Took about 9 business days to get my 16 Honda Civic fixed(July 12-July 22). I did not receive any updates, they only told me my car was ready for pick up. They worked with the other parties instance company, and did the quotes/estimate for me which was convenient. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. My car came vacuumed and wiped down on the inside. They gave me aftercare instructions, I did a walkthrough if the work and found that my trunk was not put back together properly (minor inconvenience). The repair guy quickly fixed the issue and I was sent on my way.So far no issues with my rear bumper. I believe they painted it as well. They guarantee their work and any issues I have I can come back. I would recommend this shop for rear bumper work, I ve had no issues. Honda certified shop as well.

This place is a JOKE!! Do not take your car here! I ve been waiting for a part for my nissan rouge 2021 for months now, all i have been to this place when I call is patient! They said they have been waiting for a part this has been going for months now! They said its back ordered from the manufacturer. I called Nissan itself and they were able to find me the part and it will be available in 3 days! Yes 3 days and I already have it scheduled for install!! Reading Collision do better pls! You will continue to loss customers if you keep your business this way!

I've reviewed this company on a few different sites that have asked me to. I just want to come in this staff on their professionalism and friendliness. Two things severely lacking nowadays in a lot of businesses. I got in a small fender-bender at a red light a few weeks back and had to bring my Hyundai Elantra and to have some light body work done. I actually went through my insurance company first to book the appointments and found out a lot of locations in the general area was so severely hit by the staffing issues across the country, most other places it would take me weeks to get my car in there. This place got it in almost the day after. There is a rental car service on site as well covered by my insurance. But everybody here was so polite and informative no. I want to emphasize how much they kept me in the loop through phone calls and text messages from when the car began repairs to when it finish. And I have to stress they were amazingly polite they took the time to kind of walk me through everything even though unfortunately I've had some bad luck and fender benders the last two years so this wasn't my first time using my insurance plan and knowing what all it covered and what I was obligated to pay. Just had to say though I was really impressed though how well they explained he presented everything compared to some other places I've dealt with even before the pandemic. Hopefully I don't have to have any car work done anytime soon but if I ever do, I will use this place. And I highly recommend others do as well. Your professionalism in every aspect even from the rental agency that's housed in the same location

So I wanted to wait a while before making a review because I wanted to make sure everything with my car worked out just fine. So I waited a month and here's what I have to say: When you have your car worked on here you don't have one or two people You have a team standing behind you. this company is not only reliable but exceptionally good at what they do. They were texting me with updates to let me know how my car was doing and how far along they were. Whenever I called because I was going through insurance things for a collision they always answered happy, ready and willing to help. I have never come across such a more dedicated team of individuals who cared so much about our interactions as well as the end result. They were there for me throughout the entire thing. They dealt with my insurance company for me. My car looks amazing my car is running well. She looks brand new! I cried because this is the first nice thing I bought myself. I couldn't be more happier with how my car was handled. They really took the stress out of everything that happened. Thank you to this extremely dedicated team you are wonderful, you are appreciated, and I will never go anywhere else again. You have me for a life.Service: Body & Trim

Don't bother taking your car there. They'll throw away your parts before you approve anything. They threw away my rear door and bumper cause they thought it was trash. The bumper understandable, cause i was in a rear crash. Though nothing wrong with the door they threw it away anyway. They will also withold information when dealing with insurance. They dont have cameras so make sure you record. Cause the body shop manager will lie. And once you tell them you would like to record they accuse you of threatening their safety. Which would be solved with cameras. Piazza Honda own them and if you notice there's no cameras in piazza either. It would be there word over yours. Straight up scummy.

