Our service advisor Alex was wonderful from the minute we walked in the door , had a smile on his face and listened to our concerns. The next day called with recommend services and told us he would call when done . Went to pick up later that day and even though he was swamped with work waited on us again with a smile and when we were all done he shook my hand and thanks us . Most people are not that personable now and you are lucky to have him , a hand shake goes a long way with people my age .

I always take my car for routine service at Piazza Honda of Reading. Their customer service has always been top notch. They are prompt and always friendly. My only complaint is I wish they would ask you if you want the free car wash after a service, instead of me having to ask because most times I forget and remember once I have already left. I love that they text and call with frequent status updates while your car is being serviced and how transport they are.

I had a flat tire over the weekend and called but because I was at work until they closed Saturday, they said to just come in Monday when they opened, which I did. I onlyMissed one hour of work and they exceeded my expectations! I appreciate them very much

We typically have a good experience at Piazza. This time was different. My wife's CRV went in for oil change and 80000 mile service. One of the things that was done was the cabin air filter was replaced. When she got it back the was a noise when the fan was turned on. So she took it back, they said the filter was not in properly and they fixed it. That night, she said it was still making noise and she thought it was worse. She did not want to take it back to Piazza. So I went to listen, and this was not a suddle noise. So with help of google I was able to get to the filter. I happen to find that there were acorns in the cabin fan. So these must have been on top of the old filte and fell into the fan when the filter was removed. So maybe the tech did not see or hear the nuts fall. But I bet there was a lot of other debris and/or nut pieces on the old filter. I am not surprised since we live in the woods. It would have been nice to be told about this though so maybe I can do something to keep it from happening again. Other than this, everything with the service experience was fine. Unfortunately, I had to talk her into going to the dealership for service because it was easier for our scheduling. I don't think I will be talking her into that again.

I highly recommend this dealership. They do excellent work at fair prices and don t try to upsell services that aren t needed . I made a mistake and took my car to a West Reading shop when I needed a new battery and was quoted $325 and then advised that I needed an additional brake fluid service. I picked up my car and brought it to Piazza where I got a new battery installed for less than $200 and they confirmed my brake fluid was just fine. Won t make the mistake of taking my car anywhere else again!

I can honestly say that every time I service my car at PSA Honda of reading I have no problem they do a great job and I give my car to no one else but he has a Honda of reading I'm very happy and content

Piazza Honda was very accomodating when I brought my Pilot in for service.I didn't have anyone who could pick me up while my vehicle was being serviced but Piazza Honda provided a ride home and then sent Uber to bring me back when my car was ready. That's what I call GREAT customer service!!

Joe was very thorough and didn t charge me for the diagnostic. Still have to pay a lot to replace the infotainment unit but that s not Joe s fault.

My recent encounter with a dealership service was an absolute nightmare. The disorganization, broken promises, and lack of transparency left me frustrated and questioning their professionalism. The dismissive attitude towards customer concerns further added to my disappointment. I cannot recommend this dealership service to anyone seeking quality and care.
