TERRIBLE experience! Owner/manager is awful. Does not communicate, does not answer voicemails, does not order parts in a timely manner. He wants his $ upfront. He shifts blame for delays/issues to insurance, parts suppliers. Had my vehicle 14 weeks & still unfinished. Should get zero stars! Avoid this shop!

Don t go to this place !!!! My accident happened 6 weeks ago n they still haven t given me a call back to let me know if they will perform the work on my vehicle they also apparently have a high turnover over rate because they went through almost 5 people already in that time so if u want your car repaired in a timely manner I wouldn t recommend this rediculous place !!!

The process was very nice. They answered all of my questions and were very courteous and respectful. Would recommend to someone especially with Erie insurance.

They were great! Very quick estimate and helpful with answering insurance questions. Everyone was very friendly, up front, and honest with my unusual situation. I would highly recommend and definitely would not hesitate in bringing my vehicles again when needed.

KC auto is top notch! Not only did James allow me to bring my car in the same day for an estimate, he communicated consistently and professionally from day 1. He made me feel completely at ease by being honest and upfront about everything. He earned my trust and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I have not had a bad experience with KC at all. A couple months ago they were able to tow my car to my mechanic when my starter went and most recently they repaired my car after another driver hit it. I had gone to two other auto body shops and KC had the cheapest estimate. Jim T. was very nice an accommodating since my repairs weren't going through insurance, but through private pay by the person who struck my vehicle. He kept me informed during the repair and the repair was actually completed sooner then expected!

I have had two high end cars repaired at KC. Always excellent results overall. Have had a rental twice, always clean and refueled. Also had my car towed to their lot. Fees were a bit high, and storage fees seem unreasonable to me.

Dave and his son Kevin took an idea I had for a paint job on an aftermarket hood on my truck to the next level! An absolutely amazing job! Completely easy to work with, thanks guys. I totally recommend this shop for your automotive body repairs.

Fantastic work that was on time and no surprises with the bill. They re a very reasonably priced too. Jim was extremely easy to work with and kept an open dialogue during the whole process.I would recommend KC Body for all your auto body needs

Extremely unprofessional and rude. As a customer who was not satisfied I was met with hostility. I was charged $550.00 for literally nothing except leaving with new headlights that were not installed. When I requested the return of my money just for the labor he told me the labor charge was for putting the old headlights back in (one didn't work at all) because they couldn't figure out the wiring with the new headlights. Dave ended the conversation by shutting the door in my face and telling me he would gladly see me in court.

Poor service and poor work. I took my Subaru Impreza to KC Auto Body after an accident. At first, on the surface, the body work seemed fine. However, within the first year, the paint on the entire front bumper bubbled up and pealed off! After years, yes years, exchanging calls with KC Auto to fix their poor work I had to get the work done elsewhere, costing me plenty. To make things worse when I finally had someone else repaint the car they noticed that the bumper was not even attached to the car body properly.

Biggest Crooks in the world !!! Total rip- off !!! Charge us $340.00 for towing a small car from an accident scene that happen 100 yds away from their shop to their shop: $175 pick up fee, $5 fuel fee, $35 gate fee, $35 admin fee, $45/day storage fee and they charge us for 2 days - accident happen around 10 PM and we went to get the car from their place next morning, not even 12 hours later but they said it is a new day and we have to pay for 2 days. This is how they do business !

Their customer service cannot be matched. They are quick to help you out with any problem, any vehicle and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company!

Had a new fender installed and painted a few years back. Paint was a perfect match. I'll be taking my car back again if I ever need more body/paint work.

Took a car in for estimate, was there two days, after going back, co-owner David (bald white guy) was bulling me to pay $250 for storage and $100 for processing an estimate, unheard of as estimates are free, pressured me and my insurance to cough up the storage fee, even tho they said it would be done ASAP, YOU BEEN WARNED, STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES, worst service ever!!!
