I had my mother drop off the van for a check engine light, no problems so far just a check engine.I get it back in a barely drivable condition, steam leaking out of the engine bay.And I get an invoice for $80 dollars. For what? To have one of your mechanicsstab a screwdriver in my coolant line to make some extra cash? And they tell me their next appointment is next Monday,7 days from now. So I brought my car in to get damaged by your techs, andyou give me an $80 dollar invoice, and I DON'T HAVE A WORKING CAR FOR A WEEK. HOW SHOULD I GET TO WORK?This is the worst I've been screwed by any business period. You make my car unusable and I owe you $80for it???

Thank you guys for taking the time and being honest as you can get. These folks not only did NOT just take make my money, but actually took the time to explain everything on my alignment and this recall.. on my 2500 Ram.. So I'm off to deal with the dealer on this and go from there. Everything else was done and no issues... Great staff! and As they say honesty is the best policy! Thank you again!

This is the mechanic I ve searched for since I ve owned a vehicle! Everyone at Dulin s are easy to trust because of their work mentality of doing exactly what they would do to their own vehicles that they take great care of.

I live around the corner from this place. I had a nail in my tire which was causing a slow leak. A whole hour before closing, i stopped by this shop, and he told me to come back on monday it was friday. I work 7days a week.He didnt even offer me air which i would have paid for. I had to stop at a gas station put air in the tire. I then drove to the city where the Spanish papi's on 6th an buttonwood helped me in 15 minutes maximum they plugged my tire an sent me on my way. Did i mention i had my 3 year old daughter with me the whole time. I never again will go to this place his energy was rude, i never caught a name.

Very informative and not pushy and dishonest like a lot of big chain mechanics around here. They know what they're doing and they don't lead you on with the promise of an appointment bc lets be honest, you can t make an appointment at a mechanic-you always end up waiting anyway. They usually ask about what time and day you think you'll be able to bring your car in and they let you know if that works-once you get there you don t really wait too long.Service: Tires

When I first moved back to Pennsylvania I needed to find a place to inspect my car. I needed some work done To pass inspection that I already knew about needed to be done they won t go looking for issues that are not there and responsible price. Friendly and worked with me my go to place now i have recommended them to my friends and family.

Tried this place for the first time and loved it. Very friendly people that do good work at very reasonable prices. What I really liked was they didn't go looking for extra stuff; such as my previous mechanic. I will definitely be referring all of my contacts to Dulins moving forward.

Very friendly staff, good pricing. Most of my family goes here, including my dad who is a mail man - so when his work car needs work he needs it done ASAP and they always squeeze him in and get it done quickly.

I took my car there to have a screw removed from the tire cause they were fairly new tires 3 months old and didn't want a flat which I only noticed the screw cause the ticking it made on the ground as I drove no leak just don't want a screw in my tire. So I take it there to get a patch dropped my car off and picked it up after they closed. I got into my car and the tire light was on and I had to get air in the tire that was "just patched" I didn't have time the next day to take the car back to address the tire leaking now and that night I had to go to work and during that time my tire went flat on the highway and had to drive on a flat and messed the tire up. I returned to dulins and they would not honor it in anyway they told me I had a leak other then the screw but my tire didn't even leak with the screw in the tire. Then told me its cause i have a bent rim it leaks but i took my car and left and went to another tire place and bought a new tire and it holds air hum no leak but she says it's from a bent rim but if it was bent would it hold air? No So what is it ? Bad service on dulins behalf. Not to mention bad customer service make people wait while you make not one but mulitple personal phone calls. Bad experience all the way around. Never will I go back and nor will I ever have a good word to say about them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I stopped in their store to speak with them I waited for about 25 minutes before I was even asked about The service I needed. Listening to the secretary on the phone trying to order parts was brutal I was trying to be optimistic because they have good reviews I would not recommend this place to anybody I did I personally was dripping and sweat because it was awfully hot and it's 77 outside ..
