Piazza Mazda of Reading was by far the BEST experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! Kalysta B. impressed me with her knowledge and experience with Mazda s and she went above and beyond any sales representative that I have ever worked with when purchasing a car! She quickly answered my questions and helped me decide which way I wanted to go with either buying new or certified .I am very happy I chose the certified! She was so accommodating to make the process very smooth and quick! Everyone at the dealership was so kind to me the day I picked up my Mazda CX-30 and I really appreciated it! I loved the perks from the dealership and I know I will be a repeat customer! I can t say enough about Kalysta and the team at Piazza Mazda!

Bought a certified pre-owned Mazda here and love it! Everyone we worked with was genuine and friendly. They were willing to work with me on price and payments. I did not feel pressured or deceived. Our sales woman Kalysta was patient and knowledgeable. She was happy to help us find the right car for me. It was a positive car buying experience all around.

One of my favorite things that Piazza reading offers over other dealerships is a complimentary service where they will come and pick up my car for service and leave a loaner vehicle. The nicest gentleman comes and picks up my car and returns it later that day. He is the best ! They send a video of my service and explains what is needed. I highly recommend buying/leasing from piazza in reading as they really do care about the customer and makes servicing my vehicle so simple. My sister has a Honda and they do not offer this complimentary service I laughed at her as she will have to schedule an appointment drop off her vehicle and or wait for it and having to find a ride to and from. I have better things to do with my time and that s why piazza in reading cares about their customer.

Mike is one of the best techs I have ever dealt with. The whole process from calling in and setting up the appointment, to the free loaner I was given, to the open and honest communication. I will continue to bring my car here and if I need a new one, I'm definitely going here first.

I will always take my vehicle to Mazda for my service needs. They are extremely welcoming, friendly, and helping. I had to get an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection done. They completed it in a timely manner and always communicated with me during the process. I highly recommend Mazda for your service needs!

I never leave reviews, but I was overly impressed by the team at Piazza Mazda! They took such great care of me and made sure that I was satisfied in every step of my experience in buying my 2024 CX-50! Kylie was super helpful and kind! This dealership is awesome and I would recommend looking at them for any of your car needs!

I noticed a some oil dripping under my wife's CX-5 rear differential, so I called Piazza Mazda of Reading service department. I spoke with Shawna who was able to schedule service and arrange a loaner. We dropped our car off and the loaner (2024 CX-30) was waiting for us right out the door. Less than 3 hours later our car was fixed for no-charge. The Mazda Powertrain warranty is great! Thank you Shawna for being so pleasant, and the technician who expertly fixed our car.Highly recommend Piazza Mazda of Reading.

I just bought a Mazda from here and had a good experience. Andres Castro was who I worked with and he provided me with great customer service! He was very personable, kind and really willing to work with me and get me in the price range I was shooting for. Andres help me hide the car as agifr for my wife. As I took a walk thru the block, Andres came in the morning and drop the car infront of my house. Great sales team and the service department is outstanding! They do a great job of helping, trying to awnser questions and chase gremlins. Shawna was amazing, she was friendly helpful and even awnsered questions thru text after hours to help me with an issue I was having with the front end camera. I highly recommend them if you need service on your mazda or want to buy a new one.

Service department is awful. They told me that my car was related to damage that happened almost 8 months ago when in fact it wasn't. I had a terrible experience with the finance manager when I was looking at buying a car here which resulted in loss of sale.

NOTE: This is a long-form review. If you don't want to take the time to read it all, my conclusion is that I'd absolutely recommend Piazza Mazda of Reading to anyone interested in purchasing a Mazda, even if you're not from the area. I enjoyed doing business with them so much, I'd make another out-of-state, 2 1/2 hour drive to them for my next car purchase.***FULL REVIEW***Being a New Jersey resident, I initially began the process of purchasing my 2017 Mazda 3 GT Hatchback at a local New Jersey-based Mazda dealership. After receiving extremely poor service from them over the course of a week while they tried to locate the car I wanted, which they ultimately failed to do so and then lied to me about the reasons why, I decided to pull my $500 deposit and look elsewhere.I searched on Mazda's official website for the exact car, color, and trim level I wanted, and the closest dealership with an exact match was Piazza Mazda of Reading. I called them immediately, and spoke with Kristen Fink. I explained my situation to Kristen and told her that if they had the car on the lot and we could agree on a fair price, I would make the 2 1/2 hour drive out to Pennsylvania to buy it the following day. Kristen understood and got straight to the point with me.To give perspective on how efficiently Kristen worked, let me just say that my outgoing phone call was at 1:44 PM. By 2:58 PM, Kristen had: 1) confirmed the car was on the lot, 2) negotiated a reasonable price with me, 3) obtained my trade-in info and gave me a ballpark value, 4) obtained my personal info, 5) ran my credit request, 6) confirmed my interest rate and payment amount with me, and 7) made an appointment with me for 10:00 AM the next day. Kristen did more in that hour or so than my local NJ dealership did in a week.The following day, my girlfriend and I arrived at the dealership around 10:00 AM to see the Mazda 3 I intended to purchase was freshly detailed and waiting for me in front of the dealership building, just as Kristen had promised. Kristen promptly greeted us upon entering the building, and we got right down to business. There were no tricks or reneging on anything we discussed over the phone. The sales price was as agreed. The zero percent interest rate was as agreed. I got the exact amount I wanted for my trade-in on my first request; there was no annoying back-and-forth haggling. We were in and out as quickly as possible with no wasted time.Overall, I am extremely impressed and pleased with Piazza Mazda of Reading. Every person I dealt with that day --- the trade-in manager, the finance manager, Kristen --- was honest, straightforward, and professional. It's how car-buying should be everywhere, but sadly isn't. That makes Piazza Mazda of Reading very special, in my opinion.PS - This dealership apparently changed ownership back around August 2016, so if you see negative reviews, check the date of the review. It most likely is discussing the dealership under the previous owners, NOT the current owners.

