went with the paperwork, they scheduled me to "look it over," scheduled me to take care of a recalled part that had nothing to do with the original reason why I was there, and 5 weeks later had me still waiting. Took my business to a next Kia place and had my car looked at and taken care of within 2 weeks. Will be a long time before I schedule service here again.

I had a great experience at Savage Kia. It was my first time leasing so I had a lot of questions and Mike was great about answering all of them and walking me through the process. I never felt pressured into anything or pushed above my budget. The car I ended up leasing is everything I wanted and more. Mike was also very knowledgeable about all the features of the car and showed me how to use them. He even helped me move and install my daughter's car seat! Couldn't have imagine working with a better person and the great experience I had has definitely made me a long term costumer.

I am so happy with our recent purchase. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. They were not pushy. And were extremely patient. They got my husband into his dream car. And we are beyond excited and grateful for the ease of the buying experience. Heidi was wonderful and easy to work with. The whole staff was fantastic. Thank you Savage Kia!

This place is terrible. I have lease With them however in May my car had problems and I needed to have it towed to the dealership I have not heard a single word from anyone We have called multiple times No callbacks the manager won t even call us back bad business bad service Better Business Bureau needs to check them out

Awesome place! Service department is top notch! Bernie always goes above and beyond to take care of us. My car is six years old, and they still treat us like we just bought it yesterday. Outstanding! Would definitely buy another Kia, and always at Savage!

We were visiting from Florida and our trunk latch broke we could not close the trunk. We could not drive back to Florida with our car in this condition. I called the service department at Savage Kia and was told they would not even look at my car because they had to cancel appointments because they were working on engines. They expressed no sympathy for our dilemma. We called another Kia dealership in the area and they were able to fix it within a half hour! It was disappointing that Savage Kia would not go the extra mile for someone in this situation. How a dealership handles service is important.

If you go to my reviews you will see review for Savage 61, L&B and now KIA. My wife and I just put a deposit down for Telluride, working with Mike has been an honor. This organization does not miss, they truly roll out the red carpet for all their customers and will not let you sign paperwork until you are 100% committed and happy. This is a testament to fantastic leadership within their company, I can t recommend Savage dealerships any more higher and hope if you are deciding where to shop you land at Savage.

I absolutely LOVE my Sportage and all of the extras it had come with. This is my first SUV and I couldn t have asked for a better one along with the experience and professionalism of Mike who helped make the deal as smooth and as easy as possible. He seems to love what he does and knows the Kia name so well that I don t think I had one question to ask him once he told me all about the car. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone who would need a car with a pleasant experience to go along with it!!! Can t speak highly enough of my new car or my experience Mike!!

Shout out to Brian Palumbo. One of the greatest car salesman I have ever met. The atmosphere was friendly and there was no pressure at all. He made sure that I walked away with the car that I ABSOLUTELY WANTED at my budget price. He was very professional and polite; as well as, very attentive and went above & beyond to help me. Brian is very trustworthy, he listened to my needs, and the process was quick and easy. There was no games and the final price was exactly as negotiated (there was no last-minute surprises) or changes. After I bought my car, Brian called and checked up on me and made sure I knew how to operate my vehicle and all the features in my car. I definitely recommend Brian. I will definitely be visiting him in the future when my lease is up. 10 stars all the way.

My experience with Savage Kia was wonderful, they got the exact car I wanted, made the purchasing process very easy, and got my monthly payments in the price range i could afford. Also before I left it was detailed to perfection and the gentleman who sold me the car stayed a bit after hours to show me all the bells and whistles of the car. All in all my purchase at Savage Kia has certainly been a positive one, I will certainly be returning in the future.

They just blew our mind again. Went in for service, blown radiator, extended warranty not valid...no problem...these guys took care of us...they are the best in the business.We bought 2 cars!! Aimee Jones, Jason, Jeremy and Joey are awesome. It was the first time we have ever enjoyed buying a car, and Ive had 5 in 3 years. They really went above and beyond, catered to our needs and wants, and made the deals happen. We are Savage Kia for life!!

