I have taken my car there since the business opened. They do overall good work and are reasonably priced. The are incredibly helpful and legitimately look out for people. I have twice had issues on the road and showed up with no appointment and they were able to help with the questions and issues that I have had. One of the managers, Ben is always helpful and tries to resolve any issue as quickly and fairly as possible. I would definitely recommend the business and their services.

This is a five-star location with a ten-star staff! It was easy to make the appointment online. When we got there, the staff were very attentive and SUPER knowledgeable! Mari was kind - and really knew what they were talking about! They took the utmost care of my car tires and rims! They went above and beyond my expectations. The waiting room was comfortable with nice amenities! I would take my cars here 100% over and over! Thank you Mavis of Wyomissing on State Hill Road!

The most amazing service ever!!! I walked in scared that I was going to have to get new tires and Dustin took care of me like a family. He didn t try to hassle me nor did he treat me like a lost soul (although I was) he made sure my car tires were all good repaired a leak and was so kind!!! Go here they don t try to take advantage of anyone. The whole staff is amazing!!! They know whey they are doing and they do it fast

Dustin was so helpful. I am currently helping a sick family member and needed my car asap. He made sure to hasten up the process so I could get in and out for my tire repair. I am extremely grateful! 5 stars!! Highly recommend!

The associate today was so helpful and polite. I stopped in because my tire light came on for the 2nd time in two weeks and I just popped in to see if someone could look at it. They were able to get me in, patch my tire, and get me out in great time. I really appreciated their assistance and kindness.

Got a nail in my tire while traveling down 422 this morning from King of Prussia. This location was right down the street from my office so I gave the Mavis tire on State Hill road a call once we pumped up the tire enough for me to drive on and they we're so nice and told me to bring it in when I was able to. I got a lift back to my office from a coworker and within an hour I was called and they told that they were able to plug it save my tire and it was ready to be picked up! Knowing that I was done at 6:00 p.m. that evening they told me just to let them know if they needed to stay a little longer so I was able to pick up my car. Absolutely amazing service and I would highly recommend using this location!

Made my day! Usually can t say that about an unexpected flat tire- but less than 90 minutes after hitting a sharp piece of metal and getting a flat tire, I was back on my way. They answered right away, knew my name from my phone number and immediately found that my tire was in stock, took me right away, and fixed it while I waited. Not to mention, the staff explained and fixed, at no extra cost, a problem I had noticed before the flat tire. Even my dealership had missed the loose bolt! So grateful for this quick and excellent service. Thank you Mavis!!

Came in because I had an unexpected flat tire with a nail. Mark helped get it fixed right away and was very helpful as well as his team. They also did a great job on getting my oil changed. Very fast and great service!

Been using this shop for almost 3 years and These guys are the best. Honestly, they really go the extra mile to ensure that your taken care of and not for the purpose of making an extra buck. They are always willing to assist at anytime. I would recommend this shop over and over and over again. Keep it up guys!

Dustin was extremely kind, and helpful from the moment I walked in. I ended up needing more than what I initially had planned on getting repaired. Ben was helpful in finding a cost effective resolution for me. I will come back for my future car needs!

Amazing service and amazing people!Stopped in quick after work because my tire has been slowly leaking air the last few days. 10 minutes later it was done at no charge! I love this place!

After leaving work later than usual, I came out to a low tire indicator on my car. I didn t see anything wrong with my tire but quickly ran over to Mavis and got in right before their closing time. Ben was super accommodating and didn t give grief about my arrival time. They checked my tire which had a nail in it. Got a new tire and was out in 22 minutes. So thankful for how nice Ben and his crew was. Highly recommend them.

I needed overdue inspections on two vehicles. They were able to inspect one car the same day I called and inspected the other car the next day. They also completed tire rotations and an oil change as well. I really appreciated the prompt service!

Maggie helped me with everything with my car. She is absolutely amazing! I was at work while my car was being worked on and she communicated so efficiently! She answered all of my questions and made me feel really comfortable! Great shop and an even better employee, Maggie was the best!

Called Mavis at 8am for a slow leak in my tire. They told me to just bring my car in when I can and they will take a look. I went in by 8:45am and was out 30 minutes later, tire fixed! Great people and super fast when I needed it. I would highly recommend this Mavis for your tire and auto service needs. I definitely will be using them again in the future.

This was my first time at this Mavis location and I have to say the courtesy and customer service is unbelievable. You come in and they help you with whatever issue you have and don't try to rip you off in any way. Will definitely come back for future services. Thank you!

This Mavis has been our go to ever since we moved here one year ago. I ve taken three vehicles here (a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, a 2013 Ford Fiesta and a 2021 Kia Forte) and they ve been nothing but helpful and professional. They got us situated with inspections and oil changes, replaced the catalytic converter on my step daughters car, and also checked out my car when I heard a scary sound and reassured me that my mud flap was to blame and my car was not going to blow up.I ll also add, when we ran into another issue with my daughters car, they were professional and admitted they didn t have the equipment necessary to diagnose the very specific issue, but they knew someone who could. That takes a lot of respect for your customer to know your limitations, especially in today s climate. I highly recommend this location and will continue to go to them in the future!

I was helped by Joseph and Ben today! I had a nail in my tire and they got me in right away! The tire was irreparable so I got a new tire. They really help college students and have multiple options for payment if the expense is alot at one time. Thank you so much for getting me in guys!

I was skeptical about going to a chain auto center but I went ahead and quickly got in before it starts snowing in 30 hours from now. Blake was super helpful, kind and professional, definitely recommend for an urgently needed situation, got me in and out in under an hour and they were pretty busy at the time. Place is kept very clean even has a spot for your children to hangout and play.

Called on a Sunday about a slow leak in my tire.Guy at desk told me to come right in.I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.Technician showed me the shard of metal he pulled out of tire.Repaired tire and I was on my way.Thanks so much to the very accommodating team at Mavis.I'll tell my friends.Thanks again.

Tried to upsell on every angle, brakes, wipers, alignment, you name it. Please don't go in this place expecting to be receive just tires, they'll make you believe your vehicle is falling apart unless their master mechanics take control. BEWARE this place and consult your own mechanic on what you need before buying tires her, if you absolutely are committed to buying tires here.So, update on this review; my sister in law was told she needed brakes by this place. She just went to her mechanic on 3/2/24 for yearly inspection and brakes still have 50% pads and rotors are fine. This is quite shameful. Just please beware.

We needed our tire repaired that had a nail in it. Not only did they repair it fast, they were also super friendly. We will definitely be back here when it s time for new tires.