I was visiting family and knew prior to my visit that my Mazda CX-5 would need its first maintenance. Everyone at this place was very friendly and accommodating. I waited for my car and was told it would be ready in an hour. It was done in 40 minutes. If I am visiting PA from Florida again when a maintenance is due; I will take it back to Piazza Mazda. Thank you again for top notch service.

The entire staff at Piazza Mazda were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Even though I called from 500 miles away to ask about a car they had it stock, Bob took me as seriously as if I were standing on the lot with cash in hand. He answered all my questions and described the condition of the vehicle in great detail. Faith worked very hard getting the out-of-state paperwork sorted out over the phone, and did a great job dealing with my local credit union. While at the dealership I spoke with the general manager and various other employees, all of whom were very friendly. The vehicle was as described and well worth the 1000 mile drive. I highly recommend this dealership.

See edit: Had a vehicle towed there for one of my customers. They sent me a text message with a video on explaining what was wrong. They did note that the battery was weak, which was caused by a bad part. Changed out part, but did not charge the battery. Came to pick it up and it was completely dead. Had to get a jump pack from my shop 20 minutes away because theirs was dead... No offering of jumper cables or anything else. I would have rated them higher except for the poor customer service at pick up. Edit: the service manager did call me back and apologized for what happened. We had a very good conversation, and I adjusted my 2 star to a 4 star based on the return phone call. I wish them the best as they enhance their customer service policy.

Updated: I got my first servicing here (since it included a free oil change), and while they inspected my car and got the registration, etc. they even washed my car. Great service; super happy with having gone thereOriginal post: This is a great dealer, amongst Mazdas and others. They have a lot of different cars, multiple models and levels of each (as opposed to others who only have 1 of each trim). They also aren't pushy. Seemed down-to-earth, and helpful. I've been going all over to different dealers (D'Ambrosio Dodge, Reading Mercedes, West Chester Infiniti, a couple Ford dealers, Exton Nissan, you name it, I've probably been there), and the service elsewhere was sleezier. It didn't influence my decision to buy, but Piazza Mazda seemed like regular folks, which made the whole transaction a lot more enjoyable.They also had, hands-down, the best price for value, but that's a bit more subjective person-to-person.

Andres sold me my awesome CX50. We had a such a great experience with him, and loved the car so much, my husband got his own CX 50 4 days later! Great place, great people, and the cars are gorgeous for the price point. We are now a Mazda family. Couldn t be happier.

They damaged my car. I sent it to repair rear refractory light and was told that the work includes removing bumper. When I picked up my car, I noticed a big dent on my bumper. Manager tried to convince me that my car had the dent before the repair. Also mentioned they did not need to remove the bumper. He ended up fixing it but this time ruined the paint of the bumper. Very strange experience. I did not know this kind of service existed at Mazda.

Got my CX-9 repaired here and it did take a couple of visits but happy to report that car is working great now. Would gladly continue to service my car here! Thanks to Steve for solving the warranty issues and fixing the after-repair issues.

So 1. Don't fall for the extended warranty when dealing with MAZDA ( if you have other ways like with insurance they will tell you to utilize them Geico, USAA ECT) 2. Don't bring your car here they make up things wrong with the vehicle 3. AAA said my battery was fine 4. They insist that is was dead. 5. for a 2020 thought battery lasted for more then 5 yrs.. the belt went ... The list goes on . 6. The next day the receptionist calls and I tell her what the dashboard was saying when the car would not turn on and what AAA had to say and she said the manager will call me back in 10 minutes.... Let's just say this is 10 minutes is now 4 days ago! This Mazda dealership IS THE WORST!!!! I WOULD GIVE NO STARS BUT THEN YOU CAN'T LEAVE A REVIEW NEVER BUY ANOTHER MAZDA EVER
