Gave us a detailed and thorough plan to fix our car and get it running better than it did when we originally bought it. Kept us updated every step of the way and are very happy with the end result. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who won't give you a run around. Chris was a delight to work with. If your car is worth saving, they will do just that.

Don t waste your time and money with Lee Myles service. Not only was I charge over $5,000 thousand for my car to, supposedly, be redone - the check engine light went back on less than a month later and it had engine stalling issues. With the Lee Myles warranty they overlooked my broken car again and found more issues for another thousand that warranty wouldn t cover. Again, only a month later. They said I needed new wipers too which they already did - this is con-work.I decided enough with Lee Myles and took the car to a locally owned shop and the first thing they tell me is the oil tank is absolutely dry. That was the issue with stalling. Lee Myles never filled my oil tank from the first service and overlooked it during the next I would have paid another thousand and nothing was mentioned about the oil tank. My car would have still broke.I can say more but if you take anything from this review let it be - stay local, stay small, and go to a shop that isn t salesmen.Pathetic excuse to steal people s hard earned money. I have a feeling these reviews aren t real or the people were offered rewards for their post.

Dave and the folks at Lee Myles are fantastic to work with. They have helped us so many times, and I trust their work and their honesty about things that should get done, or items that we should watch, but don't need to worry about right away. All of the staff there are great to work with, and with having several older vehicles with high mileage, they do a great job of keeping our cars running so I don't have to buy new ones. They are much appreciated and I highly recommend the location in the Shillington/Kenhorst area.

Lee Myles fixed my car quickly and at a reasonable cost. Chris was fantastic as my point of contact. He was patient and explained in detail what needed to be done to repair my car. He even sent me video links so I could better understand what was happening and why. As a visual learner, this was incredibly helpful and it s something that no other auto shop has ever done for me. I was so impressed with their customer service and with the speed and efficiency with which they fixed my car. I ll definitely be a repeat customer, especially for regular maintenance like oil changes.

Chris understood my weird way of explaining what was going on with my car. The entire team was so very nice and worked within my timeline, so I could visit my family in NC for Thanksgiving. I was also very grateful for the ride to pick up my car. Can't wait to see the improvement of my gas mileage! Thank you guys!!!

Excellent communication. I was grateful to find someone who could work on my transmission as quickly as they did. And even when things didn t go 100% as planned I appreciated Chris efforts to make it right. They did a great job and got my truck back on the road in a couple weeks. Had my truck at Savage 61 at the dealership since October, and told me it would not be done till March and getting the run around of them trying to get parts. I took my leaking roof 97 RV in to get some engine work done. Chris made it a point to make sure it was in the garage before it rained until the work was completed. I felt like they were not trying to get another buck out of me but sincerely wanted to help me fix the problem with the engine. Thanks Lee Myles

I went to this place on a whim, and it was for sure the best decision I've made in awhile. They are super friendly and accomodating, helping to work around my crazy work schedule. They were super transparent about everything done, super fast, and it was really reasonably priced. (So happy to have a working Car AC for the first time in two years.....) I brought my '63 Ford Falcon in for what was an obvious head gasket issue. They confirmed my suspicion pretty quickly, and set about getting it fixed. It took a little time, with sending the head to be machined, but good work takes time.Once done, I picked it up and I have to say, she runs better than ever. They did a great job, and I've been happy with the outcome.I'm hesitant to let anyone work on it, being a bit older. But the staff was confident, and enthusiastic at the opportunity. They even made a YouTube video. I'd be happy to return if I need more service.Service: Engine repair

I took my 2005 Jeep Liberty here because I was told that the oil pump wasn't working and needed to be replaced. My regular shop said they didn't have the right equipment to work on the oil pump because where it's located on my Jeep would require the engine being lifted out.When I took it in, the mechanic at Lee Miles thought it was unlikely that it was the oil pump. They did a thorough diagnostic and test drive to figure out what was wrong. It wasn't the oil pump, but there were a lot of major repairs that were needed.I received a text with a link to pictures of the areas that needed work, along with a description of the work needed, graded by how critical the repair was. The team walked me through the repairs needed, explained everything clearly, and gave me a quote for the work. Although it was much more than expected, they walked me through financing options and found one that worked for me.Another issue was discovered once the initial work was done, but the financing covered most of it, and I was able to put a good down-payment on the work done. There really wasn't a way to discover the last issue (a small hole in the radiator) until some on the other issues were addressed, so I'm very grateful for how thorough these mechanics are.My Jeep was ready on time, as promised. I was able to pick up my Jeep and sign the necessary financing paperwork in one stop.I did not feel that anything was being upsold. Explanations were clear and perfectly understandable for someone who is not a mechanic. I got regular updates, and was encouraged to ask questions. I was asked if I needed a loaner car, or a ride to pick up my car when it was ready. Everyone was friendly and super helpful.My Jeep runs like a dream, and I feel secure that my car is safe to drive. I'm a very satisfied customer, and will be going here for car care going forward.Highly recommend the team. I moved here 4 years ago driving a 13-year old Camry and am so fortunate to have found this great group of people. They are transparent, patient and relentless in finding whatever the esoteric problem, known and unknown. It s obvious from the very obviously packed parking lot, these folks know what they re doing. The team was very upfront and looked at everything closely, from video to pictures on what they were doing so you can see every step of the process. They did an excellent job on keeping me updated on what they were doing and seeing as well, even explaining how some certain parts operate and run to a regular person can understand. Overall a wonderful experience and hope to see them in the future as well. They use good quality parts to keep your vehicle running in top shape as well. 10/10! 10s across the board! From the moment I made my initial phone call, to getting my Jeep back on the road. When I called, I was greeted by Nick. He was super friendly and very professional. I was already impressed with his customer service skills and ability to make me feel welcomed.I gave him the run down of what was going on and he suggested I bring it in so they can take a look and figure out EXACTLY what was wrong. They did just that (and more). They diagnosed my vehicle, gave me a price, and provided a timeframe of which the job would be done. They also provided a courtesy all over inspection which was greatly appreciated.I love how they send you a Vehicle Health Report with a summary of the good and the bad. I now have a list of what I need to get done ASAP, and a list of things that I should keep my eyes on for the future.Long story short, they provided exceptional customer service and had my car back on the road within 24 hours. I am super impressed and grateful for Nick (service advisor) and Josue R. (technician). They did a wonderful job and I will most certainly be taking my Jeep back to them for future services. Couldn't afford to pay in full for the work done so they put me onto this absolutely predatory loan service called Koalifi. WEEKLY payments and the highest interest rates I've ever encountered. Paid off in 6 months, no late payments but still ended up paying double($4000). Absolute garbage contract but it was the only option the rep gave me. If you have to go here, and you have to take a loan from this service to pay your bill, go to the bank immediately and get a personal loan.

I've had some bad experiences with shops in the past. I conveyed to Lee Myles my concerns. They performed an awesome job. They kept me informed while inspecting my vehicle and went over their findings explaining which items they found should be addressed first. They understood my concern about replacing things that didn't need fixed and giving me the opportunity to take care of the issues one at a time. They were courteous, kind an accomodating. I had a transmission control module replaced 7 months ago. I waited this long to review because a previous shop worked on my car but didn't solve the problem.The transmission not only woks but I get 3 mpg more on the highway than my original control module.Lee Myles is the place to go for transmission repairs.Service: Transmission
