Carlos was so helpful and kind. They are a true local neighborhood company that does their best to help. I waited days for my roadside to assist me, but Nene Towing took care of it, quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. Thank you Carlos and your team for everything!

My cat was stuck under my passenger seat for 5 hours after getting scared. I don t have the tools to take a car seat out. I called a police station and 2 fire departments. 2 calls were never picked up and the other told me to wait it out. i called a towing company as a last resort and they were here within 20 minutes. They did everything that no one else would do for me and saved my cats life. a cord was wrapped around his neck connected underneath the chair and waiting it out probably would ve killed him. i am forever grateful for their kindness and help to save him.

The worse of them all.Do NOT use the these characters.I just needed to be pulled from my parking space, since I could drive but could no reverse.The guy could not get to my parking space because the truck was too wide The guy did NOT use the truck , but helped my neighbor and I put it on neutral and off it went.He helped for about 5-7 minutes.He called his boss and told me it was going to be $95.00.$ 95, for not using the tow truck at all and helping for 5 minutes?.They should be embarrassed of themselves.Btw, he didn t take me to my mechanic, all he did was getting me out of my parking space, for about 5- 7 minutes..

I ll be using them whenever I need a towing service. They were amazing! Answered the phone right away, gave me a more than fair price and assured me they would help even though my car was completely dead. Then Maria wasn t just on time, she was 30 minutes early! I felt valued as a customer and that matters to me after being in customer service for 5+ years. I ll recommend them to anyone!Service: Car towing

I waited for 4 + hours just to get a towed. The person who first answer the phone was quick to say that we will be there and won t keep you waiting. That s all I did. Then the charge for the tow was high because it s sunday . The person who called and asked for my address said I will be there in 25-30 mins. I waited an additional 2+ hours.Service: Car towing

A car was towed from a parking lot we pay for when we called them they were really unpleasant very rude an loud on the phone when I asked who was talking they didn't want to say their name come to find out it was the owner nene or nenes what ever you wanna call it. For being a owner he has no ethics on how to talk to customers. Do not do any business with this horrible crooked towing company!

These guys are really good! Having a car break down is a tough time but I felt a lot better about the situation after getting help from Nene Towing. I had them tow my car from Lancaster Ave in Reading and they were quick to help. They were really professional and went above and beyond to make the situation more convenient. My car broke down with my young son and I. I called and they were so polite, professional and prompt.. as I was having a panic attack (of course my AAA had expired). These guys are incredible. I don't normally leave reviews but this guy earned it. Super nice guy very personable and professional! He had to deal with so much nonsense and still gave me a good price.He got hassled by security at my job when he came to pick up my car, we went through heavy traffic and an accident, and to top it all off pulled a slick maneuver backing my car and the tow truck into my driveway that's a pretty sharp turn. I called several different towing companies to compare prices. They were by far had the best price. Not only did they have beatable prices, they were friendly and educated me on which was the best way to toll my vehicle. I felt that they cared about my need and I wasn't taken advantage. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job and very professional. Carlos and his team will work as hard as they can to get you into a better place. Very low prices and very good worker. They got to me in a timely manner and worked tirelessly to get my truck out of the ditch. They are definitely the people I m calling if I need to recommend someone. If you need someone who s going to give you a good price and great service, Nene towing is your best bet. Good guys.

Amazing job, time efficient. Kept Communication up to date and have no issues. The price was very good and they are flexible with payment such as over the phone. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone in the area ! The driver had creative ideas and owner/manager were very direct and active. Great job guys!

Showed up within decent time, we're polite and did the service needed just fine,But questionable business practices... Young guy who showed up in the truck seemed to know nothing about the business side of the jobWe wanted it towed less than 2 miles, he called his boss about price and was smirking like he knew the price was ridiculous at $295Told him no way and he walked off and came back for me to talk to his boss who was being reffered to as "she", but I'm now talking to a man. Said 175$ and write a good review or I'll get in trouble with my father...Wrote a good review now I'm editing it...Wanted cash and no paper work was ever doneGood service, nice polite kid with little knowledge of the business and shady business practices

This company really towed my car thinking it was illegally parked in my own parking lot and spot...when they found out they were wrong and the tow truck patrol MARIA ...sorry but rude as hell ... Charged me $225 from the $275 they apparently charge people for towing their car even if your LEGALLY PARKED! Better business bureau will also receive a complaint on this one... So sad instead of helping your community your stealing from it ...Great work! Oh and lets not forget the waiting they make you do...all on her time...Trust me when i say they dont represent the latino community at all...

I went threw my insurance company two have my truck towed.asked them if my tow was fully covered by my insurance they said they would have to check.they showed up two hours later tryed to have me pay them 75 dollars on top of the hundred my insurance already payed them for a mile and half tow ..if your insurance company says they are sending them say no get another company that will not try to scam you.

I've used this business a lot and can say there the best there is in Reading! They are always on time and dispatch is kind and so are the towing guys, prices are very reasonable and not to high unlike some other towing companies that over charge me! Imagine locking your keys in your car and you call this company. You ask how much they say they will call you back, but instead the driver text you and says "I'm on my way"They show up, pop the door grab the keys and demand $125 for the unlock. You tell them that you don't have $125 on hand because they never told you a price. They then lock the car and take off with your keys. Place is a jokeService: Car lockouts

Amazing, friendly, fast and patient service! My car was diagnosed unsafe to drive by the dealership after getting work done, leaving me in a bind to find a last-minute tow service. Nene arrived and waited to receive my car from the dealer then transported it to my local mechanic (out of their way), and also was friendly and brought a welcome smile to my face after a frustrating day. So glad I found Nene Towing. Highly recommend! I would use them again and again! Ten-star service for an affordable price.

Please don t use this company. They never came showed up. I was told the driver would call me when I got off the phone with them. 30 minutes go by so I call them because the driver never called they said ok give me a minute I ll call the driver and guess what they never called me back so I was legit sitting in my car for over about an hour waiting for them to not even call don t waste your timeService: Car towing