Wow! They did a FANTASTIC job on my 2016 bmw z4 after it was smacked in the butt in a minor accident. I am from Lancaster and chose to take it the whole way to Reading collision because the Faulkner body shop in lancaster was a clown show and I was NOT trusting my beautiful car to a bunch of clueless idiots that cant even set a proper appointment let alone be trusted to do the work on any car.Reading collision is VERY trustworthy, professional and very capable of returning your car with a job above expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. No problems with Reading collision and I am so glad I brought my lovely lady to them. As long as I am here in Lancaster, I will bring any vehicle that needs body work and paint right up to Reading where I KNOW it will be done properly by competent people. Thank you Reading collision!

I was very impressed with efficiency and quality of the work performed by Reading Collision Center. I had an adjuster come out to assess the hail damage on my SUV a few weeks ago before deciding to take my car here since they are associated with the Honda dealer. At the time, the insurance adjuster told me that hail damage is difficult to accurately quote repairs, but he would approve any increased estimate the collision center had. When I dropped my car off on Tuesday, I asked if it would be done by Monday as I was going out of town. The gentleman in the body shop told me that he would work as quickly as possible, but typically getting approval from the insurance company for an increased quote was the limiting factor. He promised to look at my car that day and send an updated quote to my insurance adjuster that day. I reached out to my adjuster to request that he approve the claim quickly so that I could get my car back ASAP, and he promised me that he would call them with approval Wednesday. My car was finished and ready for pick up on Friday afternoon. Everyone at Reading Collision and my insurance were very nice and worked their hardest to get my car back to me in a very timely fashion. Thank you so much!

Outstanding service! The manager spoke to me in person and talked me through the damaged and what would be needed to fix my car after a minor accident. He even made me aware of a recall that needed done on my Honda civic and offered to do it for free while I was there. They also had great communication during the entire process. I am a mechanic my trade and have also done auto body on the side and I can tell you that their repair work is top notch. The paint finish is perfect, color match A+, no sanding scratches in the paint, and everything was reassembled properly with the correct hardware. I highly recommend this body shop. Its one of the few left that actually does quality work.

I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with the work! My car looks like nothing ever happened to it! I was surprised at how they matched the color perfectly, as my vehicle has quite a unique shade. It was as if I got it off the lot again because of how shiny and clean it was inside and out. It was a little expensive since I was paying out of pocket but now I see it was worth it. I highly recommend this place and would come here again should I ever need to. The maintenance staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, and passionate about their occupations. Front desk needs a little work however.

Took my car to the Reading Collision Center because that s where the insurance company set up for repairs to be done. After nearly two weeks I called on Monday to get an update on the car as well as to update my contact info as my number had changed Sunday. The rep that answered said it was updated and my car was set to be done Friday. Called again Wednesday to confirm my car would be done Friday and make sure they had my updated contact info, and was told Friday again. Great!!! Call Friday to see what time I can pick up and get told my car is not done, still hasn t been worked on and I would have to wait until the following week..... Not Great!!! It would have been nice to be told this ahead of time.

The body shop manager named Kieth gave us an incredibly difficult time about fixing our car door. Took out pieces that we did not authorize and was very rude. He would hang up the phone on us, ignored phone calls from our insurance company, and raised his voice at us in many instances. I would never recommend to anyone and would actually give this place 0 stars if I could. It wad a horrible experience and I m extremely disappointed.

In the middle of the Covid pandemic, my car was badly damaged in a snow storm. Despite being short staffed and dealing with the state and federal conditions to operate during the crisis, they fit me in and did fantastic work. The car looks great! I even had a minor issue resetting some of the electronic functions that they got me in right away and took care of n/c. I am super pleased with the staff there and highly recommend using Reading Collision to anyone who has a need

Took my SUV there couldn't be happier with the finished product. Paul was very helpful in keeping me updated about the repair status. Picked my car up as scheduled and it looked like a brand new car again. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at Reading Collision.

Had my Ford Edge repaired twice at Reading collision center. Quality of work was great. John was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the repair. Would and have recommended Reading Collision to anyone for repairs.

