Bill and Sharon were great! Very helpful and friendly. He traveled quite a distance to help us out and it was great. Hopefully we don t have any more repairs on our Travel Trailer, but if so I will be calling RV EMTs

If anyone gives this great business less than 5 stars I would immediately question their integrity. Bill and Sharon have something going that most company s lack. Customer Service! My campers AC broke. It s the middle of July. It s warm. Read some reviews and landed on RV EMT s. Glad I did. Bill showed up, just as he said he would the very next day. He tried to get it going but, there was no hope for it. I understand. Not everything can be fixed. Mine is old. Not lasting forever. He ordered a new unit for me on a Thursday. It is Tuesday of the following week. I get home from work. My windows are closed, and my cabin is a comfy 72. You would be hard pressed to know anyone was there besides a brand new ac unit. Bill and Sharon go above and beyond for customers. That s just the type of people they are. Kind. Courteous. Polite. No nonsense. I m sure my old AC would have worked if he could ve fixed it. Class Act! Thank you for operating such a great company and service.Service: Air conditioning

PHENOMENAL, AWESOME, KNOWLEDGEABLE are the adjectives that come to mind first. We had a gas leak problem with our Grand Design 5th wheel. We had the camper at Camping World for 8 hours and they didn t fix the problem. Bill came to our campsite and we could tell immediately he knew exactly what he was doing by the way he went about locating the leak. He fixed the leak quickly and accurately. We couldn t recommend RVemt any higher. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Call them with any issues and you will be happy you did.

Hands down the best RV Tech company out there. Service is amazing. This is Customer Service from a bygone era. Bill and his wife are both very kind and patient. You just don't see that anymore. I was in an emergency situation. Lost all power and it was the hottest so far this year. It quickly hit 85-90 degrees inside my motorhome...and humid. Bill cares about helping you. He tried walking me through over the phone, but nothing worked. He squeezed me in to his schedule the next day. Within minutes he had my AC back on. Very patient and answered my questions. Prayers were answered, a true Godsend. Forever my main resource when I am in this area. Thanks Bill!!Service: Electrical

Fantastic service! Left a message and call was returned promptly. Scheduled a visit for later the same day. Bill arrived as scheduled and fixed several issues I was having with my RV. Cost was very reasonable! If you are in need of mobile RV repair, I highly recommend RV EMT!

I had a stuck slide on my 2020 Fifth wheel and was in a bind.. Needed to get it fixed, and in a hurry as we were leaving on a 3 week trip.Called several places, including my selling dealer with no luck, found Bill and RV EMTS and realized he was the Bill of Family Camping in Stowe, PA several years ago...Made the call, was answered on the second ring and spoke to Bill's wife. Bill was still home so he and I spoke, he explained to me that his mobile truck broke down and is out 2 weeks but if I could get close to him he would help..We agreed on 10AM Tuesday, he was there at 9:55 and had me diagnosed within a few minutes... needed a cable slide motor and gearbox,,, He left and was back in 20 minutes with a brand new one from his office ! !My slide has NEVER worked so well....If ever in need of any type of RV repairs, DO NOT HESITATE to call Bill and his wife.... Second to NONE ! !

This is a great RV Repair business. They return calls, make appointments in a timely manner. Normally pretty busy, but will handle emergencies quickly. We had an unfortunate circumstance where we needed a complete awning replacement including the arms. Bill s technical expertise and experience were awesome. Very professional work, good job on clean up, and it was like my rig was as brand new. Highly recommended!!!

We had an incident where two leaf springs broke on our camper. We were lucky to get home but could not get the camper from our home to a dealer. We called RV EMTS since the repair needed to be done in our driveway. We were pleased from the very first interaction with the staff. They were very polite and calm. We were treated as if our problem mattered. Once at our home, Bill was extremely professional throughout the repair. He was very polite and thorough in his explanations of the work being completed to our camper. Bill was very detail oriented and took great care in his work. After completion, our property was left exactly as before he began. I would highly recommend RV EMTS to anyone and will use them again if we need more repairs.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We contacted them to repair/replace our propane lines on our 2020 travel trailer. There service is top notch. Not only did the fix the lines they left us us with even more knowledge of camping then we had before. They even fixed a problem with our a/c that we had twice returned to the dealership for issues. Service was top notch. They made us feel like family. I gave them 5 stars because that s the highest I can give. Thanks again for taking such good care of our travel trailer and making my family feel safe.Service: Air conditioning

I called RV EMTs for problems I had with my trailer on Friday while under warranty (I had to get ok from Forest River of course)and with in 2 hrs Bill was there to diagnose the problem and had to find parts and said he would be back Monday at 3:00 like he said and with in 1 hr everything was put back together . Thanks again Bill and your wife Sharon for prompt and courtious service .

We had 2 electric related recalls on our 2018 Grand Design Reflection. We are on a seasonal site and preferred not to pull the camper off site if at all possible. After contacting serval local service and repair facilities we were faced with either no response or they were unable to assist us due to staffing issues. After contacting Tom Schaeffer s Rv where we purchased our unit they recommended RV EMTs. Our call was answered on the first attempt on a Tuesday afternoon and Bill was on site the very next day by noon. Bill was not only pleasant to work with but he is also a decent honest and extremely knowledgeable individual. I have recommended him to our entire camp ground and know that at least 3 other people have contacted him and they too sing him a song of praise.Service: Electrical

Dark Nest Travels on YouTube, my channel, made a call to Bill of RV EMTs about our old, Dometic 9100 Weather Pro awning. It was stuck. Bill immediately came out, ordered a new motor with a contour fit. Still nothing. After researching part numbers for the control board and the wind sensor Bill and I ordered more parts. This awning equipment had seen better days. Bill's fast, efficient work, skills and knowledge prevailed over the entire project and guess what? We now have a brand new set up that retracts, extracts and is ready for us as we chase summer all year long. If you're searching for a thorough, hard working business that works on anything RV related, RV EMTs is the place to call, NOW. Search no further because you will be disappointed by the competition. We were in quite a bind with a broken shackle plate on our 5th wheel trailer on a Friday afternoon and needing to get back on the road the next day. Called a few different RV places but either didn t get an answer or was told they were booked weeks out. Found and called RV EMTs and not only got an answer, but Bill was on-site the next day and fixed the problem for us in no time! Was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and answered all my questions and even gave advice for trailer maintenance and other issues. He did good work and was very reasonable priced. If you are ever in need of help with your RV or trailer and are in the area, this is the only call you will need to make.Service: Steering & suspension repair
