They did amazing work. Paint matched a yellow car, almost perfectly, and anything that wasn t up to par was promptly fixed! Amazing team over at Glass & Son s. Hope to never be back, but will 100% use them again if I would need a body shop!

Initially, I was provided an appointment for an estimate of the needed repair to my car. I dropped off my car on the morning specified and was able to pick up the rental car at the shop. The work performed was excellent and the new paint matched and was feathered into the original paint perfectly. I received a call on the day my car was completed and returned the rental at the shop when I got my car. My car was washed and ready when I arrived. Each associate was prompt, friendly, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Glass and Sons to anyone in need of car repair.

Just ok work. Had mangled fender and fist sized dent in door. Insurance adjuster specified new fender and repair/paint of door. Insurance paid about $400 for parts (which I acknowledge only buys a fender) and about $2000 for body work and paint. The shop apparently bought a prepainted fender and prepainted door shell and didn't do any painting at all to try and blend the old and new. I feel like they could have made more money and the truck would look much better if they had done the repair and paint of the door and adjusted the color to blend in with the rest of the paint. At the intake meeting they said the door cant be repaired "because its aluminum" which i immediately corrected and showed its the older style steel body. They also didn't put enough effort into adjusting the new door- I was left with a groaning rubber seal(fixed it myself with silicone spray), wind noise so loud I was nervous the door would pop open when turning (fixed it myself in a few minutes by adjusting the door latch), with the window down there is a constant rattle of something hitting the glass (I will fix this myself), a 3" scratch under the door handle (I will leave it because it's not that noticeable but it would've taken the shop a few minutes to fix).

Prompt friendly service. Staff is accommodating and very knowledgeable. Whole process: estimate, drop off, rental arrangements, repairs, pickup - dare I say - was smooth as Glass!Beautiful work!

They my truck for months. I could pick apart there work. It s not bad. It s everything else they have a lot of trouble with. Staying on schedule, making calls , return phone calls. (Can t tell you how many times I asked them to stop calling my wife s phone and call my number ) checked I have 4 voicemails my wife forwarded to me. When I leave a message for someone including my number. I don t understand why you would try to reach me any other way.

From the 1st time I walked into Glass & Sons, I was impressed by who neat and clean and orderly they were. Jack was very courteous, very precise and when he brought us the appraisal, it was very thorough and showed everything that was to be done to repair the car. We were given a date to bring the car in and in less than a week the car was expertly repaired and completely cleaned when it was given back to us.Thank you for doing such an expert job!

Took vehicle for front Bumper repair, first time picking the car up gaps where not correctly aligned they install a scratch trim piece. Took the vehicle a second time to correct the issues and side bumper gaps were not fixed and now the front bumper liner on the left side is loose cause did not install the clips correctly.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They are very knowledgeable on what is required on every repair. And one of the hardest things to do is match the paint. I have worked in a body shop and I can't tell there was a repair made on my 19 year old original paint. That only comes from a company who truly cares and loves about what they do. Thank you

Really kind and helpful shop! I unfortunately needed collision repair twice in the last 6 months, and they made stressful situations easier. My car looks brand new again and you can tell they take pride in their work!

Overall, 10/10 in every aspect excellent customer service, excellent time-scheduling and I would recommend to everyone with no hesitation! They even vacuumed my car, which I had intended to do before I dropped it off! I hit a deer back in January with my Jaguar. These guys did a great job of matching the paint and making sure all body gaps were where they should be. They kept me informed and up to date through the process. I recommend them to anyone needing body or paint work done.

These guys are the best. They keep costs low, get work done ahead of schedule, made my car look like nothing ever happened (on a couple of occasions), and I get this little bonus each time where they clean the inside of my car! The dealership, where I bought my car brand new and paid for a full warranty, has never done that for me. Glass & Son s go above and beyond. To be honest I hate giving these guys a great review because they ve become so popular it s hard getting my car in. Regardless, they deserve the 5 stars and despite how in demand they are, their quality of service is unwavering.Service: Body & Trim

Brought my ram 2500 to them after a deer hit the side of my truck and blew my airbags. I honestly have to say that my truck has never looked this good! Paint is matched PERFECTLY and all of the interior looks completely factory. LJ went above and beyond to accommodate me when parts took longer than expected to arrive. Great experience. Brought car in for damage from unknown source. They worked with insurance and made it so easy. Getting a rental car was also easy because they have a hun for enterprise. I called several times for questions and clarification and they were helpful and kind every time. The work was done quickly and professionally and I had my car back in two days. I'm pretty sure they also cleaned the inside - I have 2 kids do bless them for that! The staff was knowledgeable and professional - especially JT Thomas. Would absolutely recommend.

Had my vehicle fixed(collision damage) they were fast and very communicative on where they were at in the fixing process.Once it was all fixed found something that didn t look 100 % right because of a last repair I had . So they went ahead contacted my insurance to fix my car completely before handing it over to me. They also offered to deliver my vehicle to me and pick up the rental. I also had a damage that was out of pocket at was about 75% cheaper then all other places I went to. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

Excellent quality of body repair .Looked like new when completed. Completed in less time then they originally said. Very professional staff.Very experienced .Washed and cleaned and vacuumed entire car .Smelled and looked like a new car that is 9 yrs old . I used Glass and Sons for the first time last week. My poor car was battered in a collision that wasn t my fault, so we were working with the other guys insurance company. I called the shop, sent pictures of the damage, and they took it from there. Got me in ASAP for my appointment, handled all the paperwork and correspondence with the insurance agents, and I had my car back in a week, looking better than it did when I bought it 3 years ago! They replaced the front bumper and grille, a headlight, tire and wheel, and front quarter panel (I m sure there were more parts but those are the ones I m familiar with!). When my car was finished, my work schedule didn t allow me to pick up in a timely manner, so they delivered to my residence! I dealt directly with Trevor, Geoffrey, and Dennis. These guys are hands down the best at what they do. If you need work done, this is the place to go. Customer service and workmanship like no other!Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment
