If you only knew the trouble I have with 4 different garages over the past 2 years. Firestone on Penn, these guys took such good care of me and my car. The customer service was nice, the price I paid was very, very reasonable and the turnaround time was great. Thank you for making me and the safety of my car feel valued. I will definitely be back.

The team here never disappoints! Always friendly and don't overpush their products or services. My inspection failed for brakes and they let me do the work myself and bring it back to be verified and inspection complete. I've been other places where they would charge you for inspection twice. You can always get an appointment and their usually real quick with the work. Customer for life.

Would have gotten a 5 except the salesman "forgot" about the $100 off sale for new tires. I was paying attention, though. I really appreciate the lifetime alignment service for my car.

Expensive!! Went there to get a complete check and the prices are crazy! They told me I needed new rear brake shoes and tires in the back may need replacing due to cupping. So in total it would be $700 like why?! Other places are way cheaper.Went to another well known auto place and they told me nope. Rear brake shoes were not needed. In the back just needed to be cleaned and adjusted. Trying to take advantage and milk money I don t have. Tires definitely needed new rear ones and going someplace else. Better and affordable. Thanks to that other spot I saved money. Customer service at Firestone is great but yall ain t milking me for any money. Rip off.

My husband and I just came from here today. They did a fantastic job! My credit card was frozen. If they only took ebt lol but I was crying real tears. We don't get paid until next Friday, they did everything to get the payment down to 0. How lucky are we to have them help us. I will be paying the amount back. Blessings to these men.

OMG once again I go to Firestone with not one issue but several with my car. I was in tears they fixed my tire put new headlight in and told me why my check engine light is on. Without getting that light off I can t inspect it. Unfortunately I do have to go to dealer to get engine light off but I know now I won t get ripped off at dealer. These gentleman at Reading sight are always my hero s. So ladies in distress go to Firestone in city. The best!!!!

I schedule my appointment online and when I got there they were not able to take my car and were calling to let me know so I can reschedule but they were able to fit me in.Place is kept clean and staff is very friendly.

Had a flat late Saturday afternoon and Derek at Firestone got it plugged and good to go in 30 mins! Professional, friendly crew there. We will be back soon for new tires for my wife's car.We appreciate the excellent service, Derek!!

These guys are amazing! I brought my car there before Labor Day because one of my rear tires seem to be losing air after I had just added air to the other tire. Another mechanic had found a nail and a piece of metal embedded in the tires but said that wasn't the source of the leak. Derrick and the other great mechanics at Bridgestone Firestone struggled with the difficult lug nuts on my car and spent extra time thoroughly checking my tires and resealing the tire on the wheel rim. He also fixed a wheelbarrow tire my mother had asked me to bring for them to look at. The cost was much less than I expected and well worth every penny. Nice initially, but was advised to buy a Hyundai instead of an Audi when I asked if there were cheaper options than their 1-year alignment. Strange comment. I don't believe I should spend more on an alignment because I own an Audi. An alignment is an alignment.

I just went there for an oil change and had my headlight and taillight bulbs replaced. They were incredibly nice, and even found a coupon to get me $10 off. Their online appointment system isn t great, so I would recommend calling to set up an appointment, but they will work with you to get a time that works best for everyone. I waited with my car and was out within an hour (might not happen with walk-ins). Overall, they re a great shop with honest people and I highly recommend them for car maintenance!

Very bad service! I am so disappointed I went in for a simple service, and when I left my car was damaged, I called them to fix the problem, and it got even worse! They know who to take advantage of, and it is very sad to know that they Are scammers, and they take it vantage, certain individuals and they should be stopped.

Had my inspection/oil change done here. Appt easy to get, not a lot of parking, clean showroom with TV you can control in comfortable waiting area. Took almost 2 hours to complete. Only needed new wipers for inspection, which was expected. Recommendations but no pushing for other services. Discounts if you use a Firestone card to pay.

Today, I had my car inspected with Firestone Service Station although they were short on manpower they were able to get my car done in no time. Jonathan was very friendly and courteous. Will had my paper work completed right away. I was glad I came here today great and honest people. I will surely come back again!

I have been going here off and on for 20 + years and have been happy every single time. The warranties and customer service are fantastic! Kevin and Jim always go above and beyond and make car issues more simplistic and they help every step of the way! Keith is awesome and so very helpful when I call or visit. He always goes the extra mile to help. Great people here!

Kevin and the mechanics that work there are top notch. Very good at diagnosing a problem I was having with 2 of my tires. Worked me into their busy schedule and took great care of me.We have also purchased tires for 4 of our vehicles from them over the years. They do a great job!

The team at Firestone was great. I had a screw in my tire . Since I purchased the Firestone road hazard warranty they fixed that tire absolutely free of charge. And since my Inspection was due at the end of the month my Firestone mechanic Travis saw it he asked would you like for me to inspect your vehicle. I said yes and it all was taken good care of. Thank you very much Firestone

We've been taking our vehicles to Jim and Kevin in beautiful downtown Reading for over a decade and have never been disappointed. They go above and beyond to keep my husband and I informed on what repairs our vehicle NEEDS and other things they recommend taking care of in the near future. I love that they give us an estimate BEFORE starting to do any repairs, so we aren't blindsided at the end. The team is friendly, never makes us feel rushed if we have questions, and always asks about or talks to our kids when they are with us.

Have been going here for 30 years! Staff is knowledgeable, honest, upbeat/friendly and keep you informed about the repairs/maintenance being done on your vehicle. Pricing is fair and competitive. Make recommendations with no pressure. I trust them to take care of my vehicles and wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I can t say enough good things about this place. I went there in February because my tires were bald and shot. They got me in same day and I was out in about an hour and a half tops with 4 new tires and a smile from the great service.I hit a pot hole yesterday and shredded one of my new tires. They were able to get me in the next morning and again, in and out in a little over an hour with a new tire, oil change and alignment. AND the tire was covered under the warranty.I sometimes hesitate to go in town for things but I m so glad I did. This is my new go to shop for anything I need for my car. They are honest, personable and I feel that they do everything they can to accommodate and take care of customers. Highly recommended!

I was offered lifetime protection on the tires I recently purchased, and I'm glad I made the extra investment, because I've been back twice with punctures and didn't pay a penny. I'm treated like a valued customer (like they have time for me, no problem!) and never made to wait long. The work is done right and I'm thanked when I leave.

What an excellent experience with these guys at Firestone Complete. Three words to describe them in a nutshell: intuitive, pleasant and conscientious. They're not trying to sell, they're trying to take care of you. Highly recommend.
