Prime Auto is the type of mechanic shop that is hard to find these days. They're honest, hard working and a reliable business. I'm treated with kindness and respect. I know that they're upfront and honest about any cost, labor and parts prices. They work hard to provide their customers quality work, for a fair price. A small, family business who love what they do. They deserve 10 stars!

I ve been going for 2 years or so and everyone who works there are polite and efficient and they really know what they are doing. I highly recommend this place and their services to everyone. Wonderful place to take your car to get repaired. They really care for their customers.

I never expected this shop to treat there customers they way my Mechanic did.Tried to explain to him the job they did on my truck that something was sounding off and I just wanted to see if they could look over my truck and take a look underneath.He tried to explain to my husband That I needed a wheel alignment which they don't do at that shop which we notified him it got done the week after they was done with my vehicle we tried to explain to him the control ombar on my right passenger side front end the screws was loose.He tried to tell my husband that when I get a little alignment that they have to loosen the screws to my control arm barin thr front.As any mechanic knows they know that there 2 separate parts and it has nothing to do with the Wheelalignment and control armbar but He caught an attitude and tried to say to my husband that it was and in a rude tone way as he was speaking in Spanish to someone in the background while he was speaking to my husband just to bring my car in and he would take a look at I'm pretty sure there ripping other customers off if I had a couple of bulbs to my control on bar screws loose and he didnt care much about it.To anyone taking their car here please be aware and make sure all your screws and bolts are screwed in Nice and tightly. It's really sad as a paying customer they would speak in a way that he did to my husband cause I'm pretty sure he didnt expect to speak to my husband knowing what my husband knows cause he was a Mechanic before to.

We have been going here for a few years now, and I couldn t be happier with their services. They always take the time to show you what is wrong. They are all super friendly, and Frank and his guys are very helpful. We ve had inspections, brakes, and a/c work done. We won t go anywhere else. We wish we would have found them sooner. I dropped my car off for an oil change in the morning and then went to pick it up at 4pm and they are closed. They closed early without telling me. Now I m required to walk over 2 miles home, and I have no car for the night - and it s my son s 10th birthday today and I was supposed to take him out to Shady Maple tonight.

These guys are super nice, and do great work! Very fair pricing too ~We broke down locally, called these guys up and they helped us get back on the road for our cross country trip same day, just a few hours and greasy hands later! 10/10 you won't go wrong coming here for maintance or repairs.

I've always been skeptical of non dealership mechanics ( being hustled ) but I took a chance and took my explorer in for inspection. It needed a couple things and the guys there are down to earth and very customer oriented. The price I got for the parts and labor were incredibly fair. So i took my other vehicle for cv joints and axle repairs. I had the same work done at reading honda and the dealers shoddy and expensive repairs didn't last. The pricing I got for the repairs were half of the dealership. So if your like me and are skeptical of non dealership mechanics give these guys a shot.. sorry for the long review

So I want to preface this by saying this was the fastest work that I have ever seen done by a mechanic. I came in about 3-4 months ago with an issue with my muffler and needed my brakes changed. Little did I know that the muffler was bent!! Let the guys do their job and went next door to eat and pass some time. Just as I got my food, I received a call saying everything was fixed: my muffler was sawed and re-welded and brakes were put back on in less than 45 minutes. The prices here cannot be beat. Everyone here is helpful, understanding and above all efficient.

Used Prime Auto for my personal cars and was so satisfied that we began using them for our work trucks. They have been great mechanics, never having an issue with any of the repairs, they are honest and courteous. Charged over $300 for labor for a fuel pump replaced. and still the check engine light was on. They even took off the battery terminal to get the check engine light off. Suspect, Why? To make it seem like it was all good and as soon as we got home the engine light came right back on. Air hoses was loose. No attention to detail. Lug is missing on front tire after changing break rotor and pads. Even extra amount for tire rotation taken. Usually it's included if we took other major service (like firestone etc..)No quality time given to discuss. not happy with overall experience this time.Update: You never informed that lug net is missing. (Only missing one lug net) It was there before our service. Firestone inspection informed us after your service.We paid entire asked amount, we asked to reduce as second time customer but not reduced anything. Also charged little extra on parts then original price (Yes, we did check with autozone). Please understand we gave less rating because no time given for discussion, no quality service, everything done speed and lost the original lug net. We came from far away and we needed to go again to fix lug net issue now.

Frank and his brother-in-law did an amazing job fixing my engine on a 2013 gmc terrain. Breaking down after visiting my mom i was towed to a dealership and got a very high quote. My mom recommended Frank to me and I gave it a shot since I'm not from reading I'm from new jersey. It was the best thing I have ever done. He gave me an extremely fair price and had my car done quickly. Everyone is very polite and Frank will explain everything in detail and not rush you put of his shop. I'm from jersey and I'm willing to go back to him. Thanks again Frank and your brother-in-law

This shop is amazing! They never once tried to upsale me. Super friendly and super fast. So far we have had the pleasure of taking 2 of our vehicles there. Yes pleasure they made sure it wasn't stressful like when you go to the dealership!!!

My car Lug was missing after changing the rotors and pads of front breaks. We traveled from long way to get a service. Overall Really disappointed!Update: Prime auto never informed us that lug net was missing. We checked full service in Firestone and lug net was not missing before service. Firestone informed us after your service. Only one lug net missing that also not true what you said here.We asked to lower the amount but we paid full amount also for rotation. We are not happy because we are not able to talk or check minimum things during service. Also you missed lug netHence giving one rating. Also the parts used in car charged more but again paid full amount. We paid cash as requested which is usually not the way.

I've taken my cars to Prime for about three years now. They're always fixed promptly, courteously, and for a fair price. A mechanic you can trust is priceless. This is a mechanic you can trust.

Stopped in from my sons recommendation, because my headlight was out and had them check engine light.. less then an hour later, was back on the road with headlights and no check engine light on... Very friendly and reasonable!

The perfect place to go to have your car worked on courteous very courteous people there working on a car they do the job right and I've been there now for over a year and I've never felt that I was taken by price gouging or anything like that and like I said all the people there are very courteous and the work is very very good
