I came in with a nail in my tire and was out within 15 minutes! I don t have much knowledge on cars and the workers here are very helpful! They are also very nice and helpful! Especially Shawn, he helped me with the whole process and was very kind! The service is quick and efficient!

Had some work done on a bmw 750 . Now I was scared out my mind because most techs do not know how to disable the air suspensions, lift them and and now you have a big problem. They changed all four brake pads and back rotors and the mechanic kevin was fluent with how the air suspension system worked. After the job was done the air suspension was not activated. Called back the next day he told me to come in, waited for around 30 minutes and he told me he fixed it and forgot to disable the "workshop mode." Which I never even knew it even had which affirmed on how knowledgeable he were with bmws. If you have a bimmer with air ride and kevin is there don't fret he will make sure your up and running after a lift.

I needed to get new tires and also needed to get front brakes. Service Advisor Shawn and his Manager Derek where awesome. They got me scheduled in right away without needing an appointment. My ride is now smoother and I don't have to press my brakes flat to the floor anymore and worry if I'm gonna be able to stop, my new tires and brake work where much needed. Thank you!

I came to Mavis for new Tires and also asked how my brakes were doing. Jarvis and Sean helped me out so much with pricing then they actually showed me my brake pads and how close they were. They were really respectful and helped in any way they can. I would certainly recommend this Mavis if you need new tires or brakes. They will work with you to make it happen. On the second day I came in to get my brakes done. At first I wasn t to happy because I was told one thing then another. But Sean went above and beyond to make it right. I felt bad for getting rude over this, but Sean the great guy he is helped make things right and was completely sincere the entire time. I know his manager helped as well, so he should get some credit too. I appreciate everything they did for me. I know we didn t see eye to eye but I appreciate the fact that they went out of their way to see at my level. This moves mountains, and if Mavis was smart they would get this guy a raise and move Him up the ladder. You definitely don t want to loose an employee like that.

I woke up on Sunday with two flat tires. Mavis was able to get me a same day appointment and have me on my way in a reasonable amount of time.Jarvis was the point person that guided me through the process. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received and would go back if needed.

I recently started having to do the car maintenance myself. When I went there to make my appointment, Jarvis greeted me. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He informed me on what I needed and assisted me in picking the product which made my experience so much smoother. When I dropped it off, I was greeted by an older gentleman who was very kind. Picking it up, Jarvis was there again and kindly helped me set up this payment plan and figure all of that out. I highly recommend mavis in temple, pa. I ll be coming back next time I need something done.

They did an amazing job with my car and got me the best deals. Butch was extremely helpful and nice. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I love how they don t pressure you into extra things, they suggest that it needs to be done and they can do it. Really nice people and made me feel really comfortable waiting for my car to be done.

I called as I needed 2 tires and alignment for my kid's car. Over the phone I was greeted and offered a quote for the job. And they were able to take me in the same day. Plus they have matched the prices of my local shop, provided a discount on the alignment. As I made my way to the store I was greeted by Blake who was very helpful responsive and knowledgeable. We got the job done and I am very pleased with the results. If you know exactly what you want and you do some research and possibly say no to couple of their recommendations. This place is truly a jem . Highly recommend .

I had to have air out in my tire. When i stoves, i was greeted with a smile and respect. I was informed it would take a little while because there was only one mechanic there at v the time. Well, it didn t take long at all. It was r to be kept informed. When my f was finished, the gentleman came over to me and explained i had a hold on my tire. They were able to patch it and didn t charge me. He even walked me to my car, giving me good M to hold on yo. Service like this is hard to find! Thank you too the gentleman so helped me. I will recommend you to everyone

I took a chance and stopped at the mavis on 5th st highway in Reading Pa because my passenger side tires had a slow leak. Jarvis and Joel were very fast to get my car in and looked at right away. had my car back within 20 minutes with new valves and sensors on both tires. Very pleasant, fast and all around good service.

Time of year again for my cars inspection. I don t have good luck with vehicles, so I was nervous taking it in. Derrick was amazing. He reassured me that my car just needed a few things done and it was all a good price. I m coming back next year again for the peace of mind.

Stopped in for windshield wipers and I was amazed with all of the services that are offered here. Never stopped in before but needed something quick and i wish i have .the employees were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Definitely gained a future loyal customer.

I came to Mavis on 5th street in Reading Pa Derick the manager was the best he checked my cat and told me exactly what I need . He worked with me on the pricing. He did the absolute best and did a get job. I will definitely be using them from now on with anything I need done. I will definitely recommend them toall my family and friend to come here

When I came in the first day to get a quote I spoke to a young lady named JOY and she was awesome picked out some great tires and she made my appointment very down to earth and very respectful.When I came in for the actual appointment I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of MATT and he was very friendly and very helpful and I already took both of my cars there and both times my car did not take long and the staff was on point I would highly recommend mavis tire discount!!

Derick the manager at Mavis tire on 5th street Reading Pa is very knowledgeable and professional and great to deal with. He gave me the best price on new tires for my daughters car, he also took care of a misunderstanding from a phone conversation on pricing.I will be going back for my next set of tires, if you need tires and service I highly recommend this place.

I towed my car in after my wheel came off with a bad wheel bearing. The manager Derick & his crew knocked it out with no issues & had me on the road same day. Store was clean. Staff is very friendly & hands on. They will let you see exactly what the problem is. 10/10 recommend this shop.

Got in my car and tire pressure was extremely low. I drove right over to Mavis Tire and they took my car back right away. They fixed the issue within 15 minutes. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Coming here for my future tire needs!