My vehicle had been damaged in the side(bottom of door, back quarter pannel, and front rim was scratched) during winter. They said it would take a week and half to repair. When the date came to pick it up, there was no call to say it was done. So I called and they said the painters were sick and they were behind painting and would done by end of week. End of week I called again and asked where the car was, I was told the car wasn't even close to being done and that they had given me the status of another car. They said they would call and update me on the progress in a few days. So they called in the following days and said they ordered wrong parts for the car and to repair the car correctly they were going to have to cut the roof off the car to repair it but they had fixed the back quarter pannel. This was after one month of having the car so I drove up and damanded to see my car and see what they had done. Saw the car and they had only taken off the damaged door, nothing was fixed at all. I was completely lied too. Had the manager call me the next day since he wasnt in. He called and said it was mistake I was told the roof had to be cut off. He then said it would done in week and half again. Again that time passed and no call again to say its finished. Once again called and asked where is my car. Was told it had to still be quality checked and detailed. I said just quiltity check it and forget detailing it since it was Friday and then I would have to wait till Monday just so they could detail it . Got a no on that and they would not release it till completely done.Come Monday finally go to pick it up. Some quailty check they did, walk out see damaged rim still on the car! Had to go back inside and say they left damage rim on. The guy said they changed the rim and he'll go get the tire. He comes out and said oh it seems we changed the wrong rim. They had taken off my good back rim instead of the damged front rim. So had to sit and wait while that was fixed. When I got home noticed a nice new scratch below the head light from them. This whole thing took from an orginal car repair time estimate of a week and half to two months with nothing but mistakes and lies about what was being done.Now I just had the car inspected. Mechanic asked if I knew doors were different. Found out that the inside of the new door was painted gloss blue when orginal was a flat blue. Another problem he pointed out was the kick panel from the repair was painted on the outside but not the inside. So it is just bare metal and is already rusting. Car wont even make 5 years with this kind of repair before side is rusted out from their repair.Whatever you do, do not go to place. Its poor quality workmanship with poor customer sevice to match!

Everyone at Reading Collision Center was very pleasant to deal with. John made sure to contact me during every step of the repair process. My car looks wonderful and while I hope I don't need repairs like this again I would certainly not go anywhere else!

I had take my car there 3 weeks ago and got it back a few days ago, they did a good job but they are parts that could be fix and they rather not and get new parts to get more from insurance besides that they will stay with your auto oem parts which it shouldn t be like that if i take my car all the parts belong to me oem not to you that s stealing

My bumper was damaged from someone backing into my parked car. The work was done beautifully! They did a full detail on my car and it came back looking the way it did when I first drove it off the lot, even the inside was cleaned and smelled like cherry! Superb!

So awesome and was surprised to find that they also cleaned out my interior and steam cleaned my rubber floor mats!!! I only had some exterior damage and they went the extra mile. I can't find a car wash that has their vacuums in service because of the virus.

My daughter picked up her car after a fair turn around time. However they DID NOT CHECK to make sure job was completed properly. Her headlights are wired incorrectly and they would not work on it ASAP. Making her wait is not acceptable since this is a safety issue. I will update upon job completion.Update:Recieved a call from the shop first thing on Monday morning asking if we could bring the car back in earlier than scheduled. Work was performed quickly.It's Tuesday and my daughter called last night to let know her coolant light came on and that she needed to add coolant. Very unsettling as the radiator was part of the repairs. She said will call them today.

Took my car in to work on the doors and they took out my bumper without authorization. They are over priced and tried charging for work they didn t do. The manager Keith would hang up on me or not answer calls and the front receptionist was very rude. Poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had a minor accident located in the front of my Acura 2006 RSX. They told me they could fix it. Then I got a call saying it was a lose cause. This place has to really over price because when I showed the pictures to people they told me there was no way it was a lose cause.

Not very helpful. Wouldn't even look at pictures nor send someone to look at the vehicle to give estimate. Only alternative is to tow vehicle in. Them they quote a high price and tow it to the next place..