We called early on the day and made an appointment for 4pm. We went in not knowing what we could really get, not thinking we could leave with a brand new van. Anthony had everything prepared for what we were looking for when we got there. He had us approved in less then an hour. They cleaned up the 2018 Sedona and made it look amazing for us. We are beyond ecstatic about our new van and the deal they got us. They had us in our vehicle taking it home before 630pm. I would recommend anyone to go see Anthony. He's an amazing sales man and did everything he could for us. Made it the quickest and best experience we've had buying any car. Thank You, Ryan and Athena Tyrrell

They sold me a lemon, 6 month after purchasing 2012 Hyundai Accent, I had to get a new engine luckily insurance covered it. When I purchased the car the car lighter outlet, did not work, I was told to not worry about it. Now none of my charging outlets work and neither do my turning signals or hazards, over $1k to repair. Then they want to offer me only $500 if i trade it in. I don't think I will be purchasing my next vehicle here. Do not let me get started on the slow auto service.

I have been buying/leasing Kias for many years now with Savage Kia and I have never been disappointed in the service, attention to detail, or selection. Mike Kunder has always been our sales rep and he is phenomenal at his job. Not only does he explain all your available options, but he goes over every detail of your purchase from the vehicle itself to the financing fine print. I would highly recommend Savage Kia to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

I'm looking for a vehicle my wife and I have very specific and challenging limitations. My wife is 5 foot tall and I'm seven feet tall so trying to find a vehicle that we can both be comfortable in and operate is definitely a large challenge. Over our 100-plus years of Driving Experience we have limited our choices to one of the big three American manufacturers. I'm looking for a vehicle this time we had an excellent referral from a very good friend who suggested that we try Savage Kia and speak with salesman Mike Kunder.I reluctantly said okay I'll take a look. I had spoke with Mike before we arrived explaining our situation and he started working his inventory to come up some ideas for my wife and myself.Long story short he introduced us to some options and we settled on the Kia Soul. What a fantastic machine! It fits us both like a glove which has never happened. The one flaw was my wife is 5 foot tall and she could not reach the tailgate to close it. Mike went over and Beyond 2 address The Challenge and came up with a design of his own that allowed her to reach the gate and close it safely. In addition the gas pedal wow reachable was a challenge for my wife he went online and work with handicapped accessories to find a way that we could extend the pedal.He already had the sale without the hatch or the gas pedal example. However he went over and Beyond to satisfy our needs.What a refreshing experience. Yes they need to sell cars to stay in business. But should be treated by a staff that truly enjoys what they're doing and goes beyond the norm to understand the needs of their customers and do their best to meet them.I cannot say enough how pleased we are with our experience and I would highly recommend not only a Kia but more importantly The Savage Kia dealership and they're salesman Mike Kunder!

The best thing about my experience here was the waiting area. I waited 2 hours longer than they said and only needed to have stickers put on. That was after my vehicle being there for weeks. I have only ever had good experiences before with other Kia dealers. I am so disappointed. I have had my Sorento since 2005 and recommend Kia to EVERYONE. I will NEVER recommend Savage. Not to mention the attentiveness of the service counter attendants was subpar. I give this one star for the popcorn!

On October 24, 2018 my wife and I have purchased a new KIA SOUL.We were served by Mike Kunder. He was very professional and tactful.Mike was very approachable and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He gave us a detailed tour of all of the car's features. I had a wonderful experience at Savage Kia! Aimee Jones and Jason Vanatta were extremely helpful and bent over backwards to make sure I got the Kia Soul I was searching for. From sales to financing to service, this dealership will exceed your expectations. I would recommend this team to anyone in search of a new or used car. Keep up the excellent work!!!

Went in for an oil change. They changed the oil, so one star for that. The tech had a bad tone, but I ignored it. When the survey came out I filled it out. Ended up with the service manager sending me an email saying they did nothing wrong and everything was my fault. When I responded setting the record straight, there wasn t a response or anything. Also, pretty sure they broke my filter door and claimed it was broken
