I had a few issues after I left the lot, but the customer service was good and we got them figured right out, but I kept noticing more issues over the next few days. I was slightly disappointed that I wasn t able to drive it properly directly after I bought it. I should be able to get everything fixed after I spend some money, but I can t drive it currently. If you do decide to buy from them, make sure that you ask the right questions so you don t end up with a faulty vehicle.

Donny was great to work with and Sue in the office was a sweet heart- she made everything smooth and effortless- we drove 3 hours to pick up the work truck we bought and we were literally there for maybe 20 minutes. Did not take long at all and we were back on the road headed home with our new vehicle! Thanks again Donny & Sue- you guys rock!!!

Excellent place to buy a car ,,, I love my Jetta !!! Paul Rauch is amazing !!! Extended warranties definitely worth the $. Everyone working there is so nice and helpful. If your looking for a good reliable car make sure to go there!!! So happy

Sold us a car that had the engine blow aweek later and refused to takeresponsibility. Went to get the cardiagnosed and there was plenty provingthe car would not have actually passeda legitimate inspection. All fixes are costing over $9,000! They advertiseda 6 month full warranty and insteadgave us a 3 month limited warranty thatwill not cover these issues. When wewent in they brushed off all of theissues until we just have to give up andleave. They are still doing nothing to fix this issue and we will be reaching out for legal help to see what can be done in the future.

Great place to buy a vehicle, i bought a real nice truck at a fantastic price from this place , the guys there are no bull and just straight up honest nice guys and what was described was exactly what it was when i got there, the price was exactly what they said and id definitely make another 3 hr trip to them for another purchase. Thank you for a very smooth transaction it was a pleasure doing business with you. I bought alot of vehicles over the years and this is a must stop and check out dealer .

I brought a car there and within 2 weeks the transmission was having issues it also needed a clutch fan and a radiator cap I took it back and he wouldn't stand good for it and I pay over 4,000 for the vehicle and if I'm paying that much money it should at least last a year. So I wouldn't recommend buying anything from him

Really take your time if you decide to buy from this dealer. I bought an suv that had a rebuilt transmission in it, well not sure who does their work for them but it certainly was done right. Cost me 3k to rebuild the rebuilt transmission! The sales guy was OK minus eating pizza while going through the paperwork process. The person who detailed the car was a lady at the time i bought and did a horrible job. I got what i needed at the time it just turned out to need more work then i was expecting.

November 2021 I purchased a car through Bobby that was listed on Facebook Marketplace. The car was as described upon my test drive and in some ways better than described. I knew the car was as-is and would have a few surprises, but Bobby assisted me even beyond the sale to make sure I was satisfied. Most people would not go above and beyond like that once you ve walked off the lot with an as-is sale. The transaction was personal and very efficient.I now have a very solid vehicle, and 8 months later I have had no unexpected maintenance or issues. I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase here again. Thanks to everyone at Charles Price, I appreciate it!

Paul Rauch is great for the sale and for a few months after the sale. I bought a 2013 Kia sole from him and now that I have issues he is no longer helping me. I have 3 check engine lights and a busted windshield wiper system. I am not asking him to do anything for free. But he promises to call me when he can look at it. But never does.Because of the check engine lights I can't get it inspected. So I am living on borrowed time until a cop stops me and gives me a ticket.I am really starting to think I bought a piece of junk

Bought a Nissan Versa 1 year ago at a reasonable price, but with no horn...after months of asking to fix it, 1 yr later and a $900 inspection fee and no fixed horn, they passed it illegally. But we got it fixed. Adding another $274 to our bill. Will never go back there. They lost our business... not a good garage to go to

This car dealership is a great place to purchase a car they stick by there car warranty and give good car service. I would recommend them to anyone. I got a 2004 Suzuki Aerio and drove it 3,000 miles over 5 states and it's still driving perfectly. Thumbs up.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. do not spend your money here. purchased a 2010 kia soul about a month and a half ago and since i bought it, i ve had my check engine light come on 4-5 times and have had the car stall twice after putting gas in it. we continue to have the same problems with the car and the problems are not being resolved. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

