SCAM SCAM SCAMMy car was running fine but needed a part changed. He asked me $300 for repair and I stupidly paid him more than double cash ($750 including tip) because I needed the job done fast. He supposedly fixed my car and it turned into a mess. The next day my car stoped on the road and I had to tow it back to his house garage. After he touched my car, it stopped running. He took more than a month to fix the car, he always gave excuses when I asked for any update. He would always say it would be done within 2 days or so and it would always extend with more excuses. I also paid for part that he supposedly bought it which I confirmed with another mechanic were never installed. After he grew tired of making up excuses not to fix his botch job, he threatened to tow my car if I did not move it from his lot, mind you it was still not running. He is refusing to fix his botch job or pay me back and respond to any calls. DO NOT TRUST THIS MECHANIC HE WILL SAY HE CAN FIX ANYTHING BUT MOST DEFINITELY HE IS ENTRY LEVEL THAT AT MOST.

I called Monday about a starter on my Jeep, he gave me a price, got the starter. He told me Thursday, Wednesday after 5pm got a text for 2pm Thursday, Thursday morning got a text needed to reschedule for Monday. It took till Wednesday to get a confirmation text just to have it postponed the day he was supposed to do the job. Now I don't have my Jeep and had plans for the weekend and need it. Very bad business practices, would not recommend using Jim's services.

I called Jim to replace my serpentine belt in my Jeep Cherokee he said that he will come to replace the belt, at 5:30pm is the time he said he was going to be here but he never show up. I agree to pay him double the price due to travel time. He didn t call to reschedule or cancel. I was planning to take my kids to celebrate their birthday but couldn t go because we was planning on going after the belt was replaced. This is so unprofessional, unethical and a huge inconvenience.

I needed a brake service on my truck to get my family to vacation for the weekend. Jim got me in first thing in the morning and got the job done right in a timely manner. He was very professional, honest, and reasonably priced. He came with this job the first time and did well I need to follow it work done. I called made an appointment. He text me and changed the appointment from one day to the next. The next day I had the appointment scheduled I was waiting for him 15 minute before he was supposed to show up he sent me a text saying about changing it to a Monday I tried to call him in the morning and text him in the morning to see if he was going to arrive I talked to him briefly and he said nothing and then I kept trying to call and it kept going to voicemail very very poor professional serviceServices: Brakes, Oil change

I had an appointment which I text yesterday to confirm. He said he would be here and never showed up or called to say he wasn't coming. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend at all