Buyer beware!Family went on Sat to buy an older Prius and test drove the car. The test drive went very nice, and figured that we were gonna get a great car for a great price. After we purchased the car, but before we left the car lot, a few check engine lights lit up on the dash. We informed one of the owner/ partners about it, and he looked in the manual, called someone who knew about the car. He told us to drive it for a few days and see what happens. He then told us that they stand behind every car they sell, and said to us, " Tell you what if it konks out on you this weekend, I'll buy it back." Less than 24 hrs later car wouldn't start. We called them and left a msg, as it was Sunday. Called back on Monday, and the other owner came out around 4 pm looked at it, and had it towed back to their shop. They called Tuesday morning and said it was all good. Ended up picking it up Wednesday afternoon. Paul( the other owner) said it's good to go, with no check engine lights and starts/ drives with no issues. Get in the car and started the car with the check engine lights lit up on the dash. Told Paul about it after taking it for a test drive. Was told to drive it and see if it acts up. Went back out to the car and it wouldn't start. Paul had a mechanic look at it quick and he could get the car to start, but the dash wouldn't light up. Paul asked if I could drive it home that way, I said no as the speedometer is digital and the dash wasn't working. I showed up the next afternoon and they said it was all good. I saw Lee, the original owner who sold me the car, and reminded him about what he said as far as " If it konks out on you this weekend, I'll buy it back." He proceeded to tell me that that wasn't what he meant when he said that. Bottom line is if either owner tells you, " I'll buy it back if it konks out on you" or " No check engine lights are lit" I would make sure to either get it in writing or keep on shopping for another car.

Bought a 2010 Ford Fusion. Donny & Paul were both very detailed with.vehicle. Picked up on Thursday. Come Monday with bitter cold snap, car would not start. Battery was not strong enough. Contacted Donny, He said if battery bad that they would replace it. Jump started it Wednesday and drove it up to them. Paul and mechanic both installed new battery. Less than 10 minutes I was on my way home. I really appreciate them replacing battery. Paul & Donny were both exceptional and polite thru whole process. Wife is really happy with her newer car. Nicest one She has ever owned. Kudos to both Donny & Paul. If I could give 6 stars I would. Recommend Charles Price Auto Sales to anyone. Robert Alexander Happy Car Owner.

Got my 2011 Honda CR-V there almost 2 yrs ago & also got it inspected there last month by Billy who is a wonderful mechanic, Always explains everything, great guy! They sell, fix cars & also do Notary work there..great place..

DO NOT BUY FROM THEMWe got a 2011 Aveo from them. Reasonably priced (not great, but we needed a car and it was in our range). The guy went on and on about the regular maintenance they just did to get it good to go (oil change, coolant top off, new air filters, tune up, all that jazz) plus they gave it a look at everything and it was all in great condition. We didn't ask for this info, the guy just started telling us about it as he got the paperwork out. Maybe this overselling thing should have been a red flag? Literally the NEXT DAY it was overheating. This was a year ago (like literally yesterday was a year since we got the car. I was getting surgery the next day, and our car car caught on fire the day before so we had to scramble to find something so I could get to my surgery in Hershey) We've poured a few thousand dollars into it and it's never run for more than a few weeks before overheating and going back to the garage. Today we get the news all this issue is actually stemming from the engine. $4200 to replace. Screw this shop. Screw the dude that knew we were spending every cent we had on a car we needed, while knowing what he was selling us was a hunk of garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Great place to pick up a quality used vehicle for a great price. I shopped all over the place, they had same vehicle / same miles for way cheaper than any other dealership in PA. I worked with Donny from start to finish, coolest dude ever. He is one of the owners and very knowledgeable. Plan on getting more vehicles from them in the future.
